I was kinda hoping for the olympics in Chicago, it’s just a few hour drive from me.

Hopefully, Obama will feel the need to stop by Afghanistan on the way home. Spending some time with the troops should lift his spirits.

The skeptic in me suggests that we are going to be treated to “He’s a Great Loser” stories for several days.
He’ll be showing his humility and maybe talking about how the world is right to turn down the mean old USA. We aren’t ‘green’ enough, etc. Maybe even use this to kick around Bush some more?
