10th Circuit reinforces the Stolen Valor Act in Strandloff case
Unlike their numerically and intellectual inferiors in the 9th Circuit, the three judge panel of the 10th Circuit Court upheld the Stolen Valor Act in regards to Richard Strandlof/Duncan according to the Denver Post. Strandlof was a member of both the IVAW and VoteVets who pretended to be a gay Marine Captain with nine fingers (despite sporting ten in the average assortment) and a plate in his unscarred pate.
Today’s decision by the 10th Circuit means the charges against Strandlof are re-instated and his case goes back to the trial court, where his prosecution can continue.
The 10th Circuit is the second federal appellate court — one step below the U.S. Supreme Court in authority — to consider the constitutionality of the Stolen Valor Act.
It probably didn’t help Strandlof’s case when he resurfaced in Colorado as a gay Jewish lawyer by the name of Rick Gold while he was awaiting the 10th Circuit’s decision. It’s beginning to look like he’s really married to the gay aspect of his personae.

Hallelujah!!! I don’t drink but I think I’m gonna have a touch of ‘Jack’!!! I think everyone should remember exactly where the 9th circuit court is, San Francisco, Kalifornia! Any wonder why they ruled against it? Send this silly sumbich to prison and he can prove he’s ‘gay’.
This is a good sign, but still gird your loins for a court battle, this might just be epic!
@3 Lucky, do you know how many times the 9th circus court of appeals in Kalifornia, has been overturned by every other circuit court and even the Supreme court?! This is our win, every honorable Veteran’s win. Let these ass bags suffer and maybe learn. They don’t ‘dis’ us and don’t pay the piper.
Yat Yas? A friend of mine knows one of the judges on 9th sorta kinda well…He too has just as dim a view of them as we do.
The 9th isn’t called the 9th Circus for no reason. Back in 2002, the following was posted about the 9th Circus, “Thus, on the whole, the 9th Circuit’s rulings accounted for more reversals this past term than all the state courts across the country combined and represented nearly half of the overturned judgments (45%) of the federal appellate courts”. http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/9th_circuit/

So, it’s no wonder that other Circuit Courts of Appeal can actually do something right once in a while, the 9th never learns.
Strandlof is going to appear in court wearing a tent like he did in Denver. Bet he’ll claim insanity.
It pains me what my beloved Golden State has come to. I am of the firm opinion if we can just get rid of LA and SF the state would be fine, and would function properly. Sadly all that jack wads tend to congregate there, and it makes life hell for everyone else.
YatYas, I still think that someone else might come along and challenge this appeal court ruling, but until and if they ever do this is an awesome ruling!!!!!

You and me both, brother. I was born and raised there. Roger on LA and SF being the dens of inequity that they have become.
This being a textbook example of the Tyranny of the Majority that Alexis de Tocqueville warned us could, and very likely would, come about if we did not remain constantly vigilant.
The strategic importance of the Left’s suborning of what used to be one of the best, if not the best, education systems in the world becomes clearer by the day. Alas …
