Good call, Sheriff Champagne
Fatal shooting of Luling drug store robber was justified, sheriff says

By Michelle Hunter, NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune
A pharmacist who shot an armed robber who tried to hold up a Luling drug store was justified in using deadly force, according to St. Charles Parish Sheriff Greg Champagne.
“All indications in this investigation, including the recovered store surveillance video, shows that the pharmacist and the store clerk’s lives were in imminent danger,” Champagne said in a statement released Tuesday afternoon. “This incident is currently deemed a justified shooting.”

Authorities earlier identified the deceased man as Mark Fisher Jr., 36, who lived in or near Madisonville. Fisher is accused of trying to rob Thrift Village Drugs Inc., 737 Paul Maillard Road, Luling, Monday night.

So Delta Whiskies and Wiskettes, todays totals are a respectable 1 / 1 / 2, with one cashed in, one resting up for a court appearance, and two in the wind, contemplating a new line of work. Or changing their shorts and planning their next crime.

Bakersfield; from the article: “The use of force by the homeowner will be investigated.” GBFSM. Here’s a novel thought. Why don’t you investigate why dirtbags are allowed to break into honest folks home and get away with it? Oops my bad, it’s commiefornia, where decent honest folk are out voted by Commissar poddledick mfers. Bring back chain gangs and public hangings. Film at 11.

Dallas: OK Mr. Rent-a-Cop, center mass saves the taxpayer food and housing money.

Luling: Ahhh, another parasite on society has met his just reward. Enjoy the dirt nap, dirt bag!

I’m still winning, so I’m still buying. Set ’em up Barkeeper!

That address in Dallas is a well known nexus of criminal activity. It used to be great until all of the apartments went section 8. A couple of years ago, when Dallas had their Ebola import, he was in that very neighborhood.

Unless I am addressed by a rank such as Corporal, or Sergeant, or Captain, or Colonel, I will use the terms ‘Sir’ or ‘Ma’am’.
