Greg Allen strikes back
So Gregory Allen, the phony Marine who was exposed by our buddy, Dan Noyes on Friday night in the local news, has decided that he’s going to the mattresses on the subject of his pretend career in the Marine Corps;
Notice that he signs his little statement “LTGregory Allen”, you know, even though it’s been proven that he was never a Lieutenant. So he has no intention of admitting that he lied about his military service. He’s also hiding behind the Marine recruits and the homeless to deflect criticism without addressing the proven fact that he lied.
These guys kill me…all Allen would have to do is admit that he lied and then continue on with his good works. However the lie and the myth that he built for himself is more important to him than his work. It’s not Dan Noyes’ fault that Allen lied for decades. Noyes admits that he became suspicious of Allen’s lies when his son was in the House of Steel program, but the truth is what’s important in this discussion, not Dan Noyes and his son. If journalists can’t report about the truth and the abuse of the truth, why would we even need journalists?
I guess that truthful journalists are so rare, they don’t appreciate them in San Francisco.
Mr. Allen can find the Dutch Rudder Coffee Clutch and join them in their little mutual masturbation society of phonies trying to put the truth-tellers out of business. They’re going to need a bigger foxhole, though.

OK, so we are still in the denial stage. Next up, according to what I have learned will be the “You’ll hear from my lawyer” quickly followed by “Please take the post down and I promise it won’t happen again”
OK got it covered
1. Denial — One of the first reactions is Denial, wherein the survivor imagines a false, preferable reality.
2. Anger — When the individual recognizes that denial cannot continue, it becomes frustrated, especially at proximate individuals. Certain psychological responses of a person undergoing this phase would be: “Why me? It’s not fair!”; “How can this happen to me?”; ‘”Who is to blame?”; “Why would God let this happen?”.
3. Bargaining — The third stage involves the hope that the individual can avoid a cause of grief. Usually, the negotiation for an extended life is made with a higher power in exchange for a reformed lifestyle. Other times, they will use anything valuable against another human agency to extend or prolong the life. People facing less serious trauma can bargain or seek compromise.
4. Depression — “I’m so sad, why bother with anything?”; “I’m going to die soon so what’s the point?”; “I miss my loved one, why go on?”
During the fourth stage, the individual becomes saddened by the certainty of death. In this state, the individual may become silent, refuse visitors and spend much of the time mournful and sullen.
5. Acceptance — “It’s going to be okay.”; “I can’t fight it, I may as well prepare for it.”
In this last stage, individuals embrace mortality or inevitable future, or that of a loved one, or other tragic event. People dying may precede the survivors in this state, which typically comes with a calm, retrospective view for the individual, and a stable condition of emotions.
Some folks never make it to Stage 5.
He’s already responding to press inquiries by telling them to contact his lawyer. As far as I know, the “LT” hasn’t bothered to tell any of them just who his lawyer is.
It’s this age thing again.. I never knew that Marine Officers don’t put a space between their ranks and name. LTGregory Allen
Also, aren’t military signature blocks suppose to be like
Gregory Allen
LT, USMC
1967 – 1974
or something like that?? But I’m just an old Army Artillery kind of guy..what the heck do I know.
Actually no that is not correct and his signature block is even worse. LT is an Army rank not a Marine rank. In the Marine Corps it would be 1stLt, or 2ndLt, or Lt, or Lieutenant but never LT.
Just shows he is so far out in phoney land he can’t see shore.
Army would be
2LT or 1LT….there is no plain LT. that’s what you call them…among other things.
We got LT’s in the Navy but since he is a Marine want to be, he can stay a LT, since the Marines don’t have one!!
technically speaking you shouldn’t be using a military block after service unless you retired.
But these days it’s probably important that vets, retired or not, stand up and be counted. Shit’s getting crazy out there.
LT is the correct rank abbreviation for a Navy O3. Allen’s FOIA reply shows he served in the Navy for about 9-10 months.
Freudian slip, perhaps? (smile)
I think there is more Freudian theories than one that apply to the good LT.
I hear a certain Non CPO used to wear freudian slips but now has to buy them from Goodwill.
