“And if you haven’t yet, VOTE!”

It is important to be seen at the polling place today. Free people gathering in their communities to elect their leaders. It is a beautiful sight to behold. Be part of it.
Honor those who gave everything so that you can raise your hand, vote, pray, assemble to voice grievences and live your life as you see fit.

Unless the people are Democratic Socialists, in which case they are just many rabble loitering.

Sapper3307

I will be voting against Bernie Sanders in about an hour. But he has three generations of welfare recipients being bused in, gotta keep them section eight’s going.

Deplorable B Woodman

We have vote by mail. So……already voted.

And who, in their right mind (or ANY mind) opens their door at 3am to a bunch of unknown yutes?

CCO

1) Naive, kind-hearted people.

2) People who want to get the drunk idiots off their porch so they can get back to sleep.

3) People who are doing the kind of business that would be run out of someone’s house and open at 3am.

The Henderson County homeowner was more a type 2 it would seem, since he had a firearm to hand and there’s no indication of type 3 (“home known by law enforcement;” “homeowner also arrested for __,” etc.

It’s raining in many places. Democratic Socialists don’t usually come out in the rain. As for polls, is there anyone here who puts any stock in them? I was exit polled once. I lied.

It’s raining here.
I stopped by the hospital to pick up some records. Both women in the office said they are not voting blah blah blah.
Then over to Walmart for a few items. Same thing from two checkout ladies. Nobody worth voting for blah blah blah.
Then to my town office to vote.

I predict low turn out of Hospital workers and Walmart women.

Dogs can buy insurance?

“just many rabble loitering” Very good descriptive adjective use there. Be going out right shortly to vote against 2 for sure socialist demon critters. One trying to become the govanator, the horror, the other state rep, born with the old proverbial silver spoon up her ass. Letting the early be 4 work crowd get out of the way….Them fellows from NC, you just gotta know how proud their mama & them are of them. One looks a little in bred, another ain’t from around here, and the third, can you say punk thug? SMH… Texas story, don’t assault an officer with your car, he WILL shoot at you…Pit bull story; my sympathies to the dogs. Both dogs punished/died because of stupidity/lack of training on the part of the owners. Pit bulls have gotten a bad rap of late, just like dobies, rotties, sheppies, and chow chows have in the past. An American Bull Dog is one of the most fiercely loyal, protective, and loving of all the breeds; if properly raised. Have had several of all the above breeds and they were basically lap puppies, even around kids. Flip side of that is they didn’t like strangers coming inside the wire without escort and introduction. And yes a dog can buy insurance. The owner has to write the check, you know cause of that whole no thumb thing. A lot of places now are requiring, in addition to the leash law, that the owner of these dogs have insurance on them. Some areas are even trying to ban the “Pit Bull” breed entirely. My Macie girl was a drop dead gorgeous brindle, had to put her down 2 years ago, cancer was bad. Trixie is a white, leggy, love sponge.

I’m waiting for the Palm Beach County Fl. dem Liberal Seniors who voted for gillium to start crying if he gets in as Gov. and puts a State tax into effect. He stated that he would do this in those speeches he made but these libs only vote on party lines and race of the person who is running. Going over to our clubhouse in a few minutes to vote. I hope they allow me inside because I am wearing an OD tee shirt with an American flag silk screened on the front and the back says that this Vet has your Six

“OD tee shirt”

Uh-oh! You are just asking for trouble.
Cover it up with a OD slant pocket fatigue blouse. You know you have one.

Jeff LPH 3, 63-66, ARNG 75-77

Don’t own an OD slant pocket fatigue blouse, although when I was in the ARNG back in 75-77 they were giving those Slant pocket jobs away while I was up at Fort Drum for my 2 week stint. Didn’t take one. If I had volunteered for the Swift boats, I probaly would have one of those custom jobs with the unit patches and the other patches that were not authorized for use while on duty. One of the members of the United In Group Harmony Assn. used to wear one at some of our collector shows up in Shutzen Park, North Bergen NJ. Easy ride from Long Beach Long Island NY through the Lincoln tunnel. Organization run by Ronnie I owner of Clifton record shop which was the one with Frankie Lyman’s headstone in the window because one or two of his wives didn’t want the stone that we raised money for. I wonder where it is now since Ronnie passed on a few years ago.Looks like I just went off on another tangent and made a short story long unlike the song “To Make a Long Story Short”

UpNorth

As one can’t “electioneer” within 100 feet of a polling place, I did my part. I wore a bright red tee. The wife wore a red jacket.

Raining off and on in my harem of NW Florida, just the perfect weather to be around like-minded patriots who know that we have rights in this country those in some other countries can only dream of. But, as above, the Wally World crowd can’t be bothered b/c ‘there is no one worth voting for’. What a bunch of babble. Well, I firmly believe if one cannot go to the ‘trouble’ of voting, even in crappy weather, they should STFU over the next two years, until they again have the opportunity to vote and take advantage of that opportunity. In all the 45+ years I have been eligible to vote, I missed doing so one time, when I was hospitalized. I learned later that I could ask that a ballot be brought to me in the hospital, so that’s bad on my part. Voting … what an opportunity to give back to the country that has given so much to me. I’m in love with this country.
