Obama wanted to intervene in Davis execution

| September 27, 2011

According to the ReddingNewsReview, the Obama Administration tried to intervene in the Troy Davis execution;

Obama’s White House spent “three days” looking at how it could legally get involved in the case on a federal level, one source said. The Obama administration even called the state of Georgia about getting involved and were told “No”. (Updated on Sept. 27 at 3 p.m. ET – The source said the president never called and was only concerned about an injustice, as he would do for any American).

So, I’m thinking that no they didn’t, they’re only saying they did now to appeal to their base (ignorant hippies and their other useful idiots). The White House has no jurisdiction over state cases, they knew they couldn’t influence anything, but it makes them look good in the eyes of their constituency to say they did. And fuck the law and order voters.

Nothing like overstepping your authority, but then again, that’s par for the course in this administration–and the golf reference is intentional.

You’d think a “law professor” like Obama would know you can’t do that sort of shit. Then again, he was never a professor either, as the loopy leftists like to claim.

Along the same line of thinking, I thought that it was interesting that the sale of bunker buster bombs to Israel was leaked just as the prez was taking hits about being anti-Israel.

Oh yeah, another shocker. He won’t enforce those federal laws that he has unilaterally (!) deemed unconstitutional. He sues a state for enforcing federal law. He appoints and stands by a guy who finds no evidence of voter intimidation in Philly (roll the non-evidentiary tape, please), the same guy who apparently sees nothing wrong with selling weapons to Mexican drug cartels. He has his czars and czarinas do through regulation what he could otherwise not get done through Congress. He scoffs at the Constitution. Just throw onto the pile this latest issue of interference in a matter strictly reserved to a state; in this instance, Georgia.

“The source said the president never called and was only concerned about an injustice, as he would do for any American).”

Soooooooo he was concerned about Brewer, too?

I really have to wonder if he’s like the anti-liberal Manchurian Candidate. It seems like everything he does is calculated to make people disgusted with the Left.

You know me, I love to recon all of the left-wing garbage dumps, and while this whole Troy Davis fiasco was going on, sites like Daily Kos, Democratic Underground and BartCop had gone full retard, breathlessly asking why Teleprompter Jebus hadn’t put the smack down on Georgia. When informed that this was a state issue relegated to a state court and had no Federal hooks whatsoever, most of the leftards weighed in on the “symbolic solidarity” of Obama coming out against the execution. I’m with Jonn here…this “leak” is nothing but a sop to these dumbasses.

“Soooooooo he was concerned about Brewer, too?” Could be, OT. But he certainly wasn’t concerned about the injustice done to the MacPhail family.

Obama was a law Professor.

Statement Regarding Barack Obama
The Law School has received many media requests about Barack Obama, especially about his status as “Senior Lecturer.”

From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. He was a Senior Lecturer from 1996 to 2004, during which time he taught three courses per year. Senior Lecturers are considered to be members of the Law School faculty and are regarded as professors, although not full-time or tenure-track. The title of Senior Lecturer is distinct from the title of Lecturer, which signifies adjunct status. Like Obama, each of the Law School’s Senior Lecturers has high-demand careers in politics or public service, which prevent full-time teaching. Several times during his 12 years as a professor in the Law School, Obama was invited to join the faculty in a full-time tenure-track position, but he declined.

I’d love to know if any of his “lectures: were taped and available for viewing…….

I’d even be interested to see if there are any students who remember taking a course from him, or attending one of his “lectures”.

I’d bet even money that what his real job was is referred to by the mob as a “no-show”, simply a way to skim money and pocket it or launder it for some other purpose.

You’d think that after having been a “lecturer” for 12 YEARS, that someone might remember him?

And that is something everyone should recall when the elections happen. That Homey the clown would have interfered in a sovereign state issue if he could have. Thus anyone who believes in law and order, as well as states rights, should vote against the future former prezident Urkel.

Along with about 1.5 trillion other reasons I can come up with so far.
