New woke Army recruiting video, even includes gay wedding

| May 14, 2021

Both Poetrooper and ninja saw this and sent it in. Because they have seen it and can’t un-see it, now you have to as well.

The US Army is apparently trying to compete with the CIA in the woke recruiting video competition. Here’s the video the Army came up with;

For a comparison, here’s a Russian recruitment video;

Both Townhall and Fox News are talking about the Army’s latest ad.

FFS. I don’t give a flying fat rats’ azz what your sexual preference (as long as you leave children, critters or unwilling partners out of the mix), religious, ethnic, or other background is. Neither will that incoming round that is addressed “to whom it may concern”. The business of the Military Forces is to kill people and break things in general. It is NOT to feel all warm and fuzzy, towards yourself or your enemy. Show me how strong you are when you are holding your Battle Buddies guts in after they have been disemboweled by incoming, or how you handle the stench of burnt flesh. Love everyone my ass!

  2. AW1 Rod says:

As I’ve said before, the next force-on-force engagement with ANY of our enemies will result in our asses being handed to us.

    • Green Thumb says:

      Yeah.

Toss in the level of imcompetence they see in our overall situational awareness, conduct and preparedness and it might be coming sooner than later.

  3. Graybeard says:

Someone needs to nuke the 5-sided insane asylum, or at least put some roach traps in there.

This is, to be frank, damnably stupid.

  4. President Elect Toxic Deplorable Racist SAH Neanderthal B Woodman Domestic Violent Extremist SuperStraight says:

Get “Emma” to join up with (The Life of) Julia and Pajama Boi, and this country will be well protected (do I even need to add a (/s) tag?)

  5. Sparks says:

The military is truly going the wrong way if they want to maintain a fighting force.

  6. Berliner says:

What next? Preferred gender/pronouns on dog tags and ID/CAC cards?

If Vladimir Putin were to see the EMMA/THE CALLING/GO ARMY video the uncontrolled giggling would be nonstop.

  7. Roh-Dog says:

What’s more dangerouser; intolerance or intolerance of intolerance?

As a perpetrator and victim of both I’m afraid to say I know the answer. Paid for it deeply.

Classical liberalism is on life support and when She dies you’ll beg to be sightless.

  8. ninja says:

Can anyone explain to this ignorant ninja the purpose of this ad…i.e. what does having gay parents have anything to do with Emma joining the US Army?

Wish I could meet the folks who came up with the idea on this recruiting video, because I would ask “And your point is…?

    🤔

What’s next? I can see it now…”My father was a Serial Killer and is spending the rest of his life in a State Prison, which made me a stronger person, so I decided to join the Army…or “My Mother was once a woman and my Father was once a man and because of their bravery, I decided to join the Army”..or “I came from a home of 19 children and my Brother sexually molested me when I was younger and is now being charged with possession of child pornography, which made me a stronger woman, so I decided to join the Army..”

I can go on and on and on with more sarcasm…

IMHO, “Woke” Army has made a huge mistake in making this recruitment video..am betting it will turn off alot of potential recruits.

IMHO, our Military is becoming the laughing stock of the world.

We Can’t Be All That We Can Be Anymore.

    😉😎

Some interesting background information on the video to include information on Emma:

“U.S. Army Reveals the People Behind the Uniform in New Animated Film Series”

    https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/us-army-reveals-the-people-behind-the-uniform-in-new-animated-film-series-301282737.html

“‘The Calling’explores the diverse, deeply emotional origin stories of Soldiers to help close the relatability gap between Gen Z and America’s largest military branch”.

“The U.S. Army released ‘The Calling,’ a new animated film series that profiles the deeply emotional and diverse origin stories of five Soldiers as they make the most important decision of their lives: answering the call to serve. At a time of a widening military-civilian divide, “The Calling” provides an important and rare inside look at the lives and motivations of today’s Soldiers, turning what was once a one-dimensional view of Army service into something more relatable.”

“Research tells us that young people today see the Army as a ‘distant star’ – a place requiring a nearly superhuman level of discipline with little relevance to their daily lives,” said Maj. Gen. Alex Fink, Chief of Army Enterprise Marketing. “Similarly, youth don’t necessarily connect with those who serve or see common ground in terms of interests, abilities, and goals. ‘The Calling’ shatters these misperceptions by showing that Soldiers are all of us: real people with hopes, dreams, fears, aspirations, families, friends, and obstacles to overcome.”

“The Calling’ showcases how five Soldiers answered their call to selfless service,” said Command Sgt. Maj. Charles K. Masters II, sergeant major of Army Enterprise Marketing. “Soldiers across the Army stepped up to share their personal stories with America to breakdown the stereotypes associated with those who serve. Their inspiring stories highlight the diversity in the Army as we continue to be a Team made up of great people. One common thread you will see throughout this campaign is our Soldiers all believe in something bigger than themselves and strive to make a difference in the world.”

