Well, until Liberty University gets uptight about someone accessing a blog called “This Ain’t Hell” from this Christian university.

Debbie Clark

So Hinesville, GA is your old stomping grounds? What years were you there?

Debbie Clark

Well, there were several restaurants there when I was there. I frequently ate lunch at one of them…I forget now the name of it, but they made homemade potato chips there, which I thought was really cool. Last time I was at Ft. Stewart, which was as a visitor, I ate at an Oriental restaurant right off post. They had a buffet there. That was after Kevin Benderman’s court martial a few years ago and a bunch of us were there, including Bo Gritz, if you happen to know him. Actually, I think that restaurant might have even been there back in the early 80’s. It seemed very familiar anyway.

ponsdorf

Never done more than drive by Ft. Stewart, but we were stationed at Ft. Gordon during the late 40s or so. Don’t recall much about restaurants though. I was 4 or 5 at the time.

[grin]

Mrs Greyhawk

Well, I can tell ya not much has been added, a few more fast food places and a couple of mexican restaurants maybe, still losts of sand and snakes, however there is the Rosenhof German Restaurant we’ve been meaning to try, miss the German food, will have put that on our calendar. And Ft Stewart and Hunter have both been upgraded a bit, too. But driving to and fro sucks.

Just out of curiosity, what did you do to tick off the Google ad people? Do they really think people at this web site are going to be interested in a biography of our current pretender-in-chief.

I would try to click on the ads to help you out, but you can’t expect me to do that.
