Tuesday morning feel good story

| December 17, 2013

Chief Tango sends us a link to this morning’s feel good story to sweeten your coffee, this one from Georgia. Where a homeowner returned home to find a couple of sprites rummaging through his abode.

The homeowner, who has not been identified, received a call while on the way home that the alarm at his residence had been activated. When he got to the house, he walked around the back of the residence and saw three people standing inside, DeKalb police Capt. Stephen Fore said.

“He called 911 from a cell phone as he observed people inside the home,” Fore said. “As he was on the phone with 911, the three suspects exited the rear of his home and ran toward him.”

That is when the homeowner pulled out his gun and shot one of the suspects, police said. The remaining two suspects fled on foot.

Unfortunately, the burglar with the new hole is expected to survive his minor injury. The homeowner had reported other incidences at his house.

Nothing smells like…victory…more than a successful homeowners gun! Love the smell of a good discharge in the morning. Take that any way you want.
