Unsurprising donation
Jay Jones, a Democrat running to be Attorney General of the state of Virginia, has been in the news lately.
Virginia’s Democratic attorney general candidate Jay Jones chillingly suggested that if more cops got killed after being stripped of legal protection, they would shoot fewer people, according new claims from an ex-colleague in the state legislature.
Jones, a former Democrat representative in Virginia’s House of Delegates, is already facing calls to drop out after Republican Del. Carrie Coyner revealed 2022 text exchanges between them in which he suggested he would shoot then-House Speaker Todd Gilbert over Adolf Hitler, and said Gilbert and his wife should have to watch his “fascist” children die. Yeah, that’s the kind of candidate we want. No doubt sounds like a reactionary whacko Republican to Democrats, especially to the special breed of Democrats who support totalitarian people gun control. Shoot people in the head, shoot their children – must be the guns’ fault somehow?
Well, turns out there’s a hundred thousand reasons you’re wrong.
Virginia attorney general candidate Jay Jones, running alongside gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger, received $200,000 from Everytown for Gun Safety in August, campaign finance records reviewed by Fox News Digital show.
“Ghazala Hashmi and Jay Jones are committed gun sense champions, and we’re proud to endorse them today,” John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety, said in a press release at the time.
“Preventing gun violence is a winning issue in Virginia, and Everytown will go all out to make sure voters know which candidates are making public safety a top priority.” Fox News
“Gun sense” – seems to mean ‘as long as you shoot people with whom we disagree’?
Despite calls to drop out from the race, Jones remains a candidate. Everytown did not return calls for comment. However, at least one report says that Everytown’s endorsement has been quietly scrubbed from their web site. USSANews
Y’all know I don’t mean to post these pictures, but when I do a search in TAH’s photo archives for ‘gun’ this is the kind of result I see. There may be others, but I don’t see them.

As for Jones, he needs to be shitcanned and given a mental evaluation. “I don’t like this guy. It will be funny to fantasize about killing him while letting two mass-murdering totalitarians live.” But then again, aren’t more and more Dems pushing for a single-party government, where the People have neither power nor the means to restore our nation as it was founded? I think that so many on the Left rant about Trump so much not because they’re scared but because they want him to establish a precedent by attempting to stay in power and using his resources to uphold the laws. In 10 years, His Annoited Grace Obama can look down upon us peons while federalized Guard troops go door to door snatching guns and arresting “dissenters”. Maybe the intellectuals and professionals can be the first sent off to the collective farms, all while “Holiday in Cambodia” plays softly though a tinny speaker.

I’m not at all surprised that Bloomberg donated $200K to this piece of shit. And Everytown may have scrubbed their website of the endorsement, but I’m sure Jones got to keep the money.
Some police association in Virginia quietly withdrew their endorsement of Jay “Speed Racer” Jones.
Anybody know who these associations are so that their websites can be flooded with screen shots of their withdrawn endorsement/pledges are? As an FYI of course to let them know someone is paying attention to the hill they choose to die on as it were? Or the company they keep? Just because the candidate has a D or an R behind their name doesn’t make them golden.

Unfortunately, Virginians will vote for both him and Spanberger (as Governor) because the most populated places (liberal) in Northern Virginia will make it happen. I hope I’m wrong.
