A man in Ohio sat about “20 feet off the ground” in a vehicle he allegedly tried to steal from a wrecking yard while waiting for police to arrive to arrest him.Bodycam footage from Akron police shows the SUV still hanging in the air before it was gently lifted down, so officers could apprehend the suspect.

The 911 call was also obtained by WOIO.“So, he’s still in the car about 20 feet in the air in the loader,” the business employee told the dispatcher.
“Wonderful, that is the greatest thing I’ve ever heard,” the 911 operator reportedly said with a laugh. “We, we will get somebody out to you.”

2 would-be robbers shot at, 1 fatally, in Philadelphia pizza shop
Officers say two suspects entered the pizza shop armed with firearms and attempted to rob the store.

Two would-be robbers were shot at, one fatally, by a pizza store employee in Philadelphia on Saturday night.According to Philadelphia police, the incident happened around 8 p.m. at George’s Pizza on Oxford Avenue in the city’s Frankford neighborhood.
Officers say two suspects entered the pizza shop armed with firearms and attempted to rob the store.
Gunfire was exchanged between the two suspects and the store’s employee.
One of the suspects was shot multiple times in the head and upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second suspect fled from the pizza shop on foot.

Got a real lift in my spirits from the FIRST (snickers) story. Is too bad he didn’t get baled up.

Biggest engineering problem they had with Chuck’s aircraft was providing enough thrust to lift the aircraft and them big brass balls he had.

Some of the targets that these idiots pick to rob are really strange. I frequent a pizza shop where I live and it is extremely rare for them to be paid in cash. What the hell, does the robber think they are going to score debit / credit card receipts?
If these folks were able to think clearly, they’d choose another income stream.

Next time you go to your Pizza shop, look on the juke box and see if they have the song “Pizza Pie” by Norman Fox and the Rob-Roys from the Bronx, NY in 1958 on the Hammer label.
My Neighbor who passed away had a Colt .25 pocket pistol which his daughter gave to me. He was a Yonkers NY Detective who took it off of a perp and kept it all those years untill his passing..
If something deserves shooting, shoot it multiple times in the head and upper torso…I’m adopting that as my new motto.
