Cop impersonator sexually assaults motorist
One of our ninjas sends us a link to the story of a fellow impersonating a police officer in Downy, California driving a Black Crown Victoria, who pulled over a female motorist and “searched” her in a manner that could be interpreted as sexual assault;
The man, described as Hispanic and in his early 30s, was wearing a dark-colored, long-sleeved uniform-style shirt and tan pants. He had on shoulder patches, a silver star-type badge and silver name tag, along with a black police-type utility belt with a pistol attached, according to CHP.
His vehicle was a black four-door sedan, possibly a Ford Crown Victoria. It was affixed with a red-and-blue emergency light mounted inside the windshield by the rearview mirror, and a spotlight mounted at the left A-pillar, CHP stated. The front and rear side windows were tinted.
The assailant was 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 to 200 pounds and with a medium build.
It’s a jungle out there.

This is some Angelo Otchy shit.
I hope this maggot meets a armed motorist.
It would be nice if he met an armed motorist, but unfortunately unlikely. Downy is part of Los Angeles County, where CCW permits are effectively impossible to obtain unless you are rich and politically connected.
How about the perv meeting Cynthia Rothrock in a bad mood?
I hope he attempts to pull over some woman that recognizes the maggots vehicle and doesn’t pull over until after she calls police and they show up! Sooprize, Sooprize! LOL
Sooner or later this creap will try pulling over the wrong lady. Hope its sooner rather than later.
His downfall will be when he pulls over an actual cop.
I’d pay to see the look on his face when he does.
Here’s hoping he soon pulls a real LEO over and reaps the rewards.
Or hits up someone who knows a real cop when they see one…
It’s probably no surprise that California gets its share of twisted criminals, including those willing to copycat crimes no matter how gruesome. Those familiar with the Caryl “Redlight Bandit” Chessman case years ago would likely notice a similarity to what happened in Downey. The key method is the same, and it can make you wonder about escalation.
As a sort of oblique twist, Chessman’s case also led indirectly to a temporary suspension of the death penalty in the state which allowed people like Charles Manson and his minions to escape the gas chamber.
As an example of how the wheels of justice may grind slowly, but exceedingly fine, it was reported last week that Manson, the nasty little lowlife thug, is now in critical condition in a Bakersfield hospital due to a painful gastro-intestinal condition, and not expected to survive. One can only hope Charlie’s health care lives up to the standards shown in the Georgia rest home discussed today in another thread…
Call nurse Nuckles STAT.
That little button by the bed in a hospital you push for the nurse when you’re in pain?
I hope they disconnected it in Chuck’s room…
And he will have no more appeals. Good.
No chance for parole, either.
Burn Charlie Burn.
Well, well, well…. There’s a report somewhere that occasionally, the current owner of the house that Sharon Tate lived in has haunting episodes. If it’s Sharon, I hope she meets that slime at the Gates of Hell and holds the door open for him.
Die slowly and painfully, charlie.
Manson just died…hallelujah!
Good news from the liberal south of California.
Charlie hit the “delete” button a couple hours ago.
I hope the room staff used Charlie for entertainment and kept hitting the “reload” button for awhile. You know, get him to start sucking a bit of air and kicking around a bit. When he gets quiet, hit the “reload” button again. Kind of like wiring frog legs to a battery.