Good works based upon lies are not good works. Greg, you might have your Bible study folks check that out because there may be something scriptural in that sentiment.
I am telling you folks, this turd is in the running for the All-Points Logistics Man of the Year award given out annually by Commander Phil Monkress.
I can also imagine that this maggot’s business is taking a STEEP nosedive.
So it’s Monkress. I must make a or should I say apologize… I thought his name was
Monkey-Ass… I’ll never do that again…. 🙂
This one is going to be fun to watch.
One of my favorites…
I needed that. That shit was funny.

damnit.
you owe me a cup of coffee and new keyboard.
Excellent! it always increases the stakes in the race to the bottom come tourney time to have doubled down on the posing! Now if we can just get him to come on here run his mouth, he’d be a shoo-in for the sweet sixteen. Has anyone passed all of this off to the Corps, to ensure that they are not providing support in the way of honor guards and such to his little charade?
Just a few notes from multiple sources TankBoy
1. Allen is banned from all Marine functions and facilities. No Marine recruit is allowed to work out at the House of Steel.
2. Allen allowed Noyes to snap a photo of his VA healthcare card with the Marine insignia. The VA’s Office of Inspector General is investigating if he fraudulently obtained benefits.
3. Allen is seen in a photo, wearing all his phony medals, standing in front of the casket of a young Marine from Marin County who died in service.
Col. Bill Peacock, chairman of Wine Country Marines, tells Noyes, “We find it extraordinarily offensive.”
Peacock saw the picture of Allen standing in front of the casket and set the wheels in motion. The FBI has launched a criminal investigation into whether Allen raised money based on his phony persona. One man tells Noyes he gave Allen $5,000 at a House of Steel Fundraiser because he thought Allen really was a Marine lieutenant.
Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200.
Now, if we can only get the authorities to look into the case of a certain former-Navy . . . individual who reputedly claims they’re “100% disabled due to Agent Orange exposure”, but whose only afloat assignments appear to have been to two ships that aren’t on the VA’s list of ships that qualify for presumptive exposure.
It’s like watching a avalanche in slow motion. When it all crashed down the results, I do hope, will be epic!
Ahhhh like a Star Wars Epic Movie
Happy Star Wars Day!
Long time no talk too. Lol…. It’s raining here at the casa…. 103 one day. Rain the next. 🙂 We love it, it’s so much better then the weather we had in Vegas, Lol…… How are you doing !!!!!
Just another sunny day on the border, a pleasant 76 with scattered illegals in the forecast!
I was at Fort H. Saturday then we went to Parker Canyon…. Tons of fun and about 25 degrees cooler then here… Lol….
Looks like he will be the next person on the Icelandic Media page spouting off how innocent he is, and it’s because he wouldn’t talk shit about Joe Teti….oh and a link to aspecialdayguide
Hmm. Where have I seen something like that before? Oh, yeah: “Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWyCCJ6B2WE
All this is is some propaganda he’s put together for the “true believers” out there. It’s little more than ridiculous bullsh!t, but there’s a chance a few of his supporters might buy it and ignore documented fact.
I know a lot of people who host toy drive, fundraisers, run food banks, help the homeless and do a host of other things to help those in need.
None of them feel the need to lie about their service (or lack thereof.)
They’re also not running a (presumably) for-profit gym or personal training service.
The facebook page that was there where he posted this is down.
The cached copy is hilarious….
LtGregory Allen: Please dont respond to their attacks. God Bles You All (sic)

And he’s YELP famous now as well…
” I was here last month and in my further research of this establishment, I have uncovered that this guy is an absolute fraudster, and has no courage. He is not an ex-marine even though told me he is and apparently tells everyone the same thing. He is also a convicted felon:
abc7news.com/careers/i-t…
Needless to say, I certainly won’t be back and recommend others to stay away as well.”
/good luck with that Greg.
I heard that a fake CPO is suing Yelp so maybe these 2 can hook up?
I heard it was “sued and lost his azz”, sj – to the tune of Yelp being awarded mucho dinero in legal fees (which, unfortunately, they’ll likely never see).
