Ward Reilly; lying scumbag Geezer for Peace POS
I tried to be nice to VVAW, VFP, IVAW member Robert Ward Reilly when I wrote this post about him proving he has no right to call himself a Vietnam Veteran nor a Ranger, but apparently he persists in his deceit by the looks of the email he sent to Steve Slausen (see his comment from last night). So I’m calling him out.
As a former member of the 1st Ranger Battalion (with documentation), I take exception with his attempts to link his sorry service to mine (he was AWOL and deserted after combat forces were withdrawn from Vietnam while he was stationed in Germany and calls that “making a statement”). So, Ward, since I know for a fact that you read this blog, I’m stating publicly that if you persist in trying to convince people that you’re a Ranger, I’ll have no choice but to stomp a mudhole in your ass the next time I see you. Or at least, I’ll embarrass you so bad that you’ll never be able to show your face in public wherever hippies gather.
In fact, I’ll start embarrassing you with this picture;

I’m no Ranger & I’d never attempt to fake the funk or simulate it like that fool does. That poseur sporting an OG-107 with the VVA patch is trying to pass as a faux-Nam vet & if he gets put in check by any one who actually humped the boonies in the A-Shau or the Mekong Delta, he brought it on himself.
Perhaps he is just a “Rump Ranger” and got confused. 🙂
