Monkress explains how he told his dad he was joining the US Navy SEALs

| June 11, 2013

First, I want to back up. Remember when this shit started and Monkress was scrubbing the internet of all US Navy SEALs references and his lawyer was stating that he never said he was? And remember the back up logic that it was someone who misinterpreted, and it wasn’t Monkress’ fault?

Well, just watch it all.

At 0:32 “I knew he was a Navy SEAL.”
at 0:36 “I knew he had spent time overseas.”
at 1:31 “He’s done secret stuff that we probably don’t want to know about.”
at 1:38 “All those things created the person that he is today.” [Apparently she is referring to him being a lying sack of shit that earned a #1 seed in our tournament.]

I want to make sweet, sweet monkey love to this video.

UPDATE:

Taking down what I had. Boeing got back to me immediately, and is researching. I feel fairly confident I will get a speedy answer. There is no need to contact them.

I’ve done plenty of secret stuff I don’t want anyone to know about, I just didn’t do it in the SEALs.

Sam – You had a valid point that with a little more finesse you could have probably had someone come to your side of thinking. But to call into question the owners of this blog and to imply that they in any way shape or form alter the records they post is not only in bad taste, but you just pissed off a whole lotta people. If you’ve been coming here for years as you say then their honor should not come into question at all. You just screwed the pooch on that one.

OWB

SAM! Hear this from a retired SrNCO, USAF – it is time for you to stow it, son! While you got in late in the discussion, and it may therefore take you a while to get yourself up to speed, it is your responsibility to do that, not to clutter up this discussion with personal insults. After you have been around this crowd a while you will understand that there are very few (if any) posts made without thorough research.

So, please go to the links, see what has preceded this particular post, and let us get back to the business at hand. If you do not, then you are simply displaying troll behavior and it is not appreciated.

Of course, the possibility exists that you are indeed Monkress himself just adding silly stuff in order to derail the conversation. Only your behavior from here on out will prove or disprove that theory.

JAGC

The answer may have been lost through the weird sideshow that has developed in this thread, but do we know if Monkress does have a service-connected disability? APL scrubbed the Native American thing from his site, but kept the disability. Obviously, Monkress didn’t injure himself on a “jump,” unless he literally jumped off the desk at work one day, and couldn’t play on the beer-pong “team”, then he technically was kinda sorta telling something that he can look in the mirror and pretend is the truth.

But with the lying about being a SEAL, the Native American claim, criminal record, and criminal record/behavior of Paul Wickre, everything Monkress and by association APL claims is suspect, and must be investigated. Security clearances also must be reviewed. In the Army, the regs require a flag on security clearances after a DUI or investigation.

Green Thumb

What a clown.

Green Thumb

@104.

Do not forget fraudulent law enforcement claims.

Valkyrie

Jag – From what I understand Phil is service disabled, but just barely. I’m not sure of the meaning of the “just barely” part. That is what was told to me by someone in the know.

Valkyrie

I’m sorry I meant “service-connected”. Still trying to learn all the correct terms.

Hondo

Sam: you’d be well advised to listen to OWB. Her advice is quite sound.

For what it’s worth: I’m guessing “Sam” very likely isn’t Phil. His comments are coming from the right state, but the wrong location. Where he’s commenting from is also consistent with his claim of residing in Fort Lauderdale – they’re coming from a business location roughly 10 miles away from there. Both are quite a distance south of Monkress’ places of business and residence.

JAGC

Valkyrie… got it. Thanks. I think he probably does have a service-connected rating (or some APL owner does) because he didn’t scrub that like he did the SEAL and Native American thing. Not that it matters, but service connected can be anything from an airborne mishap to accidentally poking himself in the eye with his crayon while working at his desk while in the Navy. If he’s got it, fine. But as Reagan said, “trust, but verify.” And with Monkress, I trust nothing he or APL says at this point.

GT… crimes of making false statements do change the dynamic in certain legal cases, so yeah, let’s not forget those offenses. Yikes… APL is all kinds of ate up.

Nik

@104

Obviously, Monkress didn’t injure himself on a “jump,”

Maybe he meant he GOT jumped by his unit for being an unmitigated taint-licker. :p

@58 The second picture resembles Phillip Dale Monkress if he lost 50 pounds and grew some hair. I had to force myself to watch the video of Phillip Dale Monkress and all I can say is the skeeve is strong with this one.

Veritas Omnia Vincit

As many times as Hondo has pointed out when I’m a little or a lot off the reservation getting a hard on for a counter viewpoint is not advised….no harm getting hard 4ssed in the response, just not insulting….

