| February 12, 2016

Even for someone we “know and love”, this might be a few months’ supply.  After all:  at 7lbs per day, 1600lbs = 228 days and change.  (smile)

Waiting on a visit from a fat faker no doubt..

Now THAT was some well-aged cheese.

Ex-PH2

I don’t count myself as a connoisseur of cheese, by any means, but I do have a fondness for the following:
1- an extremely sharp cheddar, so sharp it bites back
2 – a salty but humorous Transylvanian vaguely resembling an Asiago or Romano
3 – a truly gooey brie en croute
4 – Wisconsin, preferably fresh, curds. They squeak.
5 – port wine infused cheddar balls
6 – a jack-style artisan laced with pepperoni
7 – really crisp crackers and a good wine to go with it

It’s cheese. It’s good. Eat it.

I am importing the finest Wisconsin Cheese to the great state of Texas.
If you are interested, let Jonn know and he can give you my email address.
I’m not trying to advertise here, but I am a passionate cheesehead when it comes down to the taste of my cheese.
All the stuff they sell down here tastes the same and it tastes like sliced cardboard to me.
Thanks

Careful EX-PH2, that’s NACHO cheese! I doubt that any of us could ever snag an invite to the Whitehouse.

But did Jackson wash it down with a 2 ltr of Dr Pepper?

It appears Prez TJ was the one who had 1600 LBS of cheese. Old Hickory had (well, allegedly) 2 tons or 4000 LBS of the stuff in the WH foyer.
