11 Cases of Defensive Gun Use That Show How Biden’s Key Picks Miss the Mark

Amy Swearer
Joe Biden has begun naming his picks for top political positions in a Biden administration, and it is already evident that many of them are not fans of Americans’ Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

For example, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra—Biden’s choice to head the Department of Health and Human Services—has spent the past three years defending that state’s absurdly restrictive gun control laws in federal court.

Meanwhile, Dr. Vivek Murthy—chosen by Biden to return to the post of U.S. surgeon general—repeatedly has argued that gun-related violence should be reframed as a public health issue, with restrictive gun control measures imposed on law-abiding citizens to help combat it.

One aspect of public health and safety that these gun control advocates regularly fail to acknowledge, however, is just how often law-abiding citizens use their firearms to successfully defend themselves and others.

By Robert Gearty
A Minnesota officer responding to a domestic disturbance call was shot in an exchange of gunfire with a man who was also shot, authorities said Saturday.

Doctors treated the officer, who was with the Brooklyn Park Police Department, for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, police said. He was in stable condition, according to reports

The incident began around 10 p.m. Friday when the man showed up at the home of a woman and she called 911.

The woman had an order of protection against him, police said.

No charges filed in deadly Wyoming shooting

Ellen Gerst Casper
No charges will be brought in the case of a July shooting in Alcova that left one dead, Natrona County’s top prosecutor said Friday.

The investigation found the shooter was acting in self-defense and that the man who died was the aggressor in the fight that led to his death, said Natrona County District Attorney Dan Itzen. Bullet wounds indicate the man was on top of the shooter when the fatal shot was fired.

Itzen said multiple people saw the assault and confirmed the shooting was warranted. Authorities were told the shooter started to lose consciousness before firing twice, and displayed several signs of being involved in a fight including bloodied knuckles and other wounds.

I’m tempted to claim a Trifecta just for finally having three articles to string together.

“Today the taxing power, rather than chattel slavery, is the instrument by which the parasitical element of the population subsists. And that element, which includes politicians, panics at the slightest reduction in the state’s power to plunder. Once you start liberating taxpayers, even a little tiny bit, nobody knows where it may end.” —Joseph Sobran

[…] This ain’t Hell… has your feel good stories, and more during the week. […]

President Elect Toxic Deplorable Racist SAH B Woodman

The closest I have come to a P08, I was at a local pawn shop (looking for sockets) and they had one on the wall. The barrel looked a little longer (1-2″?). I asked (begged) to hold it, and it was gently handed to me. What a heavy hunk of steel. But also, what a beautiful work of the designer’s and machinist’s art. It just felt….right. And it could have been mine….for $3500. Reluctantly I gave it back, and continued on with my normal business. (sigh……)

I second the motion of a trifecta just for having 3 articles to string together. FGS have been as hard to find as a route into an end zone for a certain cloven footed, horned mascot. And just as frustrating. And when, just as said mascot found out, you think you’re close, something blocks you from your goal. The struggle is real. Can I get an AYE?

One thing you do have to say about old Groping Creepy Joe. He finally told the truth. He said if elected, he would raise taxes. Coming soon as a payroll deduction from YOU. He said he was coming after your gunz. Look at his announced appointments. “We’re gonna change America!” Get ready Little Lady, Hell is coming to breakfast. The 11 cases cited above could be anyone of us.

Y’all may recall I had a repop Luger back yonder. Damn thing NEVER worked right. Ended up swapping it for a S&W 38/357 wheelie and an H&R 38/357 lever action. The repop ended up as a wall hanger. The dealer I traded with couldn’t get it made right either.

The attaboy you woulda, shoulda, coulda, had oughta gotten for the trifecta of FGS has been negated by the AWWWWW SH^T for the leaving out of the Ms Thang Picture.

DaHell’s the Gunz Girl? She lost too?

It applies even more so to dirt digging doggies. They don’t know how to chip paint. And it’s not like weez lookin’ for girlz per say, more like a contrast and comparison of available floatation devices for the gunz in the boat.

The ones depicted above seems to be acceptable models. What is the try ’em out policy?

David

Never understood the appeal of guns whose weight was all in the hand, none up front – can’t hit crap with ’em. They look cool, but if I am to hit anything I need some weight out there. 6″ or better revolvers, Browning autos…. those work.

Hush, puppy! (^__^)

Well, not quite; but close enough.

One thing the gun grabbers never come close to explaining: if the government can’t levy a yearly or monthly tax on one’s iPhone, laptop, desk top, tablet or MacBook that allows one to post on the web(free speech as in First Amendment), how is government, in Pedo Joey’s tiny mind, allowed to tax the possession of a firearm and/or ammo(Second Amendment)? They are rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.

To the Left, “Rights” are desired Left outcomes, nothing more.
