Let’s test the theory
Apparently, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, who was appointed by Bill Cinton and considered to be a Liberal, was mugged by a machete-wielding thug in the West Indies according to the Washington Post.
Spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said neither the Breyers nor two friends visiting with them were hurt in the Feb. 9 incident. A masked man who entered their vacation home in Nevis after 10 p..m. stole about $1,000, Arberg said, and then left.
The St. Kitts-Nevis Observer said the FBI is in Nevis investigating the robbery. It said local law enforcement had been notified when the Breyers arrived in Nevis, as is customary, but it was not clear whether there was security with the justice. The report said no one had been arrested.
So, let’s see if the theory that a Liberal is just a Conservative who hasn’t been mugged yet is true. We’ll see how he interprets the Constitution this year.

My guess? He’ll chalk it up to being out of the country. It won’t change his mind about how he interprets the Constitution at all. Why should it? It didn’t happen here.
That or he’ll try to impose restrictions on machete purchases in the states.
Thank God he didn’t have a gun, or the thief would have taken it and used it against him.
Doncha love liberal logic?
Oh, it gets better than that, El Marco! Unlike a gun, the machete couldn’t go off accidentally in the hand of a nervous robber!
Isn’t ‘liberal logic’ an oxymoron?
Machetes don’t kill people, people kill people.
The funny thing about this crime was that they called in a few different arms federal law enforcement to help the locals investigate this crime.
Yeah, I’m sure he become a regular Scalia…..
The liberal scumbag has to understand it himself first, before he can successfully interpret it. He does not.
This douche will merely use this as a lib-tard object lesson that peaceful compliance thug demands is what everyone should do…he’s living proof, right?
“Do what they say, Martha or they might hurt us!”
