Update: Sanford homeowner who shot, killed 17-year-old trying to break into car won’t face charges

SANFORD, Fla. — The Sanford homeowner who shot and killed a 17-year-old who was trying to break into his car in May will not face charges, State Attorney Phil Archer announced Tuesday.Police said the man, 24, who’s name has not been released, heard Adrein Green, 17, trying to break into his car, which was parked in his fenced front yard. Officers said the man called 911, and then opened the front door of his home, where his wife and infant son were inside, and confronted Green.
“When Green suddenly moved forward, the resident fired two shots and closed the door,” the state attorney’s office report said.

Man wounded after kicking in door of Fort Worth residence in home invasion, police say

A man was shot and wounded early Wednesday after he kicked in the front door of a Fort Worth home in what police say was a possible attempt to steal guns from the residence, police said.The wounded suspect fled the scene and police continued their search for him Wednesday.
The home invasion occurred just before 1:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Roaring Springs Road.

Officer hailed as hero after dispute involving gun in SE D.C.

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — ABC7 reporter Sam Ford was near the Kendall Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon when he and the photojournalist he was with heard a crash, then screaming.As they turned and looked at the intersection and Southern and Branch Avenue, SE, they saw a greenish Chevrolet Tahoe hitting a black Lincoln Town Car.
One woman screamed about kids being in the Town Car. The Tahoe then did a U-turn and fled the scene. A man got out of the Town Car arguing with a person on the street and immediately the ABC7 crew members heard a shot ring out. The two men then started struggling on the ground in the middle of Southern Avenue for control of the weapon. Soon, two women joined the fray, on top of the men trying to gain control of the Taurus 9mm pistol.

So I wonder if anyone was sited for improper seating in that Lincoln Town Car? It does not look to be a stretch so how are there ten children plus adults inside? So what was the individual with dreads doing? Trying to take the gun? Seems that the hoodie wearing individual with his pants down retained the gun but was arrested for illegally possessing it! The guy in the Dreads looked like the individual who got out of the Tahoe “greenish”, did it come back?
I hate it when you can’t figure out what is going on from a Camera that was on the scene! (cuts, and crappy explanations).
