Joe Weeks accused of matricide
According to WWMT, Joe Weeks, who we wrote about back in August 2014 for embellishing his Air Force service, and again in September 2014 when he was accused of embezzling from his Sons of Malta charity, has been accused of killing his mother. He was living with his mother at the time of her death and he returned from a motorcycle club event with the “Sons of Malta” to find her unresponsive in 2012;
At the time of Evelyn’s death, documents show joseph weeks was an EMT and trained in administering drugs.
Weeks admitted to Kalamazoo County deputies he had stolen medications and syringes.
Kalamazoo Undersheriff Paul Matyas said, “Information was further disclosed that she was killed with a concoction of medication that was actually stolen from a South County ambulance.”
The document reveals Week’s wife later came forward to deputies and said he had killed in the past and gotten away with it.
Weeks’ brother also told investigators that since the 1980’s Joseph had wished his parents were dead, so he could inherit their property.
Matyas said, “The suspect has been confronted with the information that we had, and of course he denies all of that information, but that does not deter our investigation.”
The information was enough for a district attorney in North Carolina to sign off on exhuming the body of Weeks’ mother and Weeks’ brother agreed on Dec. 10.
Weeks, of course, denies the charges.
In the race for the bottom of the pile of phonies, Weeks seems to be leading at this point.

The authorities will (hopefully) eventually connect stolen valor with a propensity to do other bad things. As Jonn indicates on here all the time, stolen valor is a symptom of a larger illness.

If he’s convicted and if the prosecutor doesn’t let him plead to 2nd degree murder, or manslaughter, first degree murder in Michigan carries a mandatory sentence of life without parole.
I don’t suppose the sentence could include a requirement to serve same in an unheated, screenless concrete cell located near marshy ground in the UP?
When he dies, I’d like to go to his funeral, but I’ll probably have to work that day and I FIRMLY believe in business before pleasure.
Please let me know when that day comes. I’d like to piss on his grave before the maggots start chewing. Then again, I’d probably have to wait in line for all the other TAH crowd to prep it.
Now that brings a good idea to my warped mind. There are different groups ready to honor those who have died. That would include bikers, the AL, Veteran’s groups, etc. Why in the world can we at TAH not have our own Piss On Posers Graves Association to accommodate every phony being buried? We could be called the Orange Salute Gang. Time to start thinking about this much needed service to remember those who pissed when alive on the graves of REAL MEN. Of course, we could carry a portable two holer made especially for such graves. I KNOW there are other warped minds (not to mention API) out there who can add to this possible blooming organization.

Murdering one’s own Mother to inherit property, I see that as a ticket straight to hell which I hope every day of the rest of his life in prison is once he’s there! I’ve heard that dead prison inmates are buried in some yard with only their inmate number on it if the family if no one claims the body for burial and I hope that’s what will happen to Weeks when his time comes.
But if he’s convicted, who gets it then?
I’ve heard that if nobody lays claim to it they’re buried in a prison cemetery with either a pole or small piece of cement with their inmate number as a marker.
