In a leaked picture of a training slide from Goodyear, you can see what they think is “Acceptable” and “Unacceptable” under their zero tolerance policy.
Acceptable;

Unacceptable;
- Blue Lives Matter
- All Lives Matter
- MAGA Attire
- Political Affiliated Slogans or Material
In case you were wondering if this was doctored or some sort of hoax due to the absurdity of it all, Goodyear has responded.
“Goodyear is committed to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace where all of our associates can do their best in a spirit of teamwork. As part of this commitment, we do allow our associates to express their support on racial injustice and other equity issues but ask that they refrain from workplace expressions, verbal or otherwise, in support of political campaigning for any candidate or political party as well as other similar forms of advocacy that fall outside the scope of equity issues.”

It seems as though Goodyear like so many other companies have bowed down to the left-wing liberals.they don’t have the balls and courage to stand up for what’s right.
Seems to me, “Black Lives Matter” is a Political Affiliated slogan.

Goodyear says that the slide was not created or distributed by their corporate offices. Okay, so who did distribute it?
Secondly Goodyear says the slide was not used as part of any “diversity training,” which does not exclude the fact that the slide was used in other training.
Third, Goodyear says they do not encourage political expressions but clearly BLM is a political expression.
Lastly, Goodyear says they support “both equality and law enforcement and will continue to do so. These are not mutually exclusive.”
If they are not mutually exclusive, then why is the support of one idea allowed on Goodyear property, but the other is not?
The statement is just slippery and weaselly.
PS: Trump is saying that people should boycott Goodyear.

I have been boycotting anything Goodyear for over 50 years. I won’t bore you with the incident that caused my attitude. The only major brand worse than Goodyear is Firestone. They made tires in the 70’s that could kill you. In contrast, I have a BF Goodrich radial TA on my pickup that is one of the original tires when I bought the truck in 2003; it has 123K miles on it and still has legal tread. I should replace it just due to its age.
My tire guy outside of DC has always said Pirelli are just Michelin tires without the advertising. Been great on all our cars. Knew he was being honest when he took me to the employee parking lot and every car was using them.
