MAGNOLIA, Texas (KTRK) — A retired Houston Police Department officer and an off-duty officer with the same department both shot a man multiple times after he refused to leave a woman’s house in Magnolia, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said.It happened at about 11:20 p.m. Monday at a home in the 15000 block of Knotty Oaks.
According to the sheriff’s office, the man appeared in the back of the woman’s home and refused to leave. The woman felt threatened and called her father, a retired HPD officer, and her neighbor, an HPD officer who was off duty at the time, for help, authorities said.
The sheriff’s office said the officers shot the suspect multiple times due to the alleged threats.
The suspect was transported to the hospital.
Sheriff Wesley Doolittle said the suspect could be charged, possibly with trespassing.

Colt Pocket (?) Gun?
Must’a been some extra large pockets back then.
They were.
Welp, Tox…the pockets WERE extry large back then, ‘specially jacket pockets. The “Pocket” Revolvers were much smaller than the other revolvers of the day. Think “Josey Wales” and his shoulder rig. I had, the key word being “had”, a .36 caliber version, round barrel repro, made by CVA, bought the entire presentation kit in ’79ish, pistol, case, powder flask, cleaning kit, lead mold, and fiddly bits for $125. Accurate as all hell out to about 50 feet and fun to shoot. Didn’t get custody of it, and several others, from the lying, thieving, cheating, may she rot in hell for eternity, final, former, ex Mrs. Gun Bunny. IF you can find one today for sale, expect to pay north of $250 for the pistol itself on a new, imported repro that’s no where near the quality. The older, CVA repros, IF the owner wants to get rid of it, can go much higher.
Too bad dear old dad and his compatriot didn’t go ahead and deliver a TPSS to the “trespasser”.
Suicide by cop? Mission accomplished! Always nice to have a video followup to a previous FGS. Thanks, Ot.
Not sure how many badges of freedom I had…until that tragic boat accident. Sadly, we are all still tax slaves to the despots.
I am still hunting for a replacement for my 4″ nickel finish Python of early 60s vintage that my ex slipped off with. I’m not much of a wheel gun guy but thing was smooth as butter.
I feel your pain, 5Guy. God save us from vindictive bitches every where. In addition to the .36 “Pocket Police” model, there was a .44 Colt’s “Old Army” (brass frame), and THE best wheelie EVAH, in .38, S&W Model 10 “Trooper” that had belonged to a Georgia State Trooper Captain that had been pawned by his no’count son after The Captain’s passing. In excellent condition, with Ivory Handles and spreadable butter WISHED it was as smooth. Paid the pawn shop $175 for that one in ’93. You could literally knock the gnuts off of a gnat @ 50 meters with that piece. Finding a replacement for that will be north of $1200…and would be in no way the same condition. Was my EDC, in a shoulder rig ‘neath my suit coat for years. Bonus was the S&W and The Pocket Police would fit snugly in the same shoulder rig…and wouldn’t “print” ‘neath a coat.
Living well is the bestest revenge to have over exes. And that, Good Sir, is what I have over all of them. Have heard thru the kudzu vine that they are all regretful from their teh stoopid. Ooops…too late for them to realize the error of their ways.
“The sheriff’s office said the officers shot the suspect multiple times due to the alleged threats.”
If you use a gun with the preordained, holy caliber of .45, shooting multiple times is unnecessary. It’s just wasteful.

Should have used their On Duty Glock 17, my favorite snake pistol, to dismiss the threat.