But maybe I heard wrong. (smile)
But can he count to 21,407? 😀 😀
AH AH AH AH AH AH AH AH
Do we have us a Fecal Four candidate here? Or maybe we have this years tourney winner! Only time will tell.
Way too early to speculate. But after his “doublin’ down on teh liez” here, I’m pretty sure he’ll make the tourney field. (smile)
I do not know.
This maggot takes “faking the funk” to a new level.
I mean, look, he is actually out there leading PT and leading parade formations.
He has what it takes to make a DEEP tourney run.
Definitely a shoo-in for the Excremental Eight… but if he goes full Bernasty, the cesspool is the limit for Greggy-poo.
Actually HMCS(FMF) ret., there is way to much evidence against him to go full Wikre/Bernath retard on us here. He is already under FBI/VA scrutiny.
All he can really do now is to keep his core supporters in his camp, but from some of the comments in the various news stories on Greg, even that camp is shrinking fast.
I’ll just keep my fingers crossed that he has at least one Phildoesque follower that will show up and entertain us.
Only putting LT in front of his name and going on Facebook? no lawsuit? no book falsly claiming to be at a terrorist event? No dating a cop killer in Jamaica while serving as her defense attorney? No out of breath shovel twirling video? No claims of 18 years wearing a foreign military uniform while actually wearing underoos in Colorado? No speaker bios with false special forces or Ranger claims? No schmoozing with high level foreign intelligence figures while married to a co-plaintiff that hed a high level security clearance and guests who may have as well? No access to the personal records of former high speed SOF guys in an alumni association while maintaining relationships with high level foreign intelligence officials? no rediecting of state and county halfway house funds to the Sudan to support child soldiers against US and international law?
Sorry, but even close.
sincerely
John “Faker 6” Giduck
Nice to see you back, Faker 6.
Commander Phil Monkress of All-Points Logistics was becoming worried.
Ditto. It’s nice to see a faker put so much time into preserving their fucked up reputation. Keep on trucking Mr. Faker6. You are awesome.
He’s making a huge mistake going after Dan – Dan is one of the few reporters in the media that wouldn’t run with a story unless it was the truth, and from his report, he tried vetting that Greggy-poo was a Marine, and the Marines said no. Lashing out and trying to go after Dan Noyes will be Greggy-poo’s downfall.
Greggy-poo needs to “man up” and admit that he lied – to the local community, the vet groups that supported him and especially to the kids that he “trained” over the years. But, as we have seen, all he wants to do is rock the lie and bullshit people, just to stroke his frail ego.
Concur. Mr. Noyes certainly does his homework before going on-air with a story.

House of Steel is more like House of Pain these days and days going forward.
/good.
More like House of the Rising Turd.
House of Steal
Out House One.
House of My Overboard Discharge Pipe is Going to be Used like a Reception Center for the Federally Incarcerated!
ba hahahahahahaha 😉
The sad part is that the program seemed to do some good and will be sorely missed when this turd is thrown away.
While all the good works don’t atone I hope some Vets will fill the void. Those young men and women need true mentorship and direction
Well bless his little heart.
I believe some of the following apply as well:
God love him
I’ll pray for you, Greg
How nice for you, Greg
How Memorable/Interesting/Creative/Different Greg is.
Greg, thank you for sharing.
I’m just sayin, I’m not sure he thought his cunning plan completely through.
😀
Back when he started SV wasn’t a thing widely known.
Someone had to have known though. Reading the new Daily Beast article I wonder what his recruits thought when they came back from basic and other points of the world…
I mean…they had to suspect something.
Maybe not, S&L. From everything I’ve read (and from the personal accounts I’ve heard), Vietnam was rather different than what we’ve seen recently. They may have passed any differences off as being due to differences in place/culture/environment and the passage of multiple decades.
What I can see that might have tweaked later suspicion in anyone who was perceptive would be the 2x NMCM claim. And he may never have made same in front of them.
HONDO……….where most of the phoniy’s get tripped up, is how they pernounce the hamlets and towns. For example, Dian is Zeon.
I think Greggy boy had a couple of things going in his favor.
