New woke Army recruiting video, even includes gay wedding

Both Poetrooper and ninja saw this and sent it in. Because they have seen it and can’t un-see it, now you have to as well.

The US Army is apparently trying to compete with the CIA in the woke recruiting video competition. Here’s the video the Army came up with;

    FFS. I don’t give a flying fat rats’ azz what your sexual preference (as long as you leave children, critters or unwilling partners out of the mix), religious, ethnic, or other background is. Neither will that incoming round that is addressed “to whom it may concern”. The business of the Military Forces is to kill people and break things in general. It is NOT to feel all warm and fuzzy, towards yourself or your enemy. Show me how strong you are when you are holding your Battle Buddies guts in after they have been disemboweled by incoming, or how you handle the stench of burnt flesh. Love everyone my ass!

    Can anyone explain to this ignorant ninja the purpose of this ad…i.e. what does having gay parents have anything to do with Emma joining the US Army?

    Wish I could meet the folks who came up with the idea on this recruiting video, because I would ask “And your point is…?


    What’s next? I can see it now…”My father was a Serial Killer and is spending the rest of his life in a State Prison, which made me a stronger person, so I decided to join the Army…or “My Mother was once a woman and my Father was once a man and because of their bravery, I decided to join the Army”..or “I came from a home of 19 children and my Brother sexually molested me when I was younger and is now being charged with possession of child pornography, which made me a stronger woman, so I decided to join the Army..”

    I can go on and on and on with more sarcasm…

    IMHO, “Woke” Army has made a huge mistake in making this recruitment betting it will turn off alot of potential recruits.

    IMHO, our Military is becoming the laughing stock of the world.

    We Can’t Be All That We Can Be Anymore.

      Hmm, interesting difference between the two official photos from the above links.

      One photo (as a Brigadier General) shows him wearing the NDSM with a Bronze Service Star, but in the photo of him as a Major General, the BSS on the NDSM is missing.

      The NDSM Brotherhood wants to know if embellishment exists in the one star photo, but was corrected (after a counseling session with a Senior NCO) for the later photo as a two star.

      All in jest, but just something to think about.

    On a positive note, just think of the royalties the Army will earn from those videos. I am sure China, Russia, N. Korea, etc. will want to show them to their troops as part of “know your enemy” training. Should boost their morale significantly.
