I’m browsing the comments and I’m seeing a bunch asking TMZ to cite their sources and even a couple pointing directly at TAH, so who knows if they’re deleting comments or not.

Clarification: The links did post on my TMZ comment, just not here at TAH. And several other members of the milblog community have weighed in over there.
TMZ are shady hollywood types run by a lawyer. Do you expect somebody from a combination of those two groups to have ethical standards?

Just got an email from the American Legion with the lead article about Poe being a phony. they have the story up at their Burn Pit website here:

Don’t know how many of their three million members are signed up for emails or visit the website but this should still significantly increase the awareness of Poe’s treachery.
If they publish an article in their monthly mag about it, that reaches virtually all of their members, a lot of whom aren’t keyboard kommandos.
The more light shined on these cockroaches, the more likely they’ll stay under the linoleum.
I get their e-mails, and am a member. I’d be surprised if it makes this month’s newsletter, but might well make the next.
Frankly, I think it would be a great article (or series) for the LEGION magazine.