“This animated anthology is a distinct departure from previous Army campaigns – both for its arresting visual approach and its intimate portrayal of the people behind the uniform. The Army chose to deviate from the traditional Army look and feel to give priority to the stories themselves and create the flexibility to explore unique visual approaches personal to each Soldier. Animation was a clear creative choice for the campaign because of its visual interest, narrative flexibility, and Gen Z appeal.”

“About the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO): AEMO is the U.S. Army’s national marketing, marketing research and analysis and accessions analysis organization. AEMO develops innovative and effective ways to: connect with the American public to make the Army more accessible and understood; increase awareness of both the benefits and value of Army service; and motivate the most qualified candidates to choose the Army as their service of first choice.”

Y’all see where 44% of females in the Army failed the new PT test versus only 7% of the males. Wonder how the chicks with dicks did. I bet the shemales, “men” who can give birth, drove up the men’s failure rate.

And (like the Russkies) here’s the Chicom’s offering (anybody notice any trends?):

IMHO, this is one of the BEST Army Recruiting Video/Commercial.

    Right Claw? (Gamma Goat…)

Sure, Bill Murray (albeit dressed as a Russian troop) made driving a Gamma Goat look cool in Stripes, but…

    • Claw says:

      Gamma Goats. Bah, Humbug!!!

Just once before I leave this mortal coil, I would like to see one of those air-dropped with a non-deployed chute.

I could then drag out my FSN 6610-012-4624 (1000 fpm Vertical Velocity Indicator for the UH-1 Huey) and see if it would peg out the needle on the “Down” side./smile

  11. ninja says:

    SHOCK!

Check out the Soldier and HIS parents in this Army Commercial.

    *grin*

    Another Shocker…from a 1979 Army Recruiting Commercial..

    • Claw says:

Hmm, interesting difference between the two official photos from the above links.

One photo (as a Brigadier General) shows him wearing the NDSM with a Bronze Service Star, but in the photo of him as a Major General, the BSS on the NDSM is missing.

The NDSM Brotherhood wants to know if embellishment exists in the one star photo, but was corrected (after a counseling session with a Senior NCO) for the later photo as a two star.

All in jest, but just something to think about.

Folks, you can’t make this stuff up.

Additonally, look what, they named their child.

Wonder if the British Army will use the child’s story for recruitment purposes if he decides to join their Army:

“Transgender Parents Plan To Undergo Surgery To Swap Genders”

    https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/real-life/true-stories/transgender-parents-plan-to-undergo-surgery-to-swap-genders/news-story/5d81f35c8cc8ba3667ee8056409ff0f9

“A,MUM and dad are set to both swap genders in a double transition after revealing they are raising their five-year-old son as a “person” rather than a “boy”.

“Louise and Nikki Draven, from Middlesbrough, England, say they feel “incomplete” and will undergo gender reassignment surgery to bring up their son, Star Cloud, feeling “happier”, The Sun reports.”

“Biological dad Louise, who Star refers to as his mummy, is set to become a woman with her operation booked in for December.”

“Birth mum Nikki, who is now called Charlie and daddy by their child, is planning a female-to-male operation before Star turns 10.”

“The couple made headlines last year when they revealed on This Morning that they were going to let their son decide his gender when he’s older.”

“Louise, who began her transition in 2011, has slimmed down from 158kg to 57kg so she can go ahead with the surgery.”

“She has also shaved off her hair after hormone treatment left her thinning.”

“Last year ex-pub bouncer Nikki revealed he was pansexual and would dress as a woman some days and others as a man.”

“But now he binds his breasts every day and wears men’s clothing.”

“The couple say their son is “still gender neutral” and is happy and well-adjusted.”

“He added that Star has begun asking questions and recently wanted to know why he had to wear a swimming costume at the pool and not trunks like other daddies.”

“He said: “I tell Star mummy is going to a special doctor who will take away her ducky, which is Star’s word for penis.”

“I say that when I go to the special doctor I’ll be getting a ducky of my own then I’ll be just like him.”

“In January, Star decided to cut off his long hair and at school he has to wear a boy’s uniform — although he’s allowed to accessorise.”

“Their decision has sparked controversy and raises questions over whether they are projecting their own beliefs onto their child.”

“At home he is free to wear whatever clothes he wants, wear make-up, paint his nails and play with dolls.”

“The couple say they want to be in their ideal bodies before Star is 10, but admit they worry about the impact it will have on him.”

“Louise told the newspaper: “All parents worry. But having surgery will make Charlie and I feel complete as individuals and we’ll be much happier because of that.”

“If we waited until Star was older, he’d spend his childhood with parents who felt incomplete.”

    • Mason says:

      That poor kid.

Yet here in the People’s Republik of New York, it’s considered child abuse to have a rock painted like a Confederate flag along your driveway. 🤡🌎

On a positive note, just think of the royalties the Army will earn from those videos. I am sure China, Russia, N. Korea, etc. will want to show them to their troops as part of “know your enemy” training. Should boost their morale significantly.
