Saturday feel good story
In Houston, a family was baking a cake when a knock at the door interrupted them and three men forced their way into the family’s home, pushing the father to the floor and reaching for his wife. The 21-year-old son went to his father’s bedroom and came out blazing with his .22 caliber rifle reports KHOU;
“I just hear a couple of times; boom, boom, boom. One young life is lost,” the dad said.
Deputies responding to the call spotted a vehicle carrying two men who matched the suspects’ descriptions and pulled it over. The men were taken into custody for questioning.
Deputies said they do not know why the suspects targeted this home.
And Houston is a little bit safer tonight.

I’m glad to see such quick reaction on the part of the young man.
Maybe I have become too jaded… but the whole take a life to save a life thing is tiring to me… once you decide to invade somebody else’s home… you give up your rights at that point. It should be fair game, open season, only congratulations and awards to the shooter.
