Nothing like a New England reporter in TX, lighting these cats up!

    • Daisy Cutter says:

      Lahr Enforcement

He’s got to be from Massachusetts.

      • ChipNASA says:

LOL, I totally caught that as well. He could be from “Joisey” as well. He does have a little of the Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero from the Sopranos look about himself…

        • marinedad61 says:

          Speaking of Big Pussy…..
When any of you have 74 minutes to waste,
you can see the 1st 6 seasons…. in 74 minutes.
          (spoiler) Yes, he’s in there.

          • marinedad61 says:

            Holy crap..
            That YouTube video frame grab….
            looks a little bit like…. FOLEY !!!

          • Mason says:

Funny story, we were watching one of the Gordon Ramsay shows a few weeks back. He had the guy who played Big Pussy on the show. I was trying to remember his name and Googled “Big Pussy” without thinking. It does not come back with the Sopranos character. You get a LOT of other stuff. Totally unrelated to Sopranos.

As commented by several on the other threads, dahell is the current high sheriff doing letting Jowers slide? He is STILL supporting Jowers and is not investigating Jowers? daHell? daphuque? Basically Foley just lied and embellished his service, as despicable as that is, he did leave the Military with, on paper, an Honorable Discharge. Jowers was basically thrown out of the Military and under TexAss Law, shouldn’t even be an LEO? daHell am I missing here? And as pointed out by others, there has got to be a multitude of defense lawers having involuntary vascular reactions over all of this.

Outcast, put down that Whiskey Bottle and get that load of popcorn to the plant for packaging.

    • Skippy says:

      I restocked yesterday
      Plenty for this circus
      I’m trapped as casa skippy
      Thanks to monster snow storm
      That’s a dud

    • OWB says:

Best guess? The sheriff is indeed investigating, just quietly. As he should or perhaps already has.

Meanwhile, it is possible (maybe remotely) that the OTH has since been upgraded. No, I’m not holding my breath. Best to just wait upon the official FOIA results.

      • ninja says:

Good point about Ole Ricky’s OTH.

However, he did not mention in the article that he received an upgrade.

He also displayed a DD214 that was cut off to only show “Honorable”.

IMHO, I think he still has a OTH.

As you stated, we shall see with the results of his FOIA.

Thank You for sharing that perspective.

      • marinedad61 says:

        Uhhhh, nope.

Clyde Police Department = Procedure and professionalism.
        Callahan County Sheriff’s Department =
The Good ol’ boys at Bob’s Country Bunker.

(I’m tempted to post the “Stand By Your Man” video..
        but I won’t.)

      • G. Botts says:

Sheriff won’t investigate his mini-me… he’s just as crooked!

        • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

Which makes me think of him as a Roscoe P. Coltraine / Buford T. Justice hybrid!

        • marinedad61 says:

That might change in the next 48 hours.
Callahan County is on Facebook Fire over this now.

(Outgoing Sheriff) Joy may have played his last Good Ol’ Boy card.

  4. A Proud Infidel®™ says:

THE BEST Little Stolen Valor Whorehouse in Texas!!!

  5. AW1Ed says:

So is Jowers still running for the office, now unopposed? Any credibility he had has been shot down in flames, but at least he didn’t commit any criminal acts by lying about his service, and he did publicly come clean. Just because he was caught, of course.

  6. Keepin' It Real says:

    Is it Foley, or Naga?