I would not insult anybody here, I try to respond in a more interesting way with my denigration where possible….

Someone fire up a FOIA on monkress’ father just for our friend sam please

MCPO NYC USN (Ret.)

OK kids. Let’s see about this disability claim of Philly boy. Was it a MEB PEB determination or was it a post service VA claim? Two separate and unequal things … the plot thickens.

Sam … yes … I meant Blanket … you got me!

At JAG … if what is reported here is true regarding his record (I have no doubt) … how on earth can he obtain a Public Trust Cleaeance (the minimum regarded for FED employment or contract woork) … let alone a National Security Clearance.

Regarding the sideshow … I call them the way I see them!

Ex-PH2

What’d I miss? Did something happen? OH! Someone dropped a bomb on Phildo?

Damn! That’s what I get for being a dedicated worked for the furtherance of good stuff.

OldSargeUSAR

Hey guys, can we please stop this petty bickering with Sam (not his real name)? It’s a distraction, and this thread should continue to focus on Monkeyass, not Sam (not his real name)… PLEASE! Cool it… Thank you.

Frankly Opinionated

Dayum! Is it one a month or more, who come on here, talking trash, talking our comments down, and then wondering why in hell we responded in kind to the dope.

Sam

Ok, 1. Ft Lauderdale is nearly 100 miles from Merrit Island. I am not Phil Monkress or paul weikery. I have read this site and POW Network for years. I do not like posers at all. However I don’t have blind faith in anyone. I don’t know for a fact info isn’t altered. I don’t think it is. And being “a regular” on a blog doesn’t really mean much to me. I never heard of All points whatever until I saw this. Just for the record there are 22 million people that live in the state of FL. Believe what you want my day will go on. I was just questioning what was put here. There is nothing wrong with questioning anything if the owners of the site have a problem with that ban me I don’t care. If you are willing to bet the mortgage money on someone that’s fine I choose not to. Same as I question the govt.

Edward1811

I love it when I click a link to a video and then reading the comments section entertains me for an hour.

Sam, you are one angry dude.

OWB

Since you continue to insist that this topic be about you instead of the posted topic, will only say this once, and then I am done with you, Sam.

No one here said that there was anything wrong with dissenting opinions. Or asking questions. If, as you claim, you actually were a long time reader of this blog you would already know that.

On the other hand, when anyone acts like a jerk, it is not advisable to complain about being treated like a jerk. It’s done here regularly, whether the jerk is the subject of a post or a commenter.

not julie wEir(wink)

Well this video should clear some things up!

That REALLY looks like disgruntled employees doesn’t it?
What a SHITBAG

@124 – Looks like that to me, too.

Sam, you’re wasting your time. I’ve been coming here and commenting for over 2 years now I think and many of these guys form clicks on here and act like bullies if you say the slightest thing against the court of public opinion on here, or even if it is slightly perceived to be. FYI…if you’re getting upset reading this comment, you’re probably in the group I’m talking about. Sam, just let it slide and take it with a grain of salt; we’re all on the same side when you get down to it and we all hate people like Monkress

Flagwaver

Girls, girls, girls… you are all the prettiest girl at the prom, so quit bickering. No, that dress doesn’t make your butt look fat and I’m sure the quarterback will ask you out after the party.

Now, with that said, remember that not everything on the internet is people writing hostile-like. Just think of it all being read by an O-1 and you should be okay (that includes the over-enunciation and sounding out words longer than two syllables).

That is all.

not julie wEir(wink)

The only thing in that introduction that I believe is true, is that she says he’s from Skiatook, OK. I don’t think anything else is true.
Just amazing

Eric

I don’t see how Monkress can possibly weasel his way out of this. The funny thing is if he’d come clean or just swept up the debris and kept his mouth shut (as well as the mouths of all his Anal Lampreys) we wouldn’t even be having this discussion. This can only end in a badness situation for APL and Monkress. Stupid is bad enough, loud stupid is a sure quality of life impediment.

MCPO NYC USN (Ret.)

Flagwaiver. Thank you that was the affirmation I was looking for.

Back to Philly Boy. There is a program called the Excepted Parties List (I belive that is proper name).

Now. Considering the alligations from you alligators, the Program Director of the EPL is compelled to place Philly boy and his company on the list.

This will freeze all govt contracts till he proves and or diproves alligations of said alligators.

Now. Who wants to suggest this routine action to the proper Fed authorities?

