Man accused of violating Stolen Valor Act could have bond revoked

DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) – A man accused in two stolen valor cases in southeast Missouri is at risk of going back to jail.According to online court records, 52-year-old William Clark failed to abide by the terms of his house arrest in the case filed against him in Dunklin County.
Clark is charged with forgery, possession of a controlled substance, and violating Missouri’s Stolen Valor Act.
The judge reduced Clark’s bond back on April 4 and required him to wear a monitoring device.
A hearing to allow Clark to show cause why his bond should not be revoked is set for Tuesday, April 29.
