Friday morning feel good story
Once again we get our feel good stories from Chief Tango, the first is from North Carolina;
Pamlico County Sheriff Chris Davis says it happened at 2082 Lee Landing Road in Reelsboro around 8:50 p.m.
Davis says three men came into the home with a handgun. During the home invasion, the sheriff says there was an altercation between the intruders and residents.
Shot was Brian Webb of New Bern, who Davis says was one of the intruders, while Martin Brinson of Edward was also wounded. The sheriff says Brinson is a friend of the people who lived at the home.
Both men were airlifted to Vidant Medical Center with Webb in critical condition and Brinson in stable condition.

The next story comes from California;
On Tuesday, at about 8:45 p.m., the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a call of shots being fired near the 19700 block of State Highway 36. It was reported there were two subjects whom had sustained injuries from the gun shots. Upon deputy’s arrival, they learned the male suspect entered into the victim’s residence uninvited, and an argument ensued resulting with the suspect shooting the female victim. The victim’s boyfriend returned fire hitting the suspect. The suspect fled the residence on foot and was later found near the Swains Flat Outpost store with a gunshot wound. Both the suspect and the victim were transported to local hospitals for treatment and are in stable condition.
And yet another from California;
“My mom immediately called 911. He was yelling and screaming, ‘I can’t believe you locked me out of the house, let me in’. My dad, it’s a two-story house, he went out to the landing on the second story and yelled down, you’ve got the wrong house, you don’t belong here, go away, ” said Mike Zaretsky.
Police say Hatch grabbed a planter and smashed it through the door.
“He came into the house, was pretty much in the living room, again my dad yelled, ‘You don’t belong here, get out.’ He kept coming into the house, so my dad fired a round, hit him in the leg. He went down, he crawled into the kitchen. At the exact time he made the shot, Benicia police busted in the front door,” said Zaretsky.
Officers say Zaretsky’s dad acted appropriately.
The last story comes from Colorado;
