Military Trans Ban Upheld

It is the policy of the United States Government to establish high standards for troop readiness, lethality, cohesion, honesty, humility, uniformity, and integrity. This policy is inconsistent with the medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria. This policy is also inconsistent with shifting pronoun usage or use of pronouns that inaccurately reflect an individual’s sex.
Executive Order 14183—Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness
The Hegseth Policy likely does not violate equal protection. We doubt that the policy triggers any form of heightened scrutiny….Even if the Hegseth Policy contained a classification triggering some form of heightened scrutiny, decades of precedent establish that the judiciary must tread carefully when asked to second-guess considered military judgments of the political branches.
Judge Gregory Katsas and Judge Neomi Rao
BREAKING: Court Upholds Trump’s Trans Military Ban
Catherine Salgado
An appeals court on Tuesday ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s ban on “transgenders” serving in the U.S. military.
The Trump administration just scored a legal victory against woke insanity and for military reform. In the case of Nicolas Talbott, et al. v. United States, D.C. Circuit Court Judges Katsas and Rao ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s transgender ban.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is an important step toward restoring the strength and integrity of our military.Trump’s original executive order from January of this year, which of course has been under siege from woke courts, said the “clear mission” of the U.S. military is “to protect the American people and our homeland as the world’s most lethal and effective fighting force.”
Still winning, still not tired.
“I don’t feel noways tired. I come too far from where I started.”
Always default to the classics.
ANNNNDDDD awaiting Ma’am/Sir/Shim Commissar’s usual philippic.
He’s likely raging and gnashing his teeth on other sites that give him his echo chamber bubble. At what point is that considered yelling at a mirror of himself?
Dumbass would argue with himself in a mirror.
And lose.
He probably has his panties in a bunch, and, like a weed eater meeting tall grass, things are all fouled up.
Weed eaters work a helluva lot better if you load them with WD1. IYKYK
That dude who wants to be a woman will never pass as a female. The pictures I have seen of mutilated dysphoria victims have never been persuasive.
I still like cowgirls &Tomboys just fine. That’s not to suggest that I’d let her wear spurs, at least not the first time!
I’ve got spurs that jingle jangle jingle. Gee, that sounds like a song.
…..As we go riding merrily along.
And they say “Oh ain’t you glad you’re single?”
And that song ain’t so very far from home.
Probably not the version you’re thinking of…
Joy Reid says about “Jingle Bells”: “Dats raciss!”
Trust me, even if she likes you, they hurt in a not hot way.
I’m certainly not the sharpest guy in the room at times, but it never made sense to me that should I dress in a red suit and proclaim to be Santa Claus and demand everyone around me call me Santa that I would be placed in a 72 hour psych hold but were I to wear a dress and demand everyone call my 6’3″ 275lb frame “Barbara” they would be legally obliged to do so or face litigation..
For libs, “crazy” is just a way of life.
“Hit the road, Jack. Nope, not calling you Jill.”
Hit the road Jack, and don’t you come back as Jill.
No more, no more, no more !!!
Thank you Carole King !!!
Purchased some men’s adult diapers recently and the pkg.
was labeled “LG/TG” for sizing. Had a picture of a guy on it
so I figured I made the right choice.
I’m assuming the “LG” stands for transgender but I’m lost as
to why such a label would be necessary.
And the individual items are not labeled as to front, back,
top or bottom. I’m confused…….
Correction….assuming the ‘TG” stands for transgender.
See, I’m confused.
LG is most likely the size and TG could mean, thats good
LG large , “T”hank “G”od.
TG means Taille Grand so they can be sold in Kanuckistan too.
Hope you enjoyed your free French lesson
I wish that I learned French, We pulled into La Pallice France back in 1964 for Liberty after Op Steel Pike 1 near the U-Boat pens and while we were walking into the main part of town a lady walks up to us and asks in very broken english if we were German Sailors. Maybe she thought that one of us was a sailor from a Kriegsmarine
Squid she dated, back in the day.