Ok. Here is a hint … If he claims he has dome any work with DHS … DHS OIG has a web site and a vehicle for confidential intake of report of fraud, waste and abuse.

DoD same thing. NASA same thing. Ah any other three letter agency … Same thing.

Sent from BB and I need new glasses.

Phillip David Monkress! Okay, that certainly shines a bright hot spot light on someones recorded public performance. Eck! And having caught TSO’s edit about Boeing contacting him I am going to *SWAG* it from here on out and say, Phillip David Monkress? You are a “special kind of stupid, aren’t you?”. Last I heard, you don’t phuck with Boeing Co. and walk away from it unscathed. Paul K. Wickre, you can out from behind your spoiled little rich boy facade too. Somewhere, somehow I will hope and pray there is a US Attorney with nothing better to do than bring the serious smoke down on your clown asses.

Oh yes, remember Mr. Wickre those “threats” you gushed forth, when you were “cyber-stalking” various people, harrassing them and anything else that gets thrown in to the juice blender, there will always be some son of a bitch waiting for you beyond the corner and clean your wallet out. How many junker Jags did you say you own again?

Old Trooper

@130: I warned Paulie boy to quit poking the bear, but he didn’t listen (as a result, the skeletons in his closet jumped out and started dancing). Phil went full retard and got his lawyer involved (again, poking the bear), and now we have, from his own lips, not only him not correcting someone who said he was a SEAL, but him piling more bullshit on top of it. His lawyer is probably on the horn with him right now, telling him she’s dropping his dumbass as a client. Then, the next call will be from DoD freezing his contracts until an investigation can be completed, at which time, he will lose all of that, too. The only ones I have any sympathy for are the innocent employees that will have to scramble to find other employment after APL goes tits up.

Reaperman

Awesome vid. Pretty much tops off all the earlier drama about this guy. So, where exactly was this vid discovered, and what took it so long given the months I’ve been reading about this?

Eric

Well, THAT escalated quickly!

Maybe he’ll reply with “oh, that video was photoshopped!” or something fun of the sort.

Oh, I’m the other Eric, no, not that one. Yes, that one…

Can we just post this for MATH. (and SV)

40% of folks in *ALL* the military have *never* deployed to a combat zone. AND besides that (and this article) MANY have never capped off a round in combat. LOGISTICS. SUPPLY. MAINTENANCE. ADMIN. Come ON!!
The fighters need *significant* logistics behind them to perform!!.
Just saying for some Military math.

ChipNASA

Sorry for the double post. It’s ME!!!

Ex-PH2

Well, Chip, I never deployed to a combat zone when I was in the Navy because the Navy did not send women into combat zones in that time period (1960s to 1970s), and I don’t care. If you served, you served.

Why isn’t Logistics as important as infantry? It IS just as important. Napoleon said “An army travels on its stomach.”

Napoleon’s army was the reason tinned/canned food was invented. (Trivial Pursuit question, yes, I won that all the time.)

ExHack

Brevard Bill,

Thank you. Stick a fork on Phil, he’s done.

Sam

Only 40% never served in combat zone? I think that would be a low number at least prior to 9-11. Now a question. If Monkress was/is actually a service connect vet even if he wasn’t a SEAL wouldn’t his company still be allowed to bid/get govt contracts? Assuming one can get passed the deception.

I agree like I said the video is damning. He should’ve corrected the record assuming he wasn’t ever a SEAL. I don’t know if his company is closely held or public traded if it’s publically traded he has bigger problems than a blog outing him. Closely held he could be forced to transfer ownership in order to keep the company afloat.

Seems to me he should just apologize and correct the record.

Just An Old Dog

Sitting back and looking at it, Stolen Valor isn’t whats going to sink Phillip Dale Monkress. We know he served in the Navy and its looking like he was med-boarded. The Disabled Veteran Owned Business claim would probably hold water. I’m betting he took a nasty tumble down a ladder-well. He lied his ass off about being a SEAL, but the chances are he could have procured those contracts on his bonafide Disabled Veteran preference and merit alone.
Unfortunately for him, prior to his lying being exposed here, his legal problems were probably not disclosed prior to getting awarded the contracts. Couple that with his being a outed as a pathological liar, his chances of retaining further contracts are pretty slim.

NHSparky

Sam, are you naturally this obtuse, or do you have to work at it?

