Would-be robber beaten back by kickboxing etiquette teacher

He looked like a ninja, but failed the kickbox test.A quick-thinking Manhattan doorman took a picture of ninja-garbed Casique Roman, 41, after he was beaten back Monday by a tough-as-nails etiquette instructor with kickboxing training.
Roman was busted after he tried to grab a bag from manners pro Myka Meier, 38, while she was walking with her 3-year-old daughter Valentina and her babysitter on W. 22nd St. near 9th Ave. about 9 a.m.
After Meier stunned him with a kick to the torso, doorman Nick Acosta and two construction workers grabbed him for police. But not before Acosta snapped a photo on his phone, capturing little Valentina’s stunned expression moments after the attack.

Police: Evidence shows man’s killing in southern Indiana was self-defense
Early Monday morning, officers with the North Vernon Police Department responded to the Sunoco Gas Station in the 700 block North State Street. Once on scene, they found a dead man lying in the grass behind a gas station.
Police asked for the public’s help in finding a vehicle they say was involved in the man’s death.
According to police, detectives spent 20 hours collecting video evidence as well as witness testimonies related to the incident. They determined a 25-year-old was involved in the altercation. He voluntarily came to the department to be interviewed and claimed self-defense.
Through interviews, officers determined he was driving with Luis Silva, 23, of Florida, as a passenger. When he pulled into the gas station, he says Silva demanded money from him. After refusing, he and Silva both exited the vehicle. Fearing for his safety, he says he struck Silva with a knife.

No charges to be filed in Oshkosh death

Charges will not be filed in connection with the death of man after an incident at an Oshkosh home on Aug. 21.There was a disturbance at a home on Mallard Avenue. A few days later, Jerome Wallin, 57, died of the injuries he suffered. Three people were arrested, including one man for substantial battery and possible homicide charges.
But in a decision issued by prosecutors obtained Tuesday by FOX 11, District Attorney Christian Gossett said no charges will be filed.

We had a 67 yr old female kicking the ass of a male shitstain (maintenance worker at the senior complex) who attacked her over 80 female neighbor in FONTANA, California. She was trained in Jujitsu and he screamed DON’T HURT ME MISS KITTY while she bent his finger…

I went to the Manhattan story, I was looking for the other pics that the doorman took.
For the second (Indiana) story, looks like someone is starting to practice their Four Esses. They got the second one (Shoot), but it seems that need a little more work on the third (Shovel) and fourth (Shut Up) ones.
Ah, well, practice makes perfect.
For the Mallard Ave, Oshkosh story, gee, that was real Christian of the DA to not file charges. I just quack myself up.
