NYPD rookie gives lieutenant lap dance at wild holiday party now under investigation

This is why phones need to be stashed at the door for such parties.

An NYPD rookie got down and dirty at a raucous holiday bash for her Bronx precinct — giving her lieutenant a raunchy, caught-on-video lap dance at the wild event, according to footage and sources.

The not-so-Finest moment infuriated department higher-ups, who have launched an investigation into Thursday’s incident — and already booted the lieutenant to Transit, sources told The Post.

The newbie female cop is seen in the seamy footage wearing a checkered black-and-white miniskirt, black cut-off tank top and black knee-high boots as she grinds on top of 44th Precinct Lt. Nick McGarry in the Yonkers bar, according to law enforcement sources and several videos.

“Oh, my God!’’ someone in the crowd shouts.

The married, grinning higher-up sits in his chair in the middle of the crowd — at times resting his hands on his sexy underling’s thighs — as she shakes her booty against his groin and some people cheer.

At one point, she straddles the lieutenant from the front, cupping his neck with her arm with her skirt hiked up, revealing black undies, as an onlooker playfully hands him a wad of cash.

The lieutenant stands up afterward and hugs the woman.

McGarry, who lives with his wife in the city’s northern suburbs, “knows he f–ked up,” a police source said.

“Messing with your subordinate is a no-no on the job,” the source said.

“[The rookie cop] doesn’t know any better because she just came on the job. I can’t even tell you how many times they tell incoming supervisors that.

“It sets a bad precedent,’’ the source said of McGarry’s alleged actions.

New Jersey hijacker who used backhoe to flip police car shot and killed: ‘Out of a movie’

New Jersey police shot and killed a man who allegedly hijacked a backhoe and was filmed flipping a police car in an incident that left three officers with minor injuries, according to a local report.

The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office said it is investigating the fatal police-involved shooting that happened just before 6 a.m. Saturday during an encounter in the Penn Lincoln Mobile Home Park in Vineland, located about 40 miles west of Atlantic City.

Neighbor Aida Morales shared video she recorded with FOX29 Philadelphia that shows the backhoe driving toward a police cruiser and flipping it over onto its side before chasing after another patrol car.

Morales told the station it “looked like something out of a movie.”

“I’ve never seen anything like that,” Morales said. “And you wonder why that person, what made that person snap. It’s sad.”

The backhoe also crashed into several other vehicles and flipped an ambulance over.

During the encounter with police, one officer fired his service weapon and fatally wounded the man driving the backhoe, the attorney general’s office said in a news release. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities said the identity of the man killed would not be immediately released.

The three Vineland police officers who sustained minor injuries were treated and released.

The attorney general’s office said the investigation is ongoing and no further information was being released at this time.

Man Charged with Murder, Cannibalism After Body Parts Found in Microwave

A man in Idaho is facing charges after authorities said they discovered a dead man’s body parts inside a microwave, East Idaho News reported Monday.

“The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office began investigating James David Russell, 39, on Sept. 10 after finding the body of David Flaget, 70, in a rural area near Clark Fork,” the outlet said.

The man was charged with felony first-degree murder and felony cannibalism in an amended criminal complaint that was filed last week.

Some witnesses noticed the body of Flaget, who was caretaker over the family’s property, inside a truck. They suspected Russell of the killing, charging documents obtained by the outlet said.

Deputies eventually found Russell wearing gloves, but he ran into a building where a short standoff came to a close and deputies took him into custody, the documents reportedly said.

Deputies then neared Flaget’s vehicle and found the body naked from the waist down in the passenger’s seat.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the officers noted duct tape bound the man’s wrists, and a portion of his thigh and genitals were cut away and missing.

“It appeared the parts were removed after death,” the East Idaho News report continued:

The following day, investigators served a search warrant at Russell’s home. Inside, detectives found tissue consistent with Flaget’s missing flesh. Investigators also found blood and tissue in a bowl inside the microwave. Some of the tissue indicated heat had been applied, possibly in the microwave for one to two minutes, according to court documents. Investigators could not locate one of Flaget’s testicles, his penis and a portion of the thigh that was removed from his body. Investigators wrote in their probable cause affidavit that they believe Russell ate the missing body parts.

“When dealing with death and carnage it’s a shock to our conscience,” Bonner County Detective Phillip Stella told the Bonners Ferry Herald. “As far as I know this is the first cannibalism charge in Idaho.”

Witnesses said the day of the killing, Russell appeared agitated and had been experiencing mental health problems.

“Court documents indicated while at a California hospital receiving psychiatric help in May, Russell reportedly told his family he wanted to ‘cut chunks of his skin off with a knife’ to ‘cure his brain,’ according to court documents,” the report stated.

After being taken into custody, Russell seemed to not understand his rights and made a comment about the property’s privacy, reportedly stating, “we don’t like non-family on it,” court documents noted.

Flaget’s obituary said he loved to joke and was known for his sense of humor.

“His absence has left a hole in many hearts, ‘Dammit Dave’ you are forever loved and missed,” the post read.

I really want to know how they came to the conclusion it had been run in the microwave for two to three minutes.