Those pens must have been a sight to behold
Hooya!!! No more undeployable “assets” (I use the term assets very lightly here, as asset implies they bring something useful to the mission. They don’t.)!!!!!
This experiment has been ridiculous to the point of vacuousness. It needs to end forever.
Transgender people could never deploy to a forward combat zone. Pre and post transgender surgery requires daily hormone treatments as well as psychological therapy, which given the constraint of deploying to austere conditions, just can’t be met.
And just what occupational fields would they be “manning”? Between basic training, leave, primary MOS school, and their medical appointments, when exactly could they do the job they are being paid for? Having been on Recruiting Duty, Hack Stone knows that if some potential applicant has a particular skill set that the military desperately needs, a waiver could be granted, but there are plenty of young men and woman who can meet the technical needs of the military without all of the extra baggage that comes with transgender troops.
Hack is aware that most of the Deplorable Garbage who frequent this page lean to the Right, but Hack really would like to hear from someone who can articulate the benefits of allowing transgender troops in the US military.
Yo, Commissar, HEEERE DUMMY, DUMMY, DUMMY!!!!
If he does show up, perhaps we should ask him how many of those things are fighting in Ukraine right now.
I never cared to listen to some dude tell me the details of the previous night’s action with his wife or girlfriend. With these “people”, they tell you how wrong you are, homophobic, bigoted, etc. etc. if you don’t sit there, shut up and listen, and agree with them, and tell them how awesomely wonderful and special they are!!
I’d like to see us get back to having just a little mystery with each other’s love lives.
You forgot stunning and brave.
Well for one thing, the transgender women can have sex with as many people as they want and will never get pregnant. Therefore in theory they won’t have multiple children to evade deployments.
The same is also true of the men, who might, depending upon work done, become pregnant themselves, by having sex with a man, but they will never impregnate a woman and therefore could save the military money, in theory, by not paying for housing and other associated costs.
Being sterile does have it’s own advantages.
Put them on point with makeup, skirts, pantyhose on in Iraq.
Lead on young Trooper !!!
Here’s their marching song.
Good.
I mean forever, mental illness has been a disqualifying issue. I’m not bashing them, just medical needs for them are not qualifying.
I never understood how any of them got past MEPS unless they were REALLY good at lying. Seems to me I recall even ideation of suicide, let alone attempting it, was disqualifying. And for a group where the attempt rate pushes 50 percent, the consideration of it in that group is almost certainly north of 90 percent.
Military service is not a right, it’s a privilege. Prior to WWII, the US maintained the capability to recruit, train, and equip a large army in short time. After WWII, the US decided to just keep a large standing army, to help counter the rise of the Soviet Union and Communism. Enlistment standards might be lowered to meet end strength (i.e. the height of the Vietnam War and the Surge in Iraq), but even when our military is most desperate, they maintain a modicum of standards. The most basic standard is that our fighting men and women are able to get into the fight with minimal risk to themselves and their comrades.
The term “McNamara’s Morons” describes those who were allowed to enlist despite not meeting previously established medical and aptitude standards. In today’s Army, we still have “Cat IV” (ASVAB score 30 or lower) waivers on occasion. As an NCO and Drill Sergeant, I trained more than a few kids we’d call “bricks”. The thing is, all but the dumbest of Soldiers can learn the basics and be an asset to their unit. If anything, a dumb Soldier might be better in some situations than their smarter brethren. They might have higher attrition rates, but at least they are able to deploy and get into the fight.
Trans-sisters are another matter. They might deny any disability, but that is exactly what they bring to the table. It’s not about the privilege of serving their country in uniform. It’s not about adding to the end strength of the service and unit. It’s about them, and what military service can do for them (particularly medical benefits).
Hopefully that makes some kind of sense; it’s been a long week, and I don’t feel like further elaborating.
