I’m also proud of being a POG (Person Other then Grunt).
SOMEBODY has to keep repairing the comms that grunts keep breaking, so that they can continue doing their jobs.
I can be trained to do much of their job.

Should. My uncle retired at 20 years as an SCPO/E8 with red rank– join the Navy, see the world, get into fights wirh *ssholes (tons of service medals, highest award was Purple Heart because of often being flagged).
