What they really think of us

| November 10, 2008

Ever wonder what Democrats think of you? Don’t care? Me neither. Much. But today we get some really good examples.

From Newsbusters‘ Warner Todd Huston; the co-chair of Barack Obama’s Transition Team, Valerie Jarrett, appeared on Meet the Press and reassured the nation that “Obama is prepared to really take power and begin to rule day one.” That’s what we want, right? A king to “rule” over us. Here’s the video;

Ready to govern? Ready to lead? Nope Ready to rule – that’s the ticket.

VanHelsing at Moonbattery has an example of a Democrat politician urinating, literally and not figuratively, on his constituents in New Jersey;

If the Moonbat Messiah were to relieve himself on his worshipful acolytes, they would no doubt mistake it for a fresh April rain. Not so with Jersey City Democrat councilman Steve Lipski:

A drunken Jersey City councilman was arrested for urinating on a crowd of concertgoers from the balcony of a Washington nightclub, police and club sources said Saturday.
Councilman Steven Lipski was caught relieving himself onto several revelers at the 9:30 Club during a concert by a Grateful Dead tribute band Friday night, club sources said.

Tell me we’re not turning into a third world country run by a bunch of immature little cretins. Drunk is not an excuse. I’ve been drunk a few thousand times and never thought of peeing on anyone – you?

Speaking of peeing on us, the Los Angeles Times is convinced that the reason there are so many Conservatives is because of Talk Radio, according to Gateway Pundit;

The Los Angeles Times— the same news outfit that would not release video of Obama toasting a former PLO operative at a Chicago Jew-bash– wrote about the angry conservative talk radio hosts today:

You have to give Rush Limbaugh a perverse kind of credit. At least when he is demonizing Barack Obama, fabricating Obama policies, blaming Obama for single-handedly causing the recession and the stock market crash, he doesn’t pretend to be fair.

Opening his first post-election rant against the president-elect, Limbaugh launched in with a certain relish. “The game,” he told his radio listeners, “has begun.”

Sean Hannity, on the other hand, insisted on feigning a post-election detente, telling his Fox News television audience last week, “I want Barack Obama to succeed.”

It seems we’re not smart enough to come to Conservative conclusions by ourselves without marching orders from Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh.

Welcome to the FUBU Presidency.

Kathy

“Rulers” don’t worry about public opinion.

He told us he was going to change us. Some thought he meant like ‘chickens to breakfast’ but it is more likely like ‘pigs to breakfast’. Apparently giving our eggs to the gov’t wasnt enough, now we have to turn into bacon.

The people voted for all consuming government, now they’ve got it.

What’s for lunch? Leftovers.

He’s ready to “rule”?

Not lead. Not govern. Not serve. Rule. Isn’t that what Kings and Dictators do?

He’s not even in office yet and the hubris is off to a galloping start.