June 11, 2013 — Tuesday I know some this is a repeat but I would like to post an answer to: 134 Reaperman: Awesome vid. Pretty much tops off all the earlier drama about this guy. So, where exactly was this vid discovered, and what took it so long given the months I’ve been reading about this? ANSWER: As a direct result of a request sent to Brevard Business News by one of you “good folks” at TAH, the video was discovered at Brevard Community College. The video had become impossible to find as some of those “bad folks” at Brevard Community College (at and under the direction of “All Points Logistics, LLC, Chief Executive Officer and President ‘U.S. Navy SEAL Team 4’ Imposter Phillip Dale Monkress”) had altered the Public Record as part of an attempted cover-up. When the Imposter verbally demanded that the publisher of Brevard Business News alter the Private Record, she refused. Subsequently, on or about December 20, 2012, the Imposter’s attorney wrote Brevard Business News a letter that stated in part: [START] It has recently come to Phil Monkress’s attention that Brevard Business News (“BBN”) published an article on September 12, 2011, (Vol. 29 N. 37 at page 11) concerning Phil Monkress as the keynote speaker for the then upcoming Florida Small Business Development Center 1lth Annual Veterans Business conference. In this article, Mr. Monkress is inaccurately referred to as “a member of the U.S. Special Forces” and “a former U.S. Navy Seal.” Mr. Monkress honorably served our country in the U.S. Navy but he was not, and has not represented himself to be, a member of the U.S Special Forces or a U.S. Navy Seal. Thus, the article published by BBN contains false statements about Mr. Monkress. Further, this article remains published in your archives on your website at http://www.brevardbusinessnews.com/ArchiveDocs/2011/2011–09–01/BBN–091211.pdf. … If BBN does not remove the article or false statements from its website, and cease any publishing of the article or false statements, Mr. Monkress will consider all available legal options to protect his rights and reputation. Please contact me if you have… Read more »

So Pillip Dale Monkress’ company has(d)contracts with some three letter agencies. What sort of due diligence do these agencies do to ensure they haven’t contracted a lying jackass? Old Monkeyass used the first person 21 times by my count in the 2 minutes and 45 seconds he spoke in this video. That should tell you what sort of tool this jagoff is. Debbie from Boeing was quite disheveled and discombobulated- not the best picture for that firm.

Green Thumb

@145.

Glad someone picked up on Debbie.

And you put it nicely.

The old man failed at that one

Kinda old ET1

Just to put another iron in the fire, I took a look at Phils latest resume. http://www.resume.com/philmonkress
It would seem he has not learned his lesson completely, he seems to be still embellishing it.

1. In his resume he lists his dates of naval service from 1984 through 1992.
But on his official documents it shows him entering boot camp in April 1987

2. From the summary portion of his resume “he facilitated communications solutions and defensive strategy around biological and chemical weapons.”
He was a DS, a computer repair man, not an operator of the systems just maintained the gear.

3. From his employment history “Data Communications/Network Information Specialist of a highly specialized field-deployed Combat Support Team providing weaponeering solutions and downwind hazard prediction for chemical/biological weapons.”
If you look at his assignment history his only active duty command was U.S.S. Canopus AS-34. I’m pretty darn certain that a submarine tender did not have “field deployed combat support teams”

All in all except for his dates of service, they may not be outright lies but Phillip Monkress sure seems to know how to stretch the fuck out of the truth.

Makes me wonder how much embellishing he has done on the other parts of his employment history.

Bobo

Interestingly, I don’t see a Management in Technical and Industrial Education BS currently offered at Valdosta State. He also seemed to have done the majority of the course work while he was a field engineer in Italy. Having grown up in Georgia and holding a BS EE, I can tell you that anyone who is academically inclined toward engineering in GA doesn’t attend Valdosta State, and doesn’t get an education degree. My guess is that the DS Navy time counted for a lot of education toward some kind of a computer degree, he threw in some CLEPs, did a lot of distance learning, and Valdosta was willing to give him an education degree based on it. I’m willing to bet that he did most of his degree work while he was on the tender in Kings Bay, GA and V State probably had professors who taught on the base.

I was also bouncing around the Can-o-piss about the same time that he was. The DSs there did a lot of stuff, and might have had some responsibility for doing something with radiacs and meteorology, but he wasn’t doing and pooping and scooping in Kings Bay, GA.

And that active TS clearance? Probably not for long. And it’s only a TS without addendums or read-ons, which is essentially a secret clearance that expires every five years.

Kinda old ET1

Bobo, being on a tender might have exposed Phil Monkress to some of the more exotic DS gear, but highly doubtful. And if you remember most of the shipboard CBR dection gear from that time frame was still treated paper and ampoules. Not computer based.
