Issues with Dominion machines, Fetterman sues to have undated ballots counted

| November 8, 2022

“We have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” – Joe Biden

A video posted on Twitter shows a man explaining issues with the voting machines. He suggested that the issue could be with the tabulator, or with the printer. One tabulator was misreading approximately 25% of the ballots. People have the option to place their ballots in “Box 3”, for delayed reading.

From the Post Millennial:

“So what happens is we have two tabulators. One of the tabulators is not working, okay? The other tabulator is taking about 75 successful, so 25 percent of them are being misread. And it could be a printer issue, or it could be the tabulator itself,” he said.

“So when it’s misread, you have an option to put it into what’s called box 3, and it gets read, whether it goes downtown and gets read manually, or whether it gets re-fed into our tabulators, they get read.”

“So no one’s trying to deceive anybody,” he added.

When a woman asked if this were to happen to her, could she take her ballot from the building to another polling location, the man informed her that the ballots cannot leave the building.

The woman left the line, saying that she doesn’t trust the box 3 to be counted.

Across the county in Phoenix, poll workers at the Burton Barr Library revealed similar issues with their tabulators, according to ABC15 reporter Amelia Fabiano.

Poll workers are reported telling voters to vote down the street at the art museum.

The Post Millennial has additional information here. The Post Millennial also reports that John Fetterman’s campaign is suing to have misdated, and undated, ballots counted. Meanwhile, the West Windsor Police Department is reporting that all voting machines are down in Mercer Country, NJ, so voters could complete a ballot and place it in the machine’s emergency slot.

Of course box 3 is the one that changes the ballots from rep. to demoRAT.

This is like the voting equivalent of the Group W Bench, the place for crazy people such as mother rapers and father stabbers. And father rapers and mother stabbers.

LOL!! They will be creating a nuisance next!

And the meanest, ugliest, nastiest father raper of them all will collect the ballots.

The Peach State, too. The shenanigans will be coming from the ATL Area Precincts (Stacey “The Tank” Abrams AO), and the SW Corner (Albany, Her sister is da judge down there). Augusta, Columbus, Macon, and Savannah will have pallets of “found” mail in ballots.

Pro tip on ifone..swipe to hang up or punch the little red button. DO NOT slam on the table no matter how mad you are at that Telemarketer. And no, don’t punch the little red button/old school handset icon thingie with an Estwing Camp Ax.

Sometimes I tell the scammer I want to buy the burial insurance and give them the name “Mera-ling Kochomo”. When the head scammer/closer gets on if he doesn’t hang up right away when he sees the name, I start playing Hindi fuck songs and set the phone down for them to listen to it. There next follows a weird conversation between the fisher and the closer as they try to get me to talk on the phone and discover the source of the music. Sometimes this goes on for a few minutes. Sometimes they hang up and call back and we start all over.

I don’t have time to field all the calls. I get close to 20 a day. Still, cheap entertainment. The best part is you can do or say whatever you want to them and they can’t do shit about it other than hang up, but they will always call back. Mind games are best. When they ask if you have any medical problems make sure you say Tourettes. Then just let loose with whatever profanity you want.

The issues are planned chaos to try and delay the Day of Reckoning or they are trying to push to check Box 4?

Fettertard won, supposedly.

I can’t believe there are that many people that would vote for an individual who is that cognitively challenged.

Don’t forget Pennsylvania, you get what you vote for.

SFC D

Whether by accident or design, responsibility for this falls directly on the person responsible for Arizona elections, the Secretary of State. And who is that? Katie Hobbs. Why is that name familiar? She’s the democrat candidate for governor. Most curious.

rgr769

Despite repeated demands that she recuse herself from her position as the boss of the election officials and system, she has refused to do so. If Lake wins it will be interesting to see if Hobbs refuses to certify Lake’s election as governor.

SFC D

Even Arizona democrats were asking her to step down, not necessarily as SoS but at least as head of elections. Nope. Hellofajob, Katie.

TopGoz

Just so everyone is clear, the Fetterman campaign and the ACLU are suing in federal court to try and out maneuver the Pennsylvania State Supreme court’s ruling.
They lost in the state courts, so now they move to federal courts (at the very last minute) to try and get around the law as written.

