Shreveport police are searching for a suspect who kicked in a door and was shot at by a woman inside.
Police say it happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday at the Centrum Apartments in the 2700 block of Waggoner Avenue.
Officers say a man kicked in a door to one of the apartment units and was shot at by a woman inside.
When police arrived, the suspect was gone.
From Rancho Cucamonga, California;
The homeowner, who lives in the 11600 block of Brindisi Way, got home about 12:40 a.m. Sunday and found his front door open, the San Bernardino County Sheriff Department’s said in a news release.
Someone inside shot at him, so he got a gun from his vehicle and shot back, the release said. He then returned to his car and called police.
The thief is still loose.

We can only hope that the perps had to at least change their shorts.
If the guy saw his door open, why didn’t he just call the police instead of escalating the threat by retrieving his gun from the car and then trying to engage the perp. this is the anti 2nd state of california and he could have been arrested for interfering with someone whom was just trying to make a living by robbing homes. How dare he. Punishment should be 20 lashes with a wet noodle, and have to watch 20 reruns of the Howdy Doody show on youtube. BZ Buffalo Bob.