Kentucky man fired gun out of hotel window, claimed to be shooting at aliens

A Kentucky man was charged over the weekend after he allegedly fired shots out of a hotel window and told police he was trying to shoot aliens, according to the Richmond Police Department.

Gunfire was reported around 3:27 a.m. Saturday at a hotel on Keeneland Drive, near Interstate 75, in Richmond, according to police. Officers responded and “discovered shots were being fired from a hotel window.”

Patrons in the hotel were evacuated, police said. The Richmond Police Emergency Response Unit was called to help with the man who was inside a room with a female who had locked herself in the bathroom, police said.

Samuel Riddell, a 55-year-old Waco resident, was eventually apprehended, police said.

“Mr. Riddell told police that he observed aliens in the parking lot and was shooting at them,” Richmond police said in a social media post Monday.

Riddell was charged with six counts of wanton endangerment, three counts of criminal mischief and two counts of possessing a gun as a convicted felon, according to court records. Four of the wanton endangerment counts included wanton endangerment of a police officer.

Police said they found two handguns and a semiautomatic rifle. No one was injured when the shots were fired, but police said vehicles had been struck by gunfire. One of the bullets was also fired into an adjacent occupied room, police said.

Riddell remained in the Madison County Detention Center Tuesday morning, according to jail records. His bond was $25,000, according to court records.

Florida man busted with meth and coke wrapped around his penis, tells cops it’s not his

Florida police arrested a man who had meth and cocaine wrapped in baggies around his penis, but told officers the drugs were not his.

Pinellas County sheriff’s deputies said they stopped a vehicle driving without its lights on at 4 a.m. last Saturday in Clearwater.

Patrick Florence, 34, was in the passenger’s seat of the car. Authorities searched the vehicle and found a gun under Florence’s seat and proceeded to search him.

They then found the drugs “wrapped around his penis” in two plastic baggies, according to the police report.

Florence “stated the package wrapped around his penis was not his,” Deputy Levi Blake wrote in the report, the New York Post reported.

He was charged with four felonies, including possession of cocaine, meth, ammunition and a firearm.

A review of Florence’s criminal record shows he’s been arrested more than 20 times for drug-related offenses.

The driver was also arrested Saturday on charges of DUI and marijuana possession.

Family of teen run over by stolen car want owner who had vehicle stolen held responsible for the death

The latest in the “Take no responsibility for your actions” news.

Losing a child is difficult, regardless of age.

Often grieving families turn not only to legal recourse, but also civil lawsuits against those responsible.

However, in a case out of Colorado, the grieving family who lost their teenager who fell out of a stolen vehicle which ran him over is seeking civil relief from the victim of the car theft.

The incident when the teenager was killed occurred on October 18th in Aurora, Colorado at Village Green Park.

The Aurora Police Department reports that 14-year-old Kashontez Grigler was riding as a passenger in a van which was stolen by his girlfriend.

Grigler was allegedly hanging on the front of the stolen minivan and fell off, causing the stolen vehicle to run over him. The girlfriend and driver of the stolen van took off on foot but later returned to the scene.

Kashontez’s father, Kasseem Grigler, spoke about the enormous loss of his son:

“It’s hard to cope. We haven’t had his funeral services yet. Until we can get that under control, it’s going to be hard to move on…It hurts, it’s hurting all of us.”

Kasseem said that Kashontez’s girlfriend, the one who allegedly stole the van, is also hurting over what he terms as an accident. He said:

“She [the girlfriend] was my son’s homecoming date. It’s not even easy for her. They were friends and it was an accident.”

Kasseem then went on to speak about why he and his family have decided the victim of the stolen vehicle is somehow culpable for the death of his son.

Kasseem believes that the victim of the stolen van had left the keys inside of the vehicle and Kashontez and his girlfriend could not avoid the temptation of stealing it. He said:

“The car was in the neighborhood and a group of kids; they saw the car and the temptation was there. Because of that, I lost my son.”

Kasseem seemingly does not find any fault with Kashontez or his girlfriend for committing grand theft when they stole the van, but rather finds the victim at fault for his son’s death.

Kasseem somehow thinks that this situation compares to a gunowner leaving their weapon accessible to children.

Kasseem said:

“You shouldn’t leave your keys in the car. You have teens walking up and down the street and that could be a liability.”

Whether the victim of the car theft holds any civil or criminal liability remains to be seen, but it is doubtful that any court would rule in that manner.

For the owner to hold any culpability, civil or criminal, the victim would have had to knowingly and intentionally allowed the van to be taken which does not seem to be the case.

Regardless of how the case plays out, the loss of a child is tragic, especially when it could have easily been avoided by the van not being accessible or the teens not committing grand theft in the first place.

The family has set up a GoFundMe account in hopes of raising money to go towards Kashontez’s funeral expenses. As of now, the website has raised just over $1,000 of their $8,000 goal.

The Aurora Police Department has not made any arrests so far for this criminal investigation as it is still ongoing.

Paralyzed deaf-mute teenager attempts to rob a jewelry shop in Brazil with a fake gun held with his FEET

This is the moment a paralyzed deaf-mute teenager tried to rob a jewelry store in Brazil by aiming a fake gun with his feet.