  7. Watched the video and all I can say is a big WOW. Like I commented the other day, Foley can now go to hollyweird and get a job as a Foley Artist. I saved a friend of mine who showed me his Korea Veteran ball cap with the NDSM ribbon along with the Korea Service and UN Korea Service ribbon embroided on the cap. One problem. My friend went into the Navy in 1954 at 18. Those awards were good from 1950-1954 IF YOU were there supporting the S. Koreans and not off of the US east coast on board a radar picket ship looking for Russian bombers flying along the Dew Line route. He has been out of the Navy for years now and in his 80’s and isn’t involved like I am reading Navy times, keeping in contact with shipmates etc. I looked at his DD-214 and saw the NDSM. He came across the Navy Good Conduct Medal which he had but I didn’t see it on the 214 due to other typing in that box and it could have been typed in below. He also was in the Reserves after active duty. Just wasn’t aware of regulations governing the wearing and usage of awards, So yesterday I ordered a ball cap with US NAVY embroided on the top and Veteran on the bottom with his two “LEGAL” ribbons embroided in the middle. The bottom line was that I told him was that if the award isn’t on the 214 then you can’t wear it. He understood what I said but it took some time to sink in. I also mentioned why I couldn’t wear a ball cap that had Viet Nam Veteran on it because I wasn’t there, and he really understood after that. I did email Admin about the situation just to be super sure that I was doing the right thing.

  8. A Proud Infidel®™ says:

Wasn’t is said somewhere that The Texas Rangers were opening investigations on both of those SV chowderheads? Time will tell and the Texas Rangers don’t fool around at all!

  9. 26Limabeans says:

did he actually say it was an “honest” mistake?
I guess anybody could have made it.

    • Mustang Major says:

I don’t even know Rick Jowers, and I thought he was an airborne ranger, SEAL, took a bullet, and had an honorable discharge. Just an honest mistake on my part. Easy to do.

      • marinedad61 says:

Only days ago, over the weekend,
plenty of Jowers supporters on Fakebook downing Foley,
using the “took a bullet” line to support Jowers.

        All are quiet now.
        Some quit the rant group
(and left their comments in gray behind).

All quiet on the Western Front.

        • marinedad61 says:

All quiet on the Western Front
(about the bullet talk from his supporters).

Otherwise, Clyde and Callahan County are now on Fakebook Fire.

  10. Steve Balm says:

A little bird told me that we have more info on Jowers. People from Callahan are coming forward with cell video and other things. His records also came in.

Look for something soon – i.e. sooner rather than later. i.e. hours vs. days.

If you are not well educated by noon tomorrow at the latest, I give you permission to call me names.

    • A Proud Infidel®™ says:

Can’t wait, got beer, popcorn and nachos ready, ain’t had this much fun since the last time we really had some good sockpuppets to chew on!

      • Steve Balm says:

Military Phony claims they will publish in a couple of hours. Definitely before 8pm… that’s 2000 for you military folks, but more likely 1900-1930 time frame.

TAH / ValorGuardians is up to Dave Hardin, but I also heard rumors of another TV broadcast that may run tonight on this story.

Dave is playing it close to the chest because he doesn’t want to write checks that his body can’t cash. He probably has to make dinner for the Soviet so his time is not his.

“Smollett is due in court February 24 at the Criminal Court Building at 26th and California. He is indicted on Six counts.”

These fellows would have benefited from the study of what that former Jewish Carpenter made mention of in John 8, v 32. KJV

Other than that? bwaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha gasp gasp hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Butbutbut isn’t he solely getting held accountable for his actions JUST because he’s both Black AND gay?

  14. ninja says:

Found an old 1 minute video of Ole Ricky Boy and Ole Leeroy playing together as youngsters!

No wonder they embellished their Military Service!

Calling KoB, Calling KoB, please pick up the BatPhone:

Ricky Wayne Jowers was FIELD ARTILLEY!

      OSUT at Fort Sill.

Duty possibly in Giessen, Germany with Alpha Battery, 2nd Battalion, 2rd Field Artillery.

Dude probably went AWOL to Texas since he turned himself in at Fort Hood (How ironic) before he was sent to Fort Sill to face Court Martial procedures.

Got out as an E1. What does that tell you?

Am really surprised he did not receive a BCD.

Also, wonder what the Family Emergency was. His Family was still alive when he went AWOL.

A “Dear John” Letter from back home?

      • Skippy says:

Amazing thing I went to sill for basic

      • Ret_25X says:

A Bty 2/3 FA was on “The Rock”…Ayers Kaserne in Kirchgoens, FRG.

