Friday Follies
I lied. No follies, but I needed something alliterative, because.
Seems the BBC is in hotter water nowadays – they characterize Hamas terrorists as “militants” despite the British government and most everyone else calling them terrorists. They blamed the Israelis for the famed Palestinian rocket debris explosion which “killed 500”, which Sir Michael Ellis described as “worldwide reputational damage”. But wait – there’s more.
Turns out in 2004 the BBC did an internal report which documented its anti-Israeli and anti-Jewish bias.
It was carried out by Martim Balen, a senior journalist, but has since been suppressed with the corporation going to court to keep its findings secret.
According to the article, the BBC has spent over 350,000 pounds in legal fees keeping the report secret. Almost 20 years? Hmm… makes you wonder just how embarrassing it is.
And Saturday pro-Palestinian marches left a trail of graffiti and destruction through Washington.
The White House is silent after pro-Palestinian demonstrators vandalized its gates with signs and paint during a rowdy protest over the weekend.
Tens of thousands of people descended on Washington, D.C., on Saturday to demand a cease-fire between Israel and terror group Hamas.
Protesters could be seen vandalizing the White House fence and wrenching at the gate as antisemitic graffiti was left on several buildings along the protesters’ path through the city.
The protesters on Saturday could be seen defacing multiple statues in downtown Washington as well, wrapping Palestinian flags around a statue of Benjamin Franklin and another of General Marquis de Lafayette near the White House.
Capitol Police arrested hundreds well and will try to get them all sentenced to years in prison nope, apparently these were “mostly peaceful” and only one was arrested by Metro cops.
San Francisco is really tough on drug dealers now that their ultra-lib DA Chesa Boudin is gone, right? Not really.
As of this month, there are 535 suspected drug dealers with open bench warrants who failed to
show up in court to face narcotics sales charges. Judges granted their freedom from custody pending trial.Nearly 140 of the 535 suspects have been arrested and released from jail, multiple times, the DA’s Office said.
The District Attorney’s Office said it filed 316 motions to detain the most egregious drug dealing
suspects because of the “extreme public safety risk they pose.” San Francisco judges only granted 32 of those motions to keep the suspects in custody. KRON4
Doesn’t look like the drug dealers are worried…why should they? This is the definition of a revolving door system.
And, in partially GOOD news for once, Congress managed bipartisan cooperation in censuring Rashida Tlaib
The censure resolution, authored by Rep. Rich McCormick, R-Ga., passed 234 to 188, with 22 Democrats voting for it and four Republicans opposing the measure. A censure vote only requires a simple majority to pass.
Republicans have seized on Tlaib’s words and actions criticizing Israel, joining several Democrats in condemning a video she posted on social media showing protesters chanting “from the river to the sea” — a phrase that has been used by Hamas and that Jewish groups consider an antisemitic call for the elimination of Israel. Pity they didn’t throw her out so hard she’d still be bouncing, but I guess this is as good as we can expect.

We are on the knife edge of war in the ME, Ukraine and China…
The military has imploded with yuge misses in recruiting and recruiters for three straight years.
Wide open borders, out of control crime and unsustainable deficit spending that will doom the republic.
And congress finally comes together to censure a hate filled wacko that, literally, is not even worth the piece of paper it is written on.
I for 1 am certainly glad we have our priorities straight. That it took 2 or 3 attempts to do so makes me wonder who they are looking out for or protecting.
Broken windows and “trespassing” is an insurrection, but trashing the outside of the Whitehouse grounds appears to be an approved method of protesting.
Nothing to see here folks, keep the line moving.
Not only recruiting, but also retention.
The good guys that were in, are sick and tired of the crap, and getting out.
There goes the Backbone of the Armed Forces.
(in more ways than one)
If you don’t want to pay attention to The Gun Bunny’s advice, then pay attention to the daily headlines that are emphasizing your need to…Prepare

I’m glad someone screen saved it before WaPo made it disappear down the Memory Hole.
WOW, the anti semites have really come out of the closet since I got my nose bloodied by 2 anti semites kids circa 1955 when I was ten during the 2 to one fight against me. Guess they couldn’t handle doing a one on one fight. Mentioned this on the site awhile ago.
