Shame Ladner
Our buddy, Randy Travis, a reporter in Atlanta who first exposed Shane Ladner’s lies about a Purple Heart that got him a ride on the ill-fated float in Midland Texas, filed another report tonight;

Travis says that the prosecutor in Atlanta still hasn’t seen any paperwork that would convince her that Ladner didn’t lie. So there is no alternate records from Fort Benning, no hospital records from Panama – they’ve had months to produce this stuff.
I got a phone call from a disabled veteran yesterday afternoon and he called Show of Support to express his displeasure at Ladner getting all of these accolades – they tried to shame this veteran for questioning Ladner. I communicated with one of Ladner’s relatives and that relative gave me the same story – they had tried to make that relative ashamed for questioning Ladner’s veracity.
You can hear in the video that I posted Friday morning that the MC of the event repeated that Ladner had earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. They repeated the lie that he had been in Panama. With no supporting evidence. now, if they wanted to award him something for surviving the horrendous train accident, well, that’s fine, they could have done it without repeating the lies. And as I said earlier, Ladner could have declined the invitation from the group, given Randy Travis’ investigation over the past several months. But it’s not in his nature to do that.
There’s a lot of blame to go around for this one. And there should be a lot of shame – but I don’t see any of that, either.

I suspect that there has been some settlement of his suit against CSX, the train operator that IMHO has no fault, that besides making him rich includes a donation to Show of Support and an agreement that he be honored. Follow the money…

Ladner probably got the rifle for dropping Show of Support from the lawsuit.
As for the operator, I agree, he/she did nothing wrong. But then, juries think that a train can stop in about 100 feet, much like a car.
I hope this is all considered in his trial, and is bought up to define the type of asshole he is when he is sentenced.
It could be worse. Somewhere Shane Ladner just took a Giduck.
Show of Support is trying to cover their obvious lack of common sense…..when faced with the glaring truth?…Bluster your way through and attack the source of the truth.
Its making them look extremely stupid.
Ex-cop Ladner, and now his wife, are a couple of con artists, aided by the the Show of Support organization.
This is Stolen Valor at its finest! Simple shaming does no good with many of these individuals. Jail, fines and a boycott of Show of Support is warranted.
As stated above, I suspect this is the result of the threat of lawsuit. In decades past one might describe it as blackmail.
The Show of Support is at fault ! They knew this from the moment that train hit that truck !…. I say truck because that’s all it was, a flat bed with chairs strapped down to it ! In what world would that be approved by osha. The video must show how the straps where causing the people to trip while trying to run for their lives. There should be a investigation into the show of support …. are they using the money that they raise to payoff Mr.& Mrs. one leg ? If so the sponsors should have something to say ……about paying off a know poser !! and who is general Hollingsworth ? Is he ok with this poser being awarded ?

It is axiomatic that when one sues, he sues everybody connected to the event or circumstance that produced the injury suffered. And if everyone is not included, those who are will seek to include other defendants either to escape liability or to ‘spread’ the damage award responsibility around. In civil procedure, this is usually accomplished by joinder or impleader. Thus, the theory that Show of Support is being nice to avoid a suit doesn’t, to borrow from Vinnie, hold water. The organization can be yanked into the lawsuit by another defendant.
Every time I even read or hear Shane Lardner’s name, i feel the need to take a shower!! Some day, he’ll be Bubba & Thor’s boy-bitch once again!!
Just watched the video of the presentation. Unbelievable. Show of Support should be investigated big time. I hope the defense attorneys are watching all of this. I think Terry Johnson should be supporting Meg and Shane Ladner for the rest of their lives. She wants to be a motivational speaker. What a joke. She needs a motivational speaker to help her. Who would pay to see a woman with one leg still hanging on to the person who lied to her for 10 years. What scammers they are. Tell everyone you know to boycott Show of Support. I’d like to run each name of the honored veterans to see who really should have been honored. We already know SHAME LADNER should not.

It amazes me that Ladner didn’t see what happened in Texas as kharma. I would’ve. Then again, it would never cross my mind to steal honor.
My wife and I watched that report and what got under my skin the most was the statement from that sham organization that all those who served are heroes. So I guess Lee Harvey Oswald’s descendants should be expecting a new rifle and an invitation to go hunting any day now.

Is this show he puts on every year just money going into his pockets ? That organization and Terry Johnson are playing God. They answer to no one. They have meg Ladner so snowed. Keep telling her that her husband has the real DD214. That General Hollingworth is as low as they go. He and Terry Johnson, his wife and daughter should all be investigated. It’s a huge scam. The woman in the wheelchair is so drugged and drinks heavy. It’s almost so bad that someone ought to rescue her. They know he’s lying and protecting themselves.. Now they have taken down any negative remarks on their Facebook page so it’s looks like they are an upstanding organization, but we know any organization who deliberately honors posers is not. Help shut them down.
After Show of Support took all the negative comments off their Facebook page the sent out a message “kiss it Fools”. Class people who seem to be playing God. Only people who agree with honoring a poser are allowed to post.
I am sure my comments will be removed pretty quickly, I can only hope someone who has bee unaware of Ladners lies will see it first and look into it on their own.
Is it possible to appear in the tournament twice? For rocking his lies twice? He went deep last time and seems to be a good contender for this years tourney.

These folks are rude and accusatory in nature.
I would be curious to see their Form 990.
Either these people are denying the truth about Shame Ladner or they are gullible as hell. The bad thing is that it looks like they have a lot of support from people who have not been informed about Shit-eater Ladner’s actions. I guess that’s the huge benefit of him living in Ga and stealing from organizations in Texas. The people there didn’t see him getting arrested on the local news.
The media in Texas is at fault for not reporting the truth ! At least the ones in Midland Texas and surrounding area …. like my west Texas and news nine. Their not going to report the truth because they don’t want to expose the Show of Support….. Terry Johnson. They need to get some real reporters like that Travis guy in Georgia. If he was in Midland the people there would see that Show of Support honored a faker , liar ,poser and criminal !! And the comment they made to people on there face book page ….”kiss it fools” WOW !!! is that all you got to say ? The 990 looks ok for the most part.
No disclosure/document destruction policy or whistleblower policy; some questionable legal expenses and potential conflict of interest w/ the BOD but otherwise, not to far off base.
I will say that many of these numbers may fluctuate considering the outcome of various legal processes and the gross incompetence and lack of management that have displayed. Specifically, the amount of cash they have on hand and other tangible assets as they have an odd tendency to disappear given the size and relatively limited scope of their mission, vision and operation.
Well they make it pretty clear on that form that injured soldiers are beneficiaries and on their Facebook page it is Wounded veterans. Shame Ladner was not in combat and not wounded in combat so he should not receive those benefits….makes me wonder?
Maybe one of the NBC, CBS or ABC would be interested in investigating Terry Johnson and show of support organizations. Anyone out there have any connections? We can’t let them to continue honoring posers.
