More Martin the Lovable Muppet stuff (UPDATED)
I have no intention of making a bigger deal of this Trayvon Martin shit than some bloggers and the media have already made of it, but we all need to know stuff, right?
Country Singer sends a link in which the Washington Free Beacon reports that gun-slinging, neighborhood watch guy, George Zimmerman is a registered Democrat. I guess it’s interesting because Democrats aren’t supposed to be genetically predisposed to carrying firearms. With bullets. And actually protecting the neighborhood without getting a government subsidy.
John Hawkins of Right Wing News sends us a link to his latest post which includes twenty of Trayvon’s “tweets”. I don’t read gangster, so I have idea WTF it says except that it tells me that the child should have spent more time in school.
Oh, did you know that Trayvon’s mom, whose only concern is for her child and justice has gone ahead and copyrighted “We are all Trayvon” memorabilia, because that’s what important. And in case you haven’t noticed, the focus of the street theater over the death of the 17-year-old has shifted to Washington, DC because apparently, Washington is the seat of justice;
Members of Mt. Ennon Baptist Church in Clinton, Maryland, marched in front of the Department of Justice on Tuesday, calling for charges against Zimmerman.
Yeah, because despite evidence to the contrary, dillweeds in Maryland can spot guilt from half-way across the country and demand arrests, while the prosecutor who has all of the evidence in front of his face can’t see clearly enough. In other words, race pimps across the country smell a money making scheme and they have no problem working the ignorant masses into a frenzy.
Yeah, I think that’s enough assault on common sense for one day. Have a ball.

North Miami Beach Police are investigating after a group of high school students who walked out of school in protest of the Trayvon Martin shooting were caught on video ransacking a drug store last week.

The Black Panther dude, Hashim Nzinga, who announced the reward for the capture of George Zimmerman was arrested right after his little press conference for possessing a firearm as a felon.
Serial intruder into real life, Spike Lee, tweeted George Zimmerman’s address, but because he’s as competent Googler as he is a film maker, he tweeted someone else’s address.
How could this not be a circus with all of these clowns on periphery?

The plot thickens. I estimate by the time this is no longer in the news, there will be a few murders, a riot or 2, lots of looting and other crimes in the name of justice and the only people who’ll get in trouble? the cops.

Bottom line–nobody is perfect, both these people made mistakes, and Zimmerman, guilty of a crime or not, is going to have to live the rest of his life with the knowledge that he took a human life. From what his friends say, he’s already well into that stage.
Unfortunately, the current meme of never letting a good crisis go to waste holds true for our liberal friends yet again.
CI, you are right, yet I think that instead of justice, we will see more like that spree crime, and all in the name of Trayvon, right alongside the Minister’s wife from the Simpsons crying “Oh won’t somebody please think of the children!”

Rep. Johnson has Hepatitis C, and has been undergoing treatment for same for several years. The medications he’s taking have done a number on him – including mentally, IMO. He really should retire from Congress to avoid further public spectacles such as the “Guam might tip over” bit of inanity.
Keep in mind that Hank was elected in Cynthia McKinney’s old district…

Re: Hashim Nzinga, at least those are state and not federal charges, so Holder has no influence in the prosecution. I grew up in what became McKinney’s and now Johnson’s district, and, let’s just say that the demographics have shifted wildly since I left there in 1984. Interestingly, the pawn shop where Nzinga sold his pistol is also in Johnson’s district.

I think the black panthers may be semi-retarded. They’re offering a reward for anyone who captures Zimmerman. So if you capture the guy what were you supposed to do, take him to a police station so they can release him and charge you with kidnapping; since he hasn’t been charged with anything and he’s not a wanted fugitive. Or are you’ supposed to hold him against his will, also kidnapping. I’d venture to say they want you to make a citizen’s arrest which is basically like saying, “Why yes I’d like to detain someone and open myself up to a plethora of legal actions directed against me” The riots will be fun to watch on tv. If he doesn’t get charged they’re going to riot. If he gets charged and aqcuitted they’re going to riot. Hoodies and skittles are no match for tear gas and bean bag rounds. The civil suit will also be fun to watch, and as of right now the only people who should be going to court are Spike Lee and the woman who’s life he put in danger.