MustangCryppie

There should be only one answer to Fetterman’s lawsuit:

GO FUCK YOURSELF! The rules aren’t followed, the votes aren’t counted.

The ninja family is working the elections today as Election Officials. Taking a quick break. Found this Fox news article and was taken back by Fox News’ definition of “Elderly”, i.e. 65 and 70 years old. We are way pass 65 years.

Way to go Sapper!

20? 25? % of the machines cannot tabulate (read and add up) the markings placed on the ballots by voters. That is their one and only mission in life!?

Somehow I believe that if I informed my Airborne unit commander: “Sir, Jumpmaster Charles was responsible for placing 25% of your unit off the drop zone” …
that his response would NOT be: “Well, that’s OK, we will round them up out of the trees, the lakes, the minefields. You did good Jumpmaster.”

I voted but had to show ID and sign my name first. The trauma from doing that is real. My butt will likely hurt for months.

Ah wait, I just checked my butt and it is red not blue so I should recover quickly.

But, WAIT! It get’s better!

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/11/go-abc-news-explains-red-mirage-will-occur-tuesday-reveals-states-democrats-going-try-steal/

We’ve seen this move before. Two years ago.

It’s a farce.

LC

We’ve actually seen this move in countless prior elections, as larger, blue areas take longer to tabulate than smaller, red ones.

If you need to feed 30 ballots through a scanner and I need to feed 300 ballots through one, who will finish first?

In fact, in states that pre-count mail-in ballots, blue tends to have a lead. And that can evaporate as in-person votes get tallied. Go figure.

That said, I’d be all for adding a law that counties don’t release their numbers until all counties are done counting, as that would cut down on the notion that the slower, larger ones are magically conjuring up votes needed to flip a state.

poetrooper

“…larger ones are magically conjuring up votes needed to flip a state.”

Nothing magical about base corruption, LC… 🙄

5JC

I fed my ballot straight into the machine myself and it was tabulated prior to me leaving the room, much less the voting site. They are then transmitted electronically to the state, while the ballots get toted off to a storage area in case of a need for recount.

The idea of transporting the ballots to a separate tabulation site is sooo 20th Century corruption and appears to be open to being compromised on multiple levels.

LC

Sure, if you do that in person, that’s how it works. Here in Colorado, we have mail-in ballots as an option. I dropped mine off earlier today and will get a text and an email update shortly when the polls close and it’s scanned.

For mail-in ballots everywhere, it takes a whole lot longer to tally larger numbers than small ones, oddly enough.

You may feel that’s open to being compromised, but the evidence doesn’t back that up. I heard the same when I was younger and in another state that checked names and addresses against a list – after all, someone could lie about their address and name, right? Same with IDs in a college town rife with fake IDs. Yet despite all these possibilities,… the amount of fraud is incredibly small across all methods.

Show me a mathematical signal in the noise of the vote tallies and I’ll be suspicious. Otherwise, I’m not.

Hate_me

If you’ve got two radios – one nothing but static and the other squelching anything below 75% power… somehow that’s 5/5?

Or, because redundancy and security don’t matter, you just shift to SC?

LC

I’m not completely following — are you trying to say that claiming mail-in voting is fine is akin to claiming a pair of radios, one failing and one constantly squelching, are also fine?

I guess I’d put it differently. It’d be like having a radio that is used all the time to successfully call in air-strikes and talk to others. The Pentagon has said it’s fine. The NSA says it’s fine. Your S2 guy with a ton of SIGINT experience says it’s fine. The comms guy says it’s fine. The Captain says it’s fine. But PVT Snuffy, who is currently on the radio, insists it ain’t working securely, with no evidence to back that up.

If you insist something suddenly has systemic issues, you gotta point to some evidence backing that up.

Hate_me

I’m specifically referring to Maricopa machine failures and an election being run by a direct candidate.

I’m not suggesting that the election has necessarily been rigged, but suspicion is certainly warranted.

LC

Ah, got it. Yeah, I absolutely think Hobbs should’ve recused herself.

Lots of people, myself included, were pretty pissed when Kemp refused to recuse himself in Georgia when doing the same a few years back. As a matter of principle, you shouldn’t be in charge of voting when you’re running for higher office.

