Tuesday morning feel good stories

In Detroit, Michigan, Joe Biden’s method for avoiding being a victim of criminals seemed to work for a woman there this past weekend. When two men threw a brick through her window, she answered with a blast from her shotgun through her ceiling and the lucky criminals un-assed the AO and no one was injured or anything;

This one comes from Chief Tango and it happened in Amarillo, Texas. While two students were settling a score, thirty or so folks gathered to watch. One of the people was 31-year-old Ruben Israel Sanchez who stabbed some random kid in the back while they were watching the two fight. So he was arrested. Then, a group of people went to the home of one of the scrappers and tried to force their way into the home, for some reason, but they were forced back out into the yard. One of the residents took his gun outside and when the visitors tried to enter again, he shot two of them effectively ending the siege. The two wounded folks had relatively superficial wounds.

If you need a DRT story today, we have to travel to South Africa where three armed gents in balaclavas broke into a woman’s bedroom and she pulled her handgun from beneath her pillow and perforated two of them. One was DRT in the bedroom and the other went outside and became DOT. The third fellow is still on the lam.

Here’s one from Cincinnati, Ohio, where Thomas McCary was arguing with a woman. When her brother, Patrick Ewing approached the arguing pair, McCary pulled out a .38 and started busting caps at Ewing, without hitting him. Ewing, who had a concealed carry permit, returned fire, striking McCary who limped back into his apartment and came back out like John Wayne with a gun in each hand, blazing away at Ewing, his sister and her infant son. Ewing returned fire and McCary scampered back into his apartment and then to the hospital. His next stop will be the local hoosegow.
