Bruce Armijo Nelson or Bruce Nelson Armijo; scamming women with a military profile
A female soldier, whose identity I did verify, wrote to us yesterday to help her shut down a scamming phony who uses a phony military career to scam at least four women. he goes by the name Bruce Armijo Nelson or Bruce Nelson Armijo. Here’s his Facebook profile. He claims to be a member of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command, but there’s no one by that name in any database I can access, and our tipster verifies that with her resources.
I’m hesitant to post any of his photos because these guys have been known to steal other people’s photos to hide their scams. All we can do is get his name out there and he’ll just change his ID.
Ladies, stop being so gullible. I don’t even give money to people I know, let alone some complete stranger, so what are you folks thinking?

“Bruce Armijo Nelson” may be legit when he claims he served in the Army…THE NIGERIAN ARMY…
lol

Sounds like me playing poker. Hell, I’ll check-raise my mother.
I checked the P.O.S. Enterprise email system that we’re forced to now use. There’s 1 Bruce A. Nelson….Civilian at MEDCOM. No record of a Bruce Armijo.
I just spent the last 5 years in the MIRC, so if he was for real, he’d be on the Enterprise Global (P.O.S.) System.
There’s three types of people I never lend money to – Family, friends and everybody else.
BTW: I just shared the link with the CG of the MIRC, who I’ve known since we were both captains!
These guys are good at figuring out who is the most vulnerable and most likely to believe — make that swallow — swallow any line of BS thrown at them.
You know that old saying: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. And if it involves money, you don’t have any.
Where the h3ll are all these women who are so lonely they give money to douchebags in sums large enough that said douchebags don’t need to hold down any gainful employment?
C’mon ladies you know a douchebag when you meet one, and any guy who needs your money shortly after meeting you and can’t take care of himself is a douchebag. See the connection? Stop it, just stop giving these 4sswipes your hard earned money.
If you feel the need to give money to a man to hang around with you, ask Jonn for my email address and we’ll talk….I’ll talk you out of your crazy notions and back off the ledge of crazy in love into the safety of normalcy…geez…
I sometimes wonder how women ever trust any of us after reading sh1t like this.
@8–VOV–because women pull the same shit.
Look at how many “dating” websites are out there and tell me differently. Then there’s Craigslist, etc.
@9
Oh, there are totally lady fraudsters. Sure, she *says* she likes long walks on the beach. But let me tell ya: once you hit mile 16, their true colors come out and it’s all whiney breath-catching and “I think my leg is broken'” and “Shouldn’t we head ba? dear god, why did you bring a tent?”
Of course, there are “sugar daddy” web sites out there as well.
Those folks aren’t fuggin’ around. They come right out and say what they’re looking for.
Funny shit.
Signed up to a popular dating site for six months after my divorce. I attracted so many certifiable, bat-shit crazy types, I was afraid I was going to have to either hire a body guard or go into a Witness Protection Program.
Next time I want companionship that I pick out of a lineup, I’ll go down to the local Humane Society shelter.
Pinto, remember the golden rule… crazy may be fun in bed, but anything long term may involve a butcher knife and a restraining order.. oh, and from personal experience, never date anyone who was psyche discharged from the military… it never ends well.
Unfortunately, far to many people were born without a BS detector. Mine is in fine form.

Since I’m not one of the people you know, I assume that means you’re willing to send ME money?
Just as soon as I can think up a good scam, I’ll be sure and let you know.
Thank you.