Went AWOL in 1989 less than a year after arrival. Based on his arrival date to 3AD he might have inprocessed with me at Schloss Kaserne in Butzbach…I don’t remember him, but there were several hundred of us going through headstart and driving classes there in June, 88.

Soldiers flaking out and going AWOL was common back then. We spent 250-300 days per year in the field not counting Spearhead Shock gunnery and readiness tests.

        Wow…I was a SP4 back then…LOL

        • rgr769 says:

My first 11 weeks in Germany in the 509th we never had a day off. That was back in the days when Saturday was a duty day.

I hope that my comment over on the mp site is fast tracked thru mods and will be the FIRST to start this POS Richard Wayne Jowers on his quest for Google Fame. I’m sure that Dave will be making a separate post on Dippy here, soon as he gets the Soviet’s supper dishes finished up. He may have to wait till his gets her bubble bath run.

All Hail the fine work of the MP/VG ninjas for busting this POS.

      Gawd I Love this place!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • 5th/77th FA says:

Yep, and I’m totally bent out of shape over him bringing shame down upon the Kings of Battle, The Winners of War. This Sissy Punk Richard Wayne Bowers best be glad that Old Blue Fire Thomas Jonathan Jackson was not his CO. Tom woulda had him bucked & gagged, spread on the wheel, and THEN executed by musketry.

Imma gonna be a’calling on ALL the gunners to play pile on when he gets his own post. Good thing for him he didn’t have a chance to besmirch the Honor of the E-4 Mafia and the Clan of the NDSM.

        • Skippy says:

I went to basic there Delta 119

        • Combat Historian says:

Is there such a place as the Redleg Hall of Shame? This dipshit is a prime candidate…

          • 5th/77th FA says:

CH if there wasn’t, there is fixin’ to be. I took AIT at Ft Sill in ’71, gunners school (Basic was at Knox). My math may be fuzzy, but I’m thinking B Btry 10th Bn 5th FA. I need to dig what little bit of my records I still have and try to confirm that. Anyhow, ALL of our DS were fresh from being in country the Viet of the Nam Times with several being 3 war Vets. They were pounding the hard learned lessons into our brains cause we were scheduled to replace them boys. Good Times. I went back to Sill in June of ’90 for my nephew’s graduation from Basic. He went straight from basic to MLRS and then was sent to the sandbox for Desert Shield.

Lots of changes between ’71 and ’90, not only to the post itself but the troops themselves. They all seemed so young. Even though older than the DS there I fell right back into the recruit mode around them. They laughed, we talked, I bought a trunk load of cold beer and invited them back to the motel for a pool party. More Good Times.

We gonna be gunning for your sorry white trash ass Richard Wayne Jowers.

    • OWB says:

Good. Let the chips fall where they may, to include both of these PoS’s being investigated by whoever does that sort of thing to get their licenses revoked, be prosecuted, and whatever else the local DA, state board of whatever, and federal attorneys can cobble together.

  15. Green Thumb says:

Surprised All-Points Logistics has not opened an office in Clyde, TX or Callahan County for that matter.

These dudes are nothing but a bunch of bullshit artist using a badge and fear to state their “Claims” in life and make cash.

Fucking couple of cowards that may be the “Real Sheriff” Buford Pusser visits.

But hell, if one of these losers gets the nod, can you imagine the amount of posers hey would hire? Particularly with an All-Points Logistics grant-taxpayer-funded operation?

  16. A Proud Infidel®™️ says:

How did Ricky Wayne Jowers end up getting shit in his mustache?

“🎵Lookin’ for love in all the wrong places…🎵”

  17. Smaj says:

Clearly there are no hiring or vetting standards in the LE agencies within Callahan county. Which means there are certainly more sketchy LEOs working within those agencies. Some are shitting bricks tonight.

  18. C2Show says:

Ricky Jowers felt it was nobody business to know about that OTH Discharge…

    Think again.

  19. Hack Stone says:

Hack just knew that this all sounded familiar.
