SEIU astroturfs World War II Memorial

| October 2, 2013

Patrick Poole from PJ Media reports that he was there today when two more groups of veterans defeated the Park Police barriers at the World War Two Memorial. He writes that about an hour after the veterans entered the memorial some paid protesters from the Service Employees International Union swarmed the media that was there covering the veterans’ invasion.

In the video below these protesters were marching towards the press gaggle and I was asking them to show their federal IDs to prove they were in fact federal workers. No one wore their federal ID and none would provide it to prove their claim.

Then, remarkably, a guy carrying a sign passed by wearing a McDonald’s employee shirt, which I noted. I then began asking them how much they had been paid to protest, at which point the guy wearing the McDonald’s shirt came back and admitted he had been paid $15 to attend the protest.

Here’s the video;

The fellow who admits that he was paid a whopping $15 for his antics appears to have a fine career ahead of him driving a mop bucket. Poole adds that the group’s handler explained to him and Jake Tapper that the man worked at a McDonald’s in the Smithsonian. Regardless, they shouldn’t have been there hogging the lime light from the veterans who were the story, not a bunch of crybaby professional protesters taking advantage of the media’s presence for their political tantrum.

Is the next step going to be that obamao’s paid protesters are going to be granted waivers by ATF to carry AKs and RPGs, like pro-Hugo Chavez “protesters” in Venezuela?

I just wonder how this group of a$$holes would feel about these vets if they, themselves were liberated from the death camps of Nazi occupied Europe or Japaneses occupied SW Asia/Pacific.

These so called protester are at a loss of words to describe their actions.

I will certify they were NOT fed government employees. Every FED employee was briefed on what they can and can not do during furlough. Grabbing a sign that you can’t read and being paid 3 dollars an hour was not on the CAN DO list. All of us are at home waiting to be called back.

Lying scum lefties lying about a well practiced tactical lying technique they have used to spread their lies for decades? Shocking!

Well, maybe not.

Bunch of union thugs.

I see the cost of holding protest signs has risen by 5 bucks.

Someone who works at McDonald’s is not a Federal employee.

Gee whiz, I guess there is just no end in sight to bad manners for these attention whores, is there? They probably couldn’t even tell you what they were protesting. They were just there to make a scene and get attention.

I guess Andy Warhol was right: everyone is famous for 15 minutes now.

Would be great to see 50 or so “forced entries” to closed federal sites, national parks, national forests, national battlefields etc. A big Kiss my Ass to the little Napoleons running things today.

Can the Congress start impeachment because The WON was told no. This is far beyond shutting down the goverment. The Won is trying to shut down the USA. I know there are no written orders anywhere to be found for this hissy fit. Ohwait Reid would not let this get to a vote. Reid and The Won have they will not accept any that would stop or delay the AHA. How is this the repubs fault?

USMCE8Ret

He’s probably the only person who works at McDonald’s who’s actually getting paid $15.00 like they were protesting for a few weeks ago.

Scrub.

Douchetards like this remind me of the UFCW in Vegas a few years back who were standing in 115 degree heat for 5 bucks an hour, without shade, breaks, or water, protesting in front of a WalMart where they were “slaving away” for 8 bucks an hour in an air-conditioned building.

OK, in the last two days, there were 2 things I went to that would normally have a Fed worker there. Nope, they stayed home and took the time off. A third one of my co-workers knows, went to work without pay- that’s dedication.

@13

You really think that there’s a chance in hell that Reid et al would ever, under any circumstances, convict?
