The neighbor is the victim here.

Caution. Tweaker comes to grief.

Georgia, easy to get robbed there.

Jimbo, don’t judge the whole state by the trash that’s in the Metro Sewers of ATL, MCN, AUG, SAV, COL, ALB et al. You may have seen where a certain Foolton County DA and tame judge got re(s)elected in this past week’s demonrat primary race. And there are some that still think we’re going to (((vote))) our way out of this…Prepare

“Like a Good Neighbor…keep your self armed.” (Apologies to a certain insurance company) “…victim…” *sigh*

Mr. Christian methed up, taking a hammer, crowbar(?), and a knife to a gunfight. Bet he won’t make that mistake again! Oh…wait…

The war is meant to be never ending.

“…the .454 Casull is great bear medicine.” How’s it on stains?

Yeah. Been thinking about that several revolvers down the line, a 454 Casull that will also shoot 45 Colt & 45ACP (separate cylinder/moon clips?)

Being an overachiever, I’m thinking about a .460 S&W… then I can “download” to the .454, .45 Colt….

Can they all back retro fit?
I was aware of 454 Casull -> 45 Colt -> 45ACP…so would they all “fit” into a 460 S&W? Kewl!

Jimbo

I carry a .500 S&W in a chest holster for fishing the back woods. Much easier than my Win mod 1300 12ga, that would be left in camp. Recoils something awful. Glad I’m not on the receiving end of the 350 gr slug.

So I guess staying at the Holiday Inn Express probably wouldn’t help with that level of stupid.

Good looking framing hammer.

I do a lot of reflecting on the paths taken by people I know as well as my own journey through life. Hell, I need to get myself straight, but at least my “medicine” of choice is bourbon, and I’ve ramped it down quite a bit (as well as largely cutting out caffeine and significantly reducing the diet drinks–ginger ale, Spite/7-Up, and root beer have replaced the Diet Dr. Peppers). The more I dwell on the people I know who’ve gone down the path of tweaking, the less use I have for them. They’re largely dishonest, unpredictable, and unreliable thieves who will do anything to score that next fix. But they can be hard-working (due to being up for days and the desire to stay busy–hence the term “tweaker”), and most will swear that they are outstanding people who would never want to harm anyone physically or financially.

A lot of us have our vices. Rarely are those vices conducive to our health and financial stability, whether it’s alcohol, tobacco, gambling, women, or otherwise. To me, though, the meth just doesn’t add up. Pot smokers might claim some medical benefits, casual coke sniffers might just “like to party”, womanizers get some validation through their conquests (even if it leads to multiple failed relationships and a lot of child support), and even we drinkers can numb things a little bit and maybe have a good time. Moderation and responsibility are necessary. I’ve never met a methhead who knows those terms, though. It’s all or nothing, until you’ve been up for days, worried about the Feds across the street and the drones in the air, and eventually either crash, or get ended via overdose, “friend”, victim, or cop.
