Veteran assaulted by Ohio Governor’s supporter

| September 28, 2010

Yep, its those damn teabaggers that are dangerous. Well, and Ohio’s Democrat Governor Ted Strickland’s supporters. A veteran/Republican staffer was quietly filming Strickland when some doofus dumped hot coffee down his back;

Authorities are trying to identify the man in this video. If you can assist, contact the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office at (740) 497-1120.

The veteran showed a lot of restraint, because I’d have that middle finger hanging from my truck’s mirror right now.

Thanks to Casey J Porter for the link.

Yep, lot of restraint there, that old c-sucker would be explaining to the docs why his middle finger is tickling his own colon

Hell hath no fury like a pacifist. Or, apparently, a leftist.

I wonder where some of these good people find the strenght to refrain from unleashing hell on these scums, especially when the smegma brain came back.

Wouldn’t this be a felonious assault? Seems it has the possibility of causing bodily harm, which would qualify it as that.
I’d bet it’ll be spun as a Tea-Partier, attacking a veteran, if the LSM touches it, at all.

NHSparky

Seems to me that if there were a 1 percent chance it was a Republican/Tea Party person, there’d be a 100 percent chance it would be on every channel, 24/7, and above the fold of every major newspaper.

Sorry, TSO–but it’s shit like THIS why I don’t want the Democrats anywhere near positions of power–you are the company you keep.

The picture seems clear enough as the doofus was making his “victory lap”. Hopefully someone can identify him from the picture.

Have you noticed that the liberals have been doing more things like this even though they know they are being recorded? Can it be that they are used to the propaganda media not reporting stuff like this? Haven’t they figured out yet that there is a CONSERVATIVE side to the Internet and Fox News shows stuff like this and that we love to see the videos that the propaganda media won’t show?

Wait until the October 2 event they are throwing in Washington DC! I can’t wait to see the videos of the stuff they do and the language they use and how much trash they will leave on The Mall. I wonder how many of them will be left on the mall because they are too drunk or stoned to walk.

In the video it showed the number to call the sheriff if anyone knows who this jerk is.

Things are going to get ugly, which I predicted the second after Obama won the election. Those that were gloating about the fact the dems were in power in all 3 places are not going to be so happy now that they know the party is almost over, so, they will lash out irrationally, they will use thug tactics, they will lie/cheat/steal in order to try and stay in power. How about the SEIU union thug that was caught racking up 23,000 fraudulent voter registrations, jut the other day? Where was that in the news? How about all the charges against the SEIU union thugs that beat up a black man at a town hall meeting in St. Louis last Summer? Yeah, I know you didn’t really here about that one, because the msm stayed far away from that one and so did the St. Louis police. Same with the Coates testimony, that bolsters the claims made by Adams; where did the msm cover that?

People are getting sick and tired of all this schoolyard bully shit and they are going to start fighting back; that’s why I say it’s going to get ugly.

If you’re going to do something provocative like filming an opponents political event, at least go in camouflage — dress like a Dihimmi-crat, and no “markers”.
And take a buddy to watch your back.

I was browsing and in Massachusetts earlier this year, a 23 year old woman was arraigned with charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon for throwing hot coffee at a parking enforcement officer. So most definitely this clown is liable for these types of charges.

–Don’t know Federal/state law on the topic, but for what it’s worth in England it would probably qualify as battery (unlawful touching) before assault (deliberately or recklessly putting another person in fear of violence or trauma), since the victim’s back was apparently to the perp. Whether it amounts to actual or grievous bodily harm would depend on the nature of injuries inflicted.

JP, I was speaking from my experience. If the coffee caused burns, which it could if it was that hot, it’s “bodily harm”. I don’t know about Ohio’s criminal law, but Michigan has a crime of “assault with intent to do great bodily harm”. You don’t even really have to cause the “great bodily harm”, just the intent to do so. Pouring hot coffee down someone’s back would be intent.
