Veteran Punches Punk Through Window After Punk Threatens Veteran’s Wife
A young punk learned a lesson in matters after threatening an Army veteran’s wife.
The veteran in the video below was enjoying a morning with his wife when a group of guys started harassing them.
“That’s all fine and dandy,” the veteran wrote on YouTube, “but then they said they were going to rape and kill my wife.”
This was one step too far. So the veteran left his video and punched the young buck THROUGH the window of another car.
After the video went viral, the veteran, later identified as J. Guidry, released the following statement,
Hey there everyone,
I am writing because I am the big guy in this video. I can 100% attest to the events that happened and that the words written before the video are accurate. I am a husband, father, son, friend, veteran, football player and finally a human being. I have never claimed to be a bad ass or thug or killer, I however have been trained all my life to be protective of what is mine. The young men that threatened my wife were serious in there threats and had a pistol on the front seat. From my experience an overwhelming show of force is the only way to take the wind out of a bullies sails. I would rather be shot protecting my family and friends and country than cower behind something or hold my tongue. With that said my wife is trained as well and had my six covered and those who know will understand that statement. I am not a bully I’m a protective husband. I did have a little scratch from this to answer everyone’s statement and no I didn’t break my wrist lol. All I can say is if you are going to be a bully or a threat make sure you’re prepared to defend your actions. To all the young men and woman out there that haven’t been raised to respect others please learn quickly because not everyone you disrespect will sit quietly.

The punk was fortunate to just getting punched. Most of us would have shot the sonovabitch, particularly if the remarks were directed at a daughter or granddaughter. If they were directed at my wife, she would have done the shooting. You don’t want to mess with a Southern woman.

When you wrote “through the window” I thought well ok, the window was down and he nailed the idiot. I was wrong…you really meant THROUGH the window.

Since we are entitled to our opinions on TAH, I’m gonna say it. I THINK the You Tube Channel Owner and “J.Guidrey” may be the same person. I could be wrong…
Will wait and see how this plays out.

That is why I wanted to wait to see how this plays out…as I shared, I could be wrong in my doubts about someone suddenly showing up almost 2 years later on the YouTube Channel stating it’s him..and that he is a Veteran.
Just hope someone is not trying to reap financial gain on their Channel by pretending “J Guidrey” is a Veteran…don’t know if using that tactic (Veteran) generated more interest…or if that person excluded being a Veteran would still generate interest.

Well, I’m satisfied that there are still real men walking around upright in this country.

I think this guy is lucky they weren’t real bad guys, otherwise we’d might be hearing of a very different story about a veteran being shot to death in front of his wife with that gun in the front seat he mentioned. (Perhaps he perceived these guys were mere punks, I dunno.)

“Toxic Masculinity” in action, giving a dummy a well needed lesson. That dummy deserved that. I wouldn’t be surprised, based on what the Veteran recounted, that the dummies didn’t get enough of that growing up.
I’ve had verbal altercations with people who thought that they could bully me verbally. But, when I spoke to them with my infantry NCO voice, their “bullying up” melted away, to be replaced with the look of fear in their eyes.
Many bullies are cowards at heart.
MRS D always gets a kick when I’m forced to use what she calls “my sergeant voice”. Back it up with a stare and a properly wielded knife-hand, and you get results. It’s especially fun to use on some man-bun wearing slacker. I’m careful not to abuse it, though.
I did that in a couple of extreme cases.
Works like a charm. The others, all I had to do was stare straight into their eyes in a way that burned through them, then spoke with my NCO voice. First, came the fear in their eyes, then the avoidance if they have to remain in the area, then the rapid evasive maneuver.
Fortunately, these have been very rare.
The guy in the back seat was being a real Pain in the Glass but in the end, he got his due reward.

When I read “through the window” I was thinking, big deal he’s punching through an opening in a door. Nope, literally went through the glass. That’s not easy. Wonder if he had a ring on, because I’ve seen car windows resist several strikes from a baton.

Never try that on windshield or front passenger and driver side windows.

I doubt the story about the threats etc. More than likely mutual asshattery/road rage.
Even if it was someone talking trash to you or you wife etc, why the fuck would you escalate the situation by leaving your vehicle?
Just drive the fuck away. Pull that with the wrong people you can end up shot or getting jumped by three-four guys.

Concur. As cool as it is to watch, the yutes in the car are only guilty of extreme douchebaggery and aggravated asshattery. The puncher is probably guilty of aggravated assault, battery, destruction of property, and who knows what all. Bad idea.

I didn’t see a gun or a threat.
When he got out of his truck and headed for the car, self-defense went away. He’s now the attacker. Best move was 911 and disengage.
BTW: Deadly force was authorized. Gun visible, threat of “rape and kill” of wife … all caught on tape.
I cannot see a more perfect articulation of “self-defense and that if others”.
Remember … you do not have to wait … but you had better be able to articulate.

He just cleared the area of any visible risks. Well done that man, studied his lessons well. As an retired instructor I can only say I admire any solder who pays attention and can demonstrate what he has learnt properly.
