Shooting at Brooklyn subway results in at least 13 wounded
The New York Police Department (NYPD) reports a shooting that took place at one of Brooklyn’s subway stations. This attack occurred during a busy part of the morning commuting period. Although the New York City Fire Department announced that at least 13 were injured, the NYPD was not immediately able to verify that number or how many got shot and if there were any fatalities. The investigation is ongoing and the individual responsible for this has not been detained as of this posting.

FDNY told Fox News that firefighters responded to a call for smoke in the D-N-R lines. Upon arrival, units discover multiple people shot and several undetonated devices at the same location. It continues to be an active scene.
“In regard to the multiple people shot at the 36th Street subway station in Brooklyn, there are NO active explosive devices at this time,” NYPD News tweeted in an update published at 9:53 a.m. ET. “Any witnesses are asked to call @NYPDTips at #800577TIPS . Please stay clear of the area. More provided information when available.”
A law enforcement source told Fox News Digital the suspect is described as a Black male, wearing an MTA uniform, a gas mask and “carrying a bookbag.” NYPD Counterterrorism units are responding to the scene, while additional units, including police K9s and heavy weaponry, have been deployed to subway stations around New York City, the high-ranking law enforcement source added.
A graphic photo circulated Twitter Tuesday morning showing several people lying on the blood soaked floor of the station. One man applied pressure to what appeared to be another man’s leg wound. A red item of clothing was tied around the wound to slow bleeding. A puddle of blood was seen next to a second man grasping his cell phone, as backpacks and purses were strewn across the platform.

Authorities are searching for a suspect who shot multiple people inside a Brooklyn subway on Monday and left behind several undetonated devices. According to a law enforcement source briefed on the investigation, preliminary information indicated a suspect was dressed in construction attire.
This has all the earmarks of an action by the Religion of Peace. Or, it could just be another Monday in the shithole of New York.
That or Ethno-Nationalist/[certain phenotype that shall-not-be-named-in-regards-to-criminality] suprematist.

Altho, I fundamentally disagree with ethno-nationalism but being a free market guy if it is desired and formed outside of the American system, in theory I can’t find a reason against it, nonaggression principle dictates neutrality. (maybe?) He does make a reasoned argumentation for this to be a goal.

Per the press briefing this morning, the ATF has traced Big Frankie’s Glock’s serial number. He purchased it from a gun shop in Ohio back in 2011. Since in his videos he says he has been a mental patient in a mental facility, he likely lied on his 4473 just like Hunter Biden did. This is especially true if he had been involuntarily detained on a 72 hour hold or otherwise. So much for those background checks that are supposed to prevent loonies from buying firearms.

NY state and city with some of the toughest gun laws in the nation and democratic DAs that refuse to prosecute and jail gun offenses, with the support of the democratic party. Ever notice gun crimes are predominantly with illegal guns not by those with legal guns.
Usually, it is not the gun that is “illegal.” It is that the person possessing it is doing so illegally, either because it was stolen from its lawful owner or because the possessor is a convicted felon or otherwise prohibited from possessing firearms. But then those disposed to commit murder or mayhem don’t give a shit about gun laws.

Seems like the press is over-playing this. Any weekend in Chicago has a bigger body count. And I noticed ABC reported the shooter had a .38 caliber gun with an extended magazine! Why do ignorant people rate such credibility?
Actually, it was a 9 mm Glock with an extended magazine. The shooter apparently had at least two 30 round extended magazines. He fired 33 shots until one of the magazines jammed the gun. Then he dropped the gun and his backpack and fled the train.
Reports say he is in custody.
As many reports as there are of extra-large (ie: 30 round pistol mags) jamming, one would think their use by the criminal set should be encouraged. Think I’d rather face someone with a huge jam-mag than one with a nice standard 100% reliable Mec-Gar mag.
Use of that knowledge regarding the gun jamming tendency of extra-large capacity magazines would require a larger capacity brain housing group, something higher than an IQ of 85. So, I don’t think these predator pavement dwellers need much encouragement to use these junk non-standard mags.
The suspect already has mugshots on file,,, priceless.

The suspect Frank R. James (62 yrs old) is a mental patient. He had nine prior arrests in New York from 1992 to 1998 (once for committing a criminal sex act) and three arrests in New Jersey.
He bought the Glock he used in the mass shooting in Ohio in 2011. He should not have been able to do so because he was both a mental patient and a convicted felon.
He was not residing in New York at the time of the attack. He has current addresses in Wisconsin and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He rented a U-Haul in Philadelphia and drove it to New York.
He was wearing an MTA uniform and had a bag that contained 4 smoke grenades, a Glock with extended magazines, and a hatchet. He used two of the grenades in the assault; the other two were recovered unused.
A witness claims James was standing in a corner of the subway car mumbling to himself before he opened fire.
Ten people were shot and another 13 people suffered related injuries ranging from smoke inhalation to falls and panic attacks.
The police recovered the keys to the UHaul truck Frank R. James had driven to New York City and later found the abandoned vehicle.
James was arrested afterwards because they received a tip that he was eating at a McDonalds. He supposedly called the tipline himself. He was later arrested during a canvassing of the neighborhood.
There is no known motive at this time. Since he is mentally ill, the motivation may be illogical or non-existant.
