CIA hunts for traitor

| April 20, 2017

According to CBS News, the CIA and the FBI are conducting a joint manhunt for a traitor who released classified documents to WikiLeaks which described the tools that the CIA uses to penetrate smart phones, smart TVs and computer systems;

In his first public comments as director of the CIA just last week, Mike Pompeo railed against WikiLeaks and its founder Julian Assange.

“It is time to call out WikiLeaks for what it really is: A non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia,” he said.

Well, you know, we quit executing traitors after Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were put to death by electrocution for spying for the Soviets. Traitors like Bradley Manning are lionized and worshipped. Execute a couple of these creeps and maybe the rest will stop spying.

Kinda like that movie Papillon, where the first thing the new arrivals to the prison are shown is the beheading by guillotine of a man who tried to escape. Set the tone!

Wilted Willy

They should all be hung by the balls!

Veritas Omnia Vincit

They better work quickly to get Manning then…there might an issue there shortly.

Glad I don’t have a smartass phone, and don’t really want one, either.

Oddly, there are conflicting stories on Reuters this morning that yes, Russia had a US-based thing going to hack the 2016 elections, and no, that wasn’t what happened at all.

So we don’t pictures or names yet, huh? Okay, well, what if that guy shows up at the restaurant out on the highway, bold as brass? I doubt s/he’s on the run. More likely hiding in plain sight somewhere. Is this going to be anything like ‘The Spy Who Came In From the Cold’? No?

And why is it always Wikileaks now? Is that the go-to spot for betraying your own country because there’s no Cold War any more?

I don’t even have a cell phone…too much like a leash!!

This Mike Pompeo dude, is he a democrat or a republican?
Or more importantly, is he a liberal or a constitutional conservative?

The FBI inside the CIA for a joint investigation? Holy good night. Talk about a fun-fest. Hint: I’d start with the guy who went to lunch yesterday and didn’t come back.

USAF E-5

BG Klaus Rimmek, released Secret Level Data to “Readers Digest” in 1984 without any repercussions under President Reagan. Gen Petraeus pleaded guilty to divulging classified information, and you think “They should all be hung by the balls!” Well, you have to start at the top…and let me tell you friend, When your Presidential Candidate has disclosed classified information to the enemy, I’m talking Hillary here, you probably won’t see many Democrats or Republicans jumping thru that hoop.
Me, I’d do it. Hang them all.. pour le encourage les autres!

The Other Whitey

Treason should come with a mandatory death sentence. No plea deals, yard time, internet privileges, or taxpayer-funded sex change. After the guilty verdict gets handed down, stick his ass in an empty cell for the few days it takes to get the gallows ready.

Word.

Nasty Leg

On one hand you have the alphabet soup agencies able to spy domestically on people at any time. Plus their track record of being “non biased”. The other hand you have now given the tools and means of information gathering to hostile government’s as well as domestic terrorists. So the person(s) responsible for the leak needs to felt with in a very open trial. Failure to do so will only sow more distrust against the government.
With that being said what they do is the same stuff hackers have known. Checkout the DEFCON convenientions on YouTube.

Ret_25X

this story is getting more convoluted by the day.

I’m sure NYT will clear this up for us…

cato

He’s in Polynesia!
Oh, the other traitor.

cato

You mean Bergdahl?
Oh, the other Traitor.

cato

How about Hillary?
Oh, the other Traitor.

Real simple. Let CIA train assassins again — and use them. Next problem.