Personally, I don’t expect everything to go flawlessly on election day, and don’t currently attribute any malice or conspiracy to the glitch in Maricopa. They’ve been transparent about it, and assured everyone that all votes will count, and audits -seemingly inevitable at this point- will all but surely prove it didn’t impact anything.

It’s also worth pointing out that Bill Gates, the chair of the Board of Supervisors there, is a Republican. As are others in positions of authority.

But yes, it warrants the tiniest bit of suspicion, and if anything else looks off, warrants a lot more. All of which could be mitigated by recusing one’s self.

5JC

Nah, I’m cool with it. I went by all the nursing homes in the area and got all the elderly people registered and then assisted them in voting for the right candidates last week. I then dropped off all their ballots for them.

The address is a spot on match and everything was honest and above board. But I did all that last week. Never one to wait till the last minute.

LC

Once again, show me where that’s happening. If it’s in my state, I’ll happily file a complain to launch an investigation with the SOS here.

That did happen in North Carolina, with the people involved recently pleading guilty… but you can either believe there’s an epidemic of such things, albeit without evidence despite constant investigations towards it,.. or that it’s exceedingly rare, like people voting in two states in person. Maybe you’re the former. I’m the latter.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/four-people-plead-guilty-north-carolina-ballot-probe-2016-2018-electio-rcna49534

LC

I certainly wasn’t arguing it doesn’t happen at all, I was arguing that the magnitude of it is in the noise. It’s like you arguing that you can’t go outside because it’s so unsafe due to lightning strikes, and I’m saying they’re pretty god damn rare, and you post articles about cases where it has happened.

Yes, ultimately, the US averages close to 30 deaths a year from lightning strikes. It ain’t a reason to fear going outside, though.

If you want a more systematic study, the (conservative) Heritage Foundation has a database of voter fraud cases. In most years, the number of cases are less than that average number of lightning strikes.

https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud

5JC

Are you one of those weirdos that believe the police catch all the criminals, or even aware of all the crimes are being committed?

poetrooper

Poor analogy, LC. Every lightning strike death becomes a matter of public record.

With election fraud, all we ever see is the tiny tip of a vast iceberg… 🙄

Fyrfighter

report it to Colorado’s SoS LC? the one who sent out notices on how to register to vote to ILLEGALS? You’ve got a far higher level of confidence in her than I do.. Actually, that’s not true, I have complete confidence that she’d do whatever was required to ensure dems win.
That being said, the massive influx of californians and druggies has ensured that common sense is dead in this state, as we will continue to elect the most radical dems possible.

LC

Broadly speaking, I expect most people in these positions are professionals. So, yes, I think Griswold would do her job if there were reports of fraud.

It’s worth noting that mistakes happen, and in this case, it wasn’t that her office mailed these specifically to illegal immigrants, it was that it was a widely mailed notice that happened to accidentally include some. They’re still not able to vote, by law.

Do you think this ‘win at all cost’ notion is something Democrats have in spades, willing to cheat everywhere? Do you think the same of Republicans, or is it only Democrats? Genuinely curious. I don’t doubt for a second that most reasonable Republicans do their job just fine too — and, hell, I’d have loved to have seen Kellner win for AG here.

He outperformed the other R’s on the ballot (and had my vote), showing people are willing to cross party lines, but he’s also the only one I heard speaking about how he’d improve Colorado. The R’s need a bit more of that.

5JC

When literally all of the Democrats say that the losing the election means the “End of Democracy” as they have been pimping non-stop for months then the question is no longer; “What will they do?” rather; “What will they not do?” The answer of course is literally nothing. They have already created the perfect “ends justify the means” excuse.

LC

As an aside, one of the biggest surprises is Boebert’s race — she’s down by 73 votes, with 2% outstanding right now.

I don’t know if you like her or not, but I never expected that race to be competitive, and I’ll be thrilled if she loses. Give us more like Kellner and less like her.

No matter. Beta got sent packing. I’m caring about those 3 House races down on the border. If those 3 Latinas can pull it off, it may show that Republicans can compete for those votes. As a Hispanic, that’s a good thing. Democrats have nothing to offer us except for dependence and weakness.
