Reports coming in that US citizens are being denied entry to Kabul airport

Members of congress are saying that US troops at the Kabul airport are turning away American citizens, not allowing them entry so they can be evacuated. This is especially alarming as Biden has repeatedly committed to getting all of our military forces out of the country tomorrow.

ep. Dan Crenshaw is a retired Navy SEAL who served and was wounded in Afghanistan’s Helmand province during his third deployment, in 2012. He lost his right eye and his left eye was badly damaged in an IED attack. Crenshaw is held in extremely high regard in the veteran and active-duty communities.
Lara Logan is a long-time award-winning journalist now working for Fox News who has spent much of her career covering war zones including Iraq and Afghanistan. Between the two of them, Logan and Crenshaw have spent years in and around Afghanistan. Due to their experience there, both are likely to have credible sources on the ground at the Kabul airport.
Both Logan and Crenshaw are independently reporting that Americans have been turned away from safety at that airport over the past couple of days.

Update: Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) says the State Department is not helping.

The article notes how Secretary of State Antony Blinkin is in charge of the evacuation debacle. IF US troops are turning American citizens away, it could be at the direction of the State Department.

Heard something this morning about a busload of female US citizens being turned away at the gate and then taken at gunpoint by Taliban assholes in plain view of US personnel. I was really hoping it was just another internet rumor.

Never mind the Blackhawk fuselage, Blackhawk fat tail boom, Blackhawk engine mounts, 4-blade rotor instead of 5, taildragger landing gear rather than tricycle, and notable lack of a Hip’s trademark ass-end clamshell doors below said tail boom (Jesus, I’m such a fucking nerd…), it’s *definitely* not a Blackhawk and *totally* not PedoJoe’s fault.