The astonishing incident unfolded Monday afternoon at a shop in Canela, Rio Grande de Sul, when the 19-year-old placed a threatening note on the counter using his feet.

The note from the suspect, who authorities say has cerebral palsy and cannot move his hands, read: ‘Hand over everything. Don’t raise attention.’

A store surveillance camera captured the disabled teen in his wheelchair before he aimed a plastic toy gun wedged between his bare feet at the counter.

A person, who appeared to be a customer, walked away while the employee confronted the teenager, whose name has not been released by authorities.

The jewelry shop employee said the paralyzed teenager had been in the store for about 10 minutes and that he initially thought he was begging.

A customer had already given the teenager money and the store clerk said he felt sympathy towards him before he was given the robbery note.

‘Then he pulled the gun out with his feet. That pistol looked real,’ the worker said, according to Brazilian news outlet Metropoles.

‘A guy back there saw it and called 911.’

The police arrived and arrested the teenager, who was also in possession of a knife.

A family member was allowed to assist officers questioning the teen at the precinct because of his disability, before he was later released from custody.

City delegate Vladimir Medeiros initiated an investigation into the failed robbery

‘It must be considered that, given the elements initially brought to the police station, it would possibly be an impossible crime to be consummated, especially if you considered the physical condition of the [person being] investigated, also due to the unlikelihood of escape,’ Medeiros said.

Woman charged with indecent exposure after reportedly exposing herself in front of children

This woman’s name is just too perfect for what’s she got arrested for. Reminds me of that fella Chasen Beaver from awhile back.

Law enforcement took a report Wednesday of a woman who reportedly exposed herself in front of a minor.

Court documents say on Aug. 25, a Great Falls police officer took a report from a woman, her husband and their 15-year-old daughter regarding a woman named Linda Bigbeaver who reportedly tried to fight the caller and exposed herself in front of kids.

The officer learned that near the area of 15th St. and 8th Ave. N, Bigbeaver saw the woman waiting for her son to finish a fitness class.

Bigbeaver reportedly approached the woman and began trying to start a fight.

According to the woman, she got in her car to get away from Bigbeaver and yelled at her to go away and that there were kids in the area.

When the woman pulled out her phone and said she was calling the cops, documents say Bigbeaver responded by running across the street to the corner and exposing her breasts to the woman and her juvenile daughter.

Documents say the woman and Bigbeaver know each other, so she knew it was Bigbeaver who did these things.

When the woman’s husband was walking out with his son, he reportedly saw Bigbeaver on the street corner repeatedly pulling her shirt down to expose herself to them.

The man added he also saw Bigbeaver’s pants down around her knees as she was turning around, showing “everything off.”

The woman’s daughter reported she watched the whole incident and that she saw Bigbeaver “flashing” herself.

After Bigbeaver left, the woman spoke with another parent who saw the incident. The other parent said she saw Bigbeaver acting odd and yelling at the woman.

As the other parent noticed kids coming from the class, she reported she saw Bigbeaver pulling a white tank-top down, exposing her breasts to the public.

Linda Bernadette Bigbeaver has been charged with indecent exposure, minor.

For the record, the backhoe boy article was found by our own Gun Bunny as a candidate for posting either here or on the Daily FGS.
Mason won, obviously.
Thanks and nicely done!

Was wondering about the Brazillian kid.

If a 1911 (which the toy was) how does he work the grip safety or the slide? (Assuming, of course, it wasn’t too heavy loaded.) How the F* would he escape with loot and the weapon? How would he get away at all?

Questions, you know…

KoB

Just when you think the world can’t get even more teh stoopider, Saturday shows up. Just…DAAYUUM!

Your were right Mason. Thanks!

Merry Christmas, my fellow extremists….

Back hoe story reminds me of the 577 that took stroll from FPVA to Richmond.

And what the fuck is in the Aurora, CO water system? Can NNSS annex that entire state and resume nuke testing. I think it would solve many issues at once.

Heh, Heh, you said bigbeaver.

Hack Stone

The man was charged with felony first-degree murder and felony cannibalism in an amended criminal complaint that was filed last week.

So, when exactly does cannibalism cross from misdemeanor cannibalism to felony cannibalism? Is it based on how much you eat, or how large your victim is?

JustALurkinAround

I know the answer to this. I asked my Uncle Jack, who is an average lawyer with below-average size hands. He told me it’s a misdemeanor if the victim identifies as a flank steak. If no such self-identification is made, it then becomes a felony.

rgr769

I dunno, as a former lawer, it looks like your Uncle Jack is applying Critical Meat Theory, which was unknown to the English Common Law, and it has not yet found its way into the statutes that comprise our states’ criminal law.

Roh-Dog

Felony cannibalism is when you serve the entree with a cream sauce and try to pair it with a red wine.

Hack Stone

And what state would that be? Just asking for a friend.

Would the new California statutes as to (see what Hack did there?) the treatment of animals to be consumed by people be applicable to victims of cannibalism?

Odie

Florida man may have something. It belonged to the working gal he briefly hired. She left it behind after, well, you know.

Just cause she’s nodding her head doesn’t mean she agrees with you.
