The Fox view from behind the reporters last night, with all of them drooling and salivating over Daniels’ stint at the mike, as if she were some wronged housewife instead of what she is, tells you everything about them.
The problem for the Dems is they normalized this behavior 20 years ago. They created a world in which we’re told not to care about what happens behind a president’s bedroom doors.
Now they do what they do best, be hypocrites.

The part about Starbucks being a hangout isn’t wrong. In several of the doofus hipster towns around Northampton Massachusetts the Starbucks operations openly court people to hang out and take advantage of the free wifi as part and parcel of their marketing strategy. I believe they base this on the thought that those folks hanging out will eventually buy something and Starbucks will make some bucks on them.
I can imagine no scenario where the manager calls the police because a couple of mall bound white girls are hanging out waiting for a friend without ordering anything. Because I see that every day in the lily white Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. I also don’t see why the cops arrested those men instead of simply issuing summons to appear.
We never like admitting systemic racism because it’s uncomfortable but it exists and until the late 60s was part and parcel of how the government dealt with homeowners in the United States.
We are better than we’ve ever been with respect to race, but we still have room to make ourselves better still.
Systemic, hell…according to other articles this now-former manager has called the cops before on similar grounds. One asshole doth not a systemic make. Most Starbucks openly invite people to sit and loiter as part of their business model.
We know too little to be able to judge at this point. Maybe the place was full and paying customers were complaining about not having a seat?
The bottom line is these guys were arrested for their own behavior. They were told, by the cops, three times to leave. That’s trespassing. They could have just walked away and this would have been a call cleared assisted. Instead, they decided to challenge the cops. Cause they have rights and blah, blah, blah.
Break the law in front of a cop, you get arrested.
It’s always wise to do as the cops tell you because they have the guns and badges, and what’s right isn’t always what’s expedient when it comes to police.
One would think black men would be well aware of that reality these days.
