Pendlay goes to court
We first wrote about Bruce Pendlay back in January along with several of our partners. A few days later, the police found him with a gunshot wound in his truck. Pendlay told police that someone “in a dark vehicle” had tried to murder him. Police found the weapon nearby and pieced together that Pendlay had tried to stage the crime scene, giving the impression that he was targeted because of his lies.
Well, that has backfired on him, too. Now the media is getting the word out that he lied for a decade about his military service.
A conviction on the interference charge could mean up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,500, according to a Traveler report.
Pendlay had been incarcerated on a felony robbery conviction in Oklahoma for over a decade, according to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections website.
Pendlay is also facing scrutiny over an issue of Stolen Valor by the blogs “valorguardians.com” and “scotty-stolenvaloroffendersexposed.blogspot.com.”
The accusations, which can be viewed on the blogs, involve a forged Discharge from Active Duty certificate (DD214).
So, Pendlay could have just admitted that he lied, but being a phony is too important to some of these people, and when they try to hunker down and perpetuate their lies, that just makes it worse. Ask any number of the phonies here who chose to fight us. Also ask some of the phonies who were busted, admitted it and moved on.

Pendlay-ho.
😀 “nice” 😀
Felony robbery, forgery, faking a crime scene, right just another victimless crime committed by another non-criminal criminal…
LSOS deserves what happens.
Don’t forget “felon in possession”.
And they keep falling like rotten timber in a high wind.
Didn’t AJ Dickerson or Ike Denmore do the same thing, but actually committed suicide?
Yes, they each did – at least in part.
Densmore chose to try and off himself when exposed as a fraud. He succeeded.
If I remember correctly, Dickerson ended up busted for felon in possession – for which Pendlay apparently is also facing trial.
So, is TAH the unstoppable force, or the immovable object?
B Woodman,
Yes.

Like Don Shipley (SCPO, USN, Ret.) said in one of his YouTube Videos, “Most of these characters will take their lies with them all the way to their graves.”. Apparently Pendlay will take his lies with him all the way through his upcoming prison sentence while he’s a member of Bubba & Thor’s harem.
Well what ever he learned in Prison about fudging Docs they forgot to tell him we Vets are fed-up and tired of Dumb ass’s like this, so maybe in ten years he can lean something meaningful but I doubt it.
A certain non-CPO sending an email about causing him to attempted self-murder in 3… 2… 1…
My suggestion to this ass clown would be to change his name, like the other Bruce did. Of course I mean Cait. Then go buy yourself a dildo and fuck yourself.
May the brown trout in your septic tank system find a more suitable residence in your ear canals.
So, he calls to say that he’s going to sue me because he hasn’t been charged with Stolen Valor, but he’s on our Stolen Valor page. I guess 17 years in prison makes him a lawyer.
Was it a collect call?
