Media covers for VP Bite-Me
This probably won’t surprise many of my regular readers, but the Wisconsin’s Janesville Extra reports on Joe Biden’s little gaffe yesterday when he said that “There’s never been a day in the last four years I’ve been proud to be his vice president. Not one single day.”. But they report his quote; “Biden responded, saying not a day goes by that he’s not proud to be Obama’s vice president.” The local radio station, WCLO reported it the same way.
Yes, I know that’s what Bite-Me meant to say, but it’s not what he said.
Now can you imagine anyone in the media doing the same favor for Dan Quayle or any other Republican. How long did we have to hear about his misspelling of “potato”.

Dude, even Rasmussen is putting Romney behind in Ohio AND Virginia!
Insipid, there’s only one poll that really matters and that is the general election. That is why I hold little faith in their results, period.
If I wanted to and had the desire to waste time making a list as long as yours, I’m sure I could pick and choose sources (like you did) and find polls that show the opposite.
Sparky, Hondo, JP — do you see just the hint of OCD there?
“Dude, even Rasmussen is putting Romney behind in Ohio AND Virginia!”
Third up from the bottom. R 50% O 48%. You can’t read your own post?
I have a feeling you are going to need this on Wedensday Insipid.

Or that other day known as Wednsesday.
I wonder -if Romney wins- will Sippy admit he was wrong, or will he just pretend that he never ever said anything of the sort?
Neither, Mr, Blue. It matters not that the “polls” are based upon assumptions which are likely incorrect (they use stix from 2008 without regard to what happened in 2010, for the most part), so the true believers will never be convinced that the “polls,” while interesting, are never accurate. This is their excuse to scream, “FRAUD,” when there was none.
Of course, they also don’t recognize real voter fraud when they see it but that is an entirely different discussion.
These “polls” just give the true believers cover for whatever nonsense they choose to believe after the election. It is also fodder to be used to denegrate the winner when it is not their candidate.

@Smokecheck, you missed the two in Florida:
Flor: Romney 52%, Obama 47% (IA)
Flor: Romney 50%, Obama 48% (Pulse)
As JP says, above, it isn’t the polls taken before the election that count. It’s only those that come OUT of the voting booths tomorrow.
As I said above, a tie or extremely close. Dixville Notch says so, also.

And this just in regarding New Hampshire:
