Valor thief Warren K. Parker’s wife goes to jail
We’ve written about Warren K. parker n the past. He owned Silver Star Construction LLC, of Blue Springs and Stilwell, Kansas through which he defrauded the Veterans’ Affairs Department of more than $6.7 million in set asides for disabled veterans’ small businesses. Parker was not disabled or a decorated veteran as he had claimed. He was in the Missouri National Guard through the Vietnam War and his only active duty was for basic training. Parker was sentenced to 87 months in prison for his deceit. The Johnson County, Missouri Examiner reports that his wife was just sentenced for helping her lying-ass husband;
Mary Parker, 70, was sentenced Tuesday and ordered to pay $30,000, said the office of U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom. She had pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Kansas to one count of aiding and abetting wire fraud.
[…]
Mary Parker had been responsible for Silver Star’s finances.
She took a twenty-month sentence, Parker’s brother was sentenced to a 54-month tour of the federal confinement facilities.
The elder Parker had claimed three Silver Star Medals (hence, the name of his company), several Bronze Stars and Purple Hearts for his service in the Missouri National Guard.

If stolen valor is a victimless crime, why are all of these people going to jail?
I’m so confused!
They go to jail for the R-and-R facilities… and the endless supplies of cockmeat sammiches (with extra manmayo). 😉
While US Attorneys in general don’t seem to care much about stolen valor (it’s a Federal misdemeanor), they do give a sh!t about high-dollar fraud against Federal entities. IMO that’s what got these low-life jerks legally body-slammed.
Was held over at the AAFES center (wow, just saying that dates me) in KC – roomed for the night with a kid entering the Marines who had killed a guy in jail (he claimed self-defense) while he was serving a term for theft of government property. He was held over because the recruiters needed the trial files… on the theft charge.
Because Uncle Sugar don’t like it when you steal from him. The Stolen Valor is incidental as far as the prosecutor is concerned. But we all know, Stolen Valor is just the tip of the iceberg.
No, it doesn’t matter to the feds if you have given a ton of money to or support to the DNC and the oblowme klowne dog & pony show…
As a matter of fact, you can send classified secrets to your best friends, you can ignore the IRS and you can incite a riot and have no consequences…
“Uncle Sugar don’t like it when you steal from him”
Yeah. He hates the competition.
Word, bro. Word.
Freaking GREAT to see this.
I wonder of some others featured here are getting uncomfortable about now.
Why should they? They’re already stretched out because of their activities, so when they “meat” Tiny and Bubba, they should fit right in.
Don’tcha mean when Tiny and Bubba meat them? Something tells me Tiny don’t take kindly to being relegated to catching.
You mean guys who sue for no good reason and commit multiple counts of perjury in the process?
The light sentence wifey received may reflect more of the tilt in sentencing for men in federal courts than it does her culpability. There are numerous studies of federal sentencing that come to the same conclusion: women defendants get much, much lighter sentences than men do for the same or similar crimes. I guess gender inequality isn’t an issue for fems when it comes to this.
You don’t say.
talk about a family that does time together LMFAO ! ! ! !
I wonder if these turds are on the Phil Monkress family tree?
Hey Warren K. Parker, do the crime, do the time. Just get ready to BEND OVER AND PICK UP THE SOAP when Bubba, Thor or whoever they’ve pimped you out to say so!!! 😈
If that U.S. Attorney holds his breath waiting for her to make restitution, he’ll die before the taxpayers see more than $100 from that crime family.
I would rather die with my honor then rich.
My DD214 might not be that impressive BUT ITS REAL OLD VIETNAM VETERAN 1968/1969