1. He was prob. Smart enough to talk in general terms about Vietnam. Nothing real specific
2. He seems to be located in a fairly affluent area. Prob. Not a lot of Vietnam vets around.
3. Just plain ass lucky to perpetrate the fraud as long as he has.
One thing I tell folks to listen for when meeting a phony is their pronunciation. For example, one wannabe I met was going on and on about Kernel Potlatch and how he was a hero of the event. If he was such a big noise, he could have, at least, pronounced Shemya correctly.
3/17 Air Cav: about the pronunciation, agreed – if you’re talking any folks who were there or their contemporaries. However, this guy was training youngsters; they wouldn’t know how most of those places were pronounced.
Agreed about the rest. Looks like Greggie’s luck just ran out, though.
@ HONDO, Et Alii:
Even though it wasn’t as prevalent back then as it is today, apparently there were Viet Nam veteran imposters even when the war was still going on.
During my second year in Viet Nam (I volunteered twice in a row to extend my tour of duty), a guy in my hootch, who had previously served with Special Forces, but whose alcohol use got him busted all the way down to buck private, was telling me how things were back in the States, which we called, “the World”.
He said there were guys there who were pretending to be Viet Nam war veterans, and they would be easy for me to spot.
If you ask them where they served, they’ll say they were on an outpost, ALWAYS “an outpost”, but will be unable to identify a specific unit or location.
Also, just as we see today, he told me that none of the imposters ever claimed to be ordinary soldiers doing ordinary jobs.
Every last one of them HAD to be a Green Beret – – – “on an outpost”.
Can you believe it?
This was during the Monsoon in 1971 at Camp Eagle, headquarters of the 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile).
I’ll never forget that guy.
I mentioned this on the other blog post, but he categorically refused to talk about VN, period. I went with 2 VN vets back to make their peace with VN & Cambodia a few years ago, and it was literally impossible to get Allen to discuss his service. Perhaps, as you say, because of the likelihood of tripping up.
I saw that. Not wanting to be questioned in detail was indeed IMO probably why he hid behind the “I don’t wanna talk about it” screen. Given the media-invented myth of the “screwed-up Vietnam vet who’s been thru hell”, he was pretty well assured no one would press the issue.
The point of my comment to 3/17 Air Cav was that Allen was today training young folks born 20 years or more after Vietnam ended. They’re young enough they literally may never have even heard the names of the places in Vietnam where US troops served, or seen their names in writing. Those kids would be likely to buy a whole lot of mispronunciation without getting suspicious, so long as that mispronunciation was consistent from day to day.
That wasn’t the case even 30 years ago – many of those places were regularly featured on the TV news daily from about 1965 to 1975. Even kids in their teens 30-35 years ago might remember a few of those names from TV news broadcasts when they were small, and be able to spot a fake on that basis. Today, not so much.
If the FBI cannot prove SV, they have 2 or 3 other Federal Laws broken. The 1st and easiness is officer claim. Number 2 or 3 are the PH and BSM claims. Will the FBI count each medal as a seprate charge or both medals as one charge? Joe

Yeah, make sure your donation checks are made out directly to him with LT Gregory Allen in the payee’s line.
Don’t screw it up by making it out to a charitable business/firm so you can get a tax deduction.
LSOS has been running this scam for years. But WTH, it’s only money. Nobody got hurt, right?
Based on the article GT linked above, it would appear that he’s been soliciting funds under “questionable circumstances” since at least mid-2010. But maybe I’m wrong.
The thing that’s distressing is he said (IJ article?) that he didn’t do fundraising. That’s immensely insulting to a friend of mine who ran HUGE fundraising banquets for the recruit program….as noted by the guy in Noyes’ broadcast who paid $ thousands at a fundraiser. I did, too. Checks were always made out to HHH and we were told it was a non profit supporting the recruit program. Most distressing . … frankly, for the gal who spent a boatload of time effort etc ON those events. I spoke with her and she can’t even discuss it. I feel awful for her.
What was the name of the “nonprofit?” What city? Did Allen call himself president, CEO or founder of the nonprofit?
THIS JUST IN…

To Dan Noyes;
I’ll see your journalistic integrity and I’ll raise you one fake war story and a pair of matching military bling from e-bay — Queens high.

