Reuters reports that thousands of Gazans are fleeing the region after the Israeli Defense Force dropped leaflets warning of their coming operations.
Militants in Hamas-ruled Gaza kept up rocket salvoes deep into the Jewish state as the worst bout of Israel-Palestinian bloodshed in two years showed no signs of abating, and Western foreign ministers said a ceasefire was an urgent priority.
Israel dropped leaflets into the town of Beit Lahiya near Gaza’s northern border. They read: “Those who fail to comply with the instructions to leave immediately will endanger their lives and the lives of their families. Beware.”
Israelis report that about 10,000 have evacuated Beit Lahiya by mid-day.

What is being said, here, is basically true. Who does the “world community” turn on, every time one of these flare-ups happen? That would be Israel. Hamas and Hezbollah could launch 1000 rockets per day into Israel and the world says nothing, but the second Israel counter-attacks, they get lambasted by all the swinging dicks at the UN. I’ve watched it happen for decades, now. They will win the battles, but they lose in the worldview.