Truth will set him free. Then he will hopefully pay for his lies. Amazing that these POS think they can get away with these types of antics.
Actually looking at the date of the entry (April 14th) it looks more like he was trying to do a pre-emptive strike before Dan Noyes went public.
He was begging people not to talk to Noyes. Thats how much of an idiotic shitbag he is. He left a trail of media quotes and photos a mile long.
Really fuck this guy. I hope the son-of-a-bitch did pass off a forged DD-214 to the VA.
That wil make it easy to slam his sorry ass.
he is on CBS this morning
CBS News has doubled down on him.
Gee . . . that’s just too bad, Jonn. (smile)
Wonder if Greggie buys that “any publicity is good publicity” line now?
The PR this turd is getting would even make Joe Teti envious.
ANNNNDDD KTUV Fox 2 News of Oakland and San Francisco has ALSO picked up this and went to interview Old Gregy Poo.
“No Comment and God Bless You.”

Just saw the story a little bit ago on the big screen in our office, and got to explain why this clown now has A Very Serious Problem. Said explanation was met with general approval.
Mike
More unfavorable coverage for Greggy-poo… sucks to be him right now!
Hey Greg, ASSHOLE, HOW’S IT FEEL TO BE ON THE NATIONAL FUCKING NEWS?!?!?!
HUH?!?!?
You. Are. Going. DOWN.
I hope you like the taste of syrup or jelly and ASS cause you’re going to be tossing salad in the KLINK shortly.
/I hope it was worth it and your previous felony record is going to help.
I always love when the posers respond to posts. I was so hoping he would be that stupid. C’mon, I know you’re reading this. It’s been months since any posers have jumped into the conversations.
The Lionesses of TAH ate the last one, and I think the rest are pissing their pants in fear!
ETA on Allen’s likely “My sooper-secret squirrel records are classified!” excuse? A few days?
He’ll probably claim he was LtGen Cushman’s personal assassin and single-handedly stopped the NVA assault on Da Nang during TET, so of course his personnel files are CLASSIFIED !!!
greggy allen and greggy banks…two peas in a poser pod…
I am writing with a counterpoint – some food for thought. I have read comments here which have expressed great venom against Gregory Allen who is accused of misrepresenting himself as a USMC Marine (and therefore stealing honor). OK, you may have that point in your favor, but I want you to consider the probably THOUSANDS of hours of community service that Gregory Allen has provided for the benefit of the Marin County Community, the image of the US Military, and to the USMC. I have lived in the area for decades. I have driven past his House of Steel gym and felt so proud that such a patriot has set up shop there. It was not a fancy commercial gym, by the way, it was probably a rented apartment. They always have an assortment of “hoo-rah” motivational signs decorating the windows and the outside of the unit. On Veterans Day and Memorial Day there are large signs and photos of young Fallen Heroes; every Christmas there is a toy drive; he has signs announcing a Bible Study “Everybody Welcome.” Perhaps every day he is up before dawn, preparing young high school students for service to our great country. I have observed this for years. Please review the images and this article from a local high school newspaper: http://thetamnews.org/2014/02/why-we-enlist-an-inside-look-at-tams-future-soldiers/ For years I have seen him in uniform, looking VERY sharp and impressive, at parades, at Veteras Day events, even at high school graduations — always leading a group of fine young cadets, who would march and perform with impressive discipline and precision. If this man is an actor, then he never breaks character, and in my opinion, he is doing so much good for the cause, and really no harm. This situation reminds me of “Miracle on 34th Street” I thank all the veterans for their sacrifices and their service. I really love our military. But I think that this man has done so much good in the name of the US Military, that he should be judged more by his actions than by his representations. Why not consider him… Read more »
Jerry,
Are you fucking serious? Whatever “good” you think he did is tainted by his lies. Everything he did was all about getting himself in the limelight.. it was for his ego or financial gain.
If you really think that this piece of dogshit posing with medals he didnt earn by the flag draped coffin of a dead Marine is OK then you are mental.
Get a grip! He lied about being a Marine and you expect the Marine Corps to “adopt” him?
Out here in the real world, it just don’t work like that.
